A soft brush across his cheek made him shudder. Then he smiled weakly.

"Alandria..." Zayden whispered, half asleep.

"Hmm..."

The voice that responded was rather weird.

"Ohh my Zayden...I love you so much...." 

Ok, what the hell! Why did her voice sound so weird?!?

He tried opening his eyes. At first, the lights seemed to be attacking his lentils but then he got used to it.

The light was more gentle now and he could see everything clearly...including the individual next to him.

"Ohh Zayden..." the person in front of him whispered seductively.

"SILVER!" Zayden yelled, and Silver backed off, roaring with laughter.

"I can't believe you fell for that boss!" he continued, leaning against the wall, "Do I really sound like Alandria?"

"You sound like someone about to get kicked in the face." Zayden corrected him.

"Boss, stop being so serious already. Anyway, I am here to brief you."

"Brief me?"

"Since you decided to go through your 100 years beauty sleep...."

"Wait, wait, wait!" Zayden gasped, "How many...since when was I...like this...unconscious?"

"A hundred years" Silver retorted looking dead serious.

"Shut up and answer!"

"I cannot do both" Silver shrugged, "I can either shut up or answer."

Zayden glared at him.

"Ok, fine,sorry" Silver breathed.

He produced an uncomfortable smiled and said:

"Well...I thought I'd let you know gradually but...well...it's actually been some time."

"How much?!" Zayden cried.

"Two years"

Zayden looked down. Two years? Two years had passed! Why? Why did he remain unconscious for two years!?

"What happened to me?" 

"The medicines you were taking..." Silver explained, "They sort of...messed up your brain. Well, something like that."

"What...but where's...Alandria...and the others?" he inquired worriedly.

"Alandria...is..."

"Alandria is what???" Zayden cried.

"She is married..."

Zayden ogled at him.

"To Fernando"

Zayden's lips trembled now.

"They all live here...she is here...." Silver stated.

Silver did not have to wait long as Zayden jumped out of bed and ran towards the door, disappearing in the corridor.

As soon as he was gone, Silver looked at the door innocently before falling on the ground laughing his heart out.

Alandria was in Fernando's room. Nayum, Kel and her had just come back from Lime's place. Apparently, Lime was innocent or that's what he said. Alandria did not believe him but she thought it better to leave for now. As they reached home, they found Fernando in the living room. The others had to bring him back as the doctor had called and said that he could go home immediately if he wanted to. The others immediately went to bring him back.

However, Fernando was still weak and they all agreed to take care of him.

"Your head, your head Fernando!" Alandria said worriedly as she put her hand behind his head and helped him sit properly.

She was sitting on the bed next to him.

"Ow..."

"Your hand is definitely more injured than I imagined" she whispered, "We'll put the medicines later. First, you need to eat."

"You are so kind Alandria" he smiled at her, "You're a blessing for us all."

"Yes, thank you, and so is this soup for you" she said as she fed him the soup with a spoon.

"ALANDRIA!!!!" the door burst open and a crazy looking Zayden stood in the doorway.

His hairs were disheveled, his lips cracked and his eyes showing desperation.

Alandria froze in shock and Fernando had his mouth half open, waiting for the spoonful of soup. His eyes were stuck on Zayden though.

"I CAN'T....YOU....SILVER HE WAS...." Zayden moaned and a sob escaped his throat.

"Zayden!" she exclaimed, "You're awake!"

"YEAH AND I WISH BOTH OF YOU ULTIMATE HAPPINESS!" he bellowed before slamming the door shut in their face.

"Excuse me, Fernando. Something is wrong with him" with that said Alandria kept the bowl of soup on the table and rushed outside.

She found Zayden crying on the stairs, his right hand clutching the bars.

"Zayden..." she called in a soft voice, "What....what happened?"

She went to sit next to him. Why was he crying? Why did he seem so devastated to see her and Fernando? He wished the ultimate happiness?? Oh no...he had the wrong idea.

"Zayden...what you saw..." Alandria began.

"Just don't!" he said in a commanding voice, "I know you got married to him! I....I thought you loved me...was 2 years too long....but maybe I am stupid. I......I am sorry....I could not wake up since these two years....and maybe I should be happy for you...why would you wait for a psycho like me to wake...up......"

His body shook as he cried more.

"2 years? Married?" Alandria repeated, looking perplexed, "Zayden! You fell unconscious yesterday you idiot! And I am not married!"

Zayden stopped crying abruptly.

Alandria watched his expression. He seemed to have come back from the dead.

"What....?"

"You heard me right!" she continued, "You passed out yesterday! I didn't get married to anyone. What you saw was just me taking care of Fernando. He and I were involved in a bomb blast, but he got injured....oh Zayden...who told you all of this?"

Zayden put his face his palms.

"Silver..." he whispered, realizing how dumb he had been.

Alandria chuckled.

Zayden looked at her.

"I can't believe you fell for that"

"Shut up" Zayden said, looking away, but Alandria could see that he was biting back a smile.

They were all reunited in the lobby, after Zayden paid Fernando a visit. They laughed at the whole situation and Fernando went to sleep a bit. 

The room was quiet and Silver was looking down in shame while the others made smiles. Zayden was sitting in his king chair again.

"What kind of idiotic story was that?!" Zayden said as the others finished narrating everything that had happened since he passed out.

"I'm very sorry. I guess I...was so happy but...I just..." Silver looked at his shoes.

Alex cackled and the others joined in.

"Come here" Zayden ordered, his eyes amused.

Silver walked towards Zayden, head bent, looking scared.

Zayden stood up and was now looking in Silver's face.

"Face me like a man"

"I cannot...that was such a stupid thing to do boss...." he looked away.

Zayden shook his head in disbelief as a smile appeared at the corner of his lips.

"I heard you took good care of me when I passed out"

Silver immediately looked at his boss.

"I did all I could boss....forgive me for my stupid mistake."

They all stayed quiet as they waited for Zayden's reaction. He looked dead serious now.

Alandria smiled as she watched both of them.

The room was completely silent.

"The silence is killing me boss....just punch me or something..." Silver pleaded.

Zayden raised his arm and grabbed his collar. Meanwhile, Silver had shut his eyes tightly, waiting for the blow.

The next second, the boss pulled Silver towards him and buried him in a hug.

"Thank you, for everything you have done, but still don't do that stupid joke again."

"OHH BOSS!! THANK YOU!" Silver cried, hugging Zayden for his dear life.

"I would never hit any of you, you know that. You're family for me" Zayden said.

"We also helped boss! We also took care of you!" Alex said loudly.

"Idiot!" Mark said as he tapped his his hand against his forehead.

"Then I guess you can all come for a hug!" Zayden chuckled.

Alandria's eyes opened wide as she saw all the guys run towards Zayden as if he was their big brother.

"DON'T KILL ME NOW! GUYS!" Zayden yelled.

He was on the floor and the guys surrounded him, each trying to get a hug.

Alandria laughed her heart out. This was so heart warming. Apparently, the rest and the medicine made Zayden more relaxed and more friendly...just like he was before. Mark had told her that Zayden used to be like a big brother to them before his father went missing. Now, she understood what he meant.

At last, they all let him go and Zayden was left laughing.

"Damn...you guys really missed me!"

"Yes boss, we did" Mark said.

"Like hell" Nayum added.

"Me most of all" Alandria wriggled her eyebrows at him.

"I can imagine" Zayden replied with a grin.
