His saviour
Author Note: I am so sorry for the late update! I have been soooo busy with work! I hope there are people who are still reading! Haha. Enjoy.
"Who's marrying Alandria?" repeated Zayden.
"No one love" Alandria answered as she stood up and walked towards him, "How are you?"
"I feel weak" he whispered to her as he caressed her cheek.
"You should rest"
"AHUMAHUM!" Silver glared at them, "Hello! There is a life threatening situation going on here!!!! Can you guys focus please....uh sorry boss."
Fernando chuckled.
Zayden walked towards the boys menacingly, eyes on the laptops.
"What the hell did you guys do?" he asked slowly.
"Tell him" Alandria sighed.

"Are you kidding man? It's been days since we are hiding behind this cupboard." Danny whispered, wiping the sweat off his face.
They were all crouched up behind a large cupboard in the attic. There was no choice. They had to hide. Zayden's father did not seem to be here. But perhaps he was on the groundfloor.
"You think they know we are here?" Kel asked.
"They probably think that we left with Alex...that we ran away." Nayum suggested.
"You think or you hope?" Mark said, peeping at the corner of the furniture.
"Amyway, it's been hours!" Danny whined.
"Fifteen minutes exactly" Mark corrected him.
He looked at his feet then spoke again.
"I think we should roll in" he touched his earpiece as he breathed out, "Fernando, I'm going in. I'm not gonna lie. There will be blood."
He slowly stood, motioned the others to follow him when a familiar voice suddenly reverberated.
"Standby Mark."
"Boss?"
"Damn! You're ok again!" Danny asked, shocked.
"Nice to hear your voice again boss!" Kel added.
"Likewise, Alandria must be relieved" Nayum beamed.
At the lair, Zayden smiled at Alandria who smiled back.
"Yeah, she is." Zayden's answered, "Now, listen to me, you guys need to....."
"ABORT!!!!"
Kshhhh!!!!!!!
Gunshots were heard.
"Go!! Get out of here Nayum!" Mark yelled.
More gunshots were heard, widow glasses crashed, and they lost connection.
"Mark!" Zayden yelled, "Mark? MARK! DO YOU READ ME! MARK! ANSWER DAMN IT!"
"No transmission" Fernando said.
The hall of the lair was deathly quiet. They were all shell-shocked, fearing the worst. What was the next move now? Were the boys captured....or....?
"We need to save them" Alandria spoke first. All the boys looked too petrified to take a decision.
"Right" Zayden's eyes were gleaming, "You guys stay here"
"No" Fernando shook his head, "We do this together."
"Until the end" Alex smirked, but he was definetely hiding his pain.
"Agreed"
"Agreed" Silver imitated Lane.
"I'm going too" Alandria said.
"Stay here" Zayden looked at her with caring eyes.
"But..."
"For me...." he finished with a sigh. He looked like he just came out of a battle...but this one was an internal one.
Alandria nodded.
"We wait for you outside" Fernando said, dragging the others with him.
As soon as they were gone, Alandria approached the hurt looking Zayden and made him look at her.
"It's not your fault...it's mine. I orchestrated the whole thing..."
"I dragged you into this" Zayden spoke, "I should have..."
"Fallen out of love with me?" Alandria continued, "Do you want the slap that I gave you in class?"
Her tone was menacing.
"I could never do that" Zayden gave out a smile, but it quickly vanished, "I love you too much for that."
He then kissed her on her forehead and started walking away, but Alandria was quicker.
Zayden looked down. She was holding onto his hand.
"I'm warning you. You better not die"
They moved closed and kissed.
This is not a goodbye kiss, Alandria thought to herself.
Ten minutes later, Zayden, Silver, Fernando, Alex and Lane were climbing on the wall of the house and finally reached the attic.
"All seems to be clear" Alandria said, eyes glued to the screen.
"Roger that" Zayden said back.
They silently went inside, one by one.
The attic was silent. Tattered curtains flew around them, broken glasses lay at their feet, the air smelled dust and moist...the room was a mess...but eerie.
Something was wrong.
"Alandria..." Zayden whispered.
"There's no one outside" Alandria responded, "You guys have to be careful though. I have a bad feeling about this."
"Same babe" Zayden whispered back.
The boys closed in on the door of the attic, guns facing forward.
"On 3....."
Boooooom!!!!!!!!!!!!
The door burst open before the boys could even begin to count! The opposing gang started firing at them and the boys jumped on the side just in time to dodge the bullets.
"GET OUT OF THERE!" Alandria yelled.
"No! You guys leave! I'm going to the ground floor!!!!"
More gunshots were heard!
"Damn! Zayden! There could be more of them on the ground floor! Abort mission!" Alandria yelled.
An ear-breaking noise echoed in her earpiece and she winced.
Silence.
She waited with batted breath....1 second, 2 seconds...3 seconds...4...5...6...7...8...9...10...11...12...13...14....15....
"Zayden..." she called, her heart beating frantically.
No answer.
Each second felt like the end of the world. What the hell was happening there?
She should not jump to conclusion. Her eyes hit the gun on the table.
No....
What now? Should she go?
What now?
Think! Think fast!
"Damn!" she cried, running to the table and grabbing the gun.
Without thinking, she ran outside, crossed the street with the wind hitting her in the face.
She had a plan. But it could get her killed.
No time to think.
She barged inside the house.
Right in front of her eyes were the boys. They were kneeling down. They were surrounded by a group of men pointing guns at heir temple.
"Hey you!"
"STOP!" Alandria yelled, putting a hand in front of her, "I'mma blow this whole place down if you move"
The men looked at her in a strange way.
"Yeah with a small gun like that, get her!"
"Alandria!!!!" Silver screamed.
"THE BOMB'S GONNA BLOW US ALL UP!" Alandria screamed, "Sorry....guys....Silver..I....wore the jacket....and I know you told me that it hasn't been tested yet...."
"YOU PSYCHO!" One of the men yelled.
" 'KAY 'KAY 'KAY NO ONE WILL MOVE HERE! THE HELL DO YOU WANT?"
"Drop you weapons" Alandria said as her lips quivered.
They did as they were told.
"Where's Zayden?"
"With the boss"
"Who?"
"They are upstairs" another man spoke.
"Get him here....GET HIM HERE OR WE ALL DIE!" Alandria bellowed.
"Boss we got a situation here...." one of the guys spoke in his mic.
"Let the others go" Alandria glared at him.
They let the boys go.
"Alandria" Mark began.
"Get out!" Alandria shouted, her gun facing in front of her, one hand on the button of her jacket.
The boys left and Alandria did not move. Where was he? Where was Zayden?
"I'm getting impatient" Alandria warned.
Zayden suddenly walked down the stairs.
"Zayden...." Alandria felt her heart crash into pieces.
He was hurt. There was blood on him and cuts on his face. Did they torture him?
"Let him go boss?.....ok........GET OUT!" one of the men ordered, "Next time, there will be no second chance."
Alandria caught hold of Zayden's arm and backed off, her gun still pointing towards the men. Once they were outside, both sprinted to the base.
They stopped in front of the building.
"What just happened?" Alandria asked him, her eyes red, "Did they torture you?"
"No. We fought." Zayden said, his eyes expressionless.
"Your dad isn't there?"
Zayden looked down and shook his head no.
Alandria burried him into a hug.
"Let's go inside" she said and both went inside the building.
