Lakshman Saluja aka Lucky dreams to be a journalist in a family of army men. He completes his masters and his family looks for a girl to get him married. They choose Milani Singh, a budding writer. Their views clashes and both of them find it difficult to live with each other. But soon love starts to blossom between them, but that gets disrupted when Saluja gets a news from the borders that their elder Son, Ram is missing. Lucky decided to fill in his brother's shoes and leaves for the border. It was the time of the kargil war. Nobody knew when the war will end. Whether Lucky will come out alive or not.
