I was the main character in a play. I think it was supposed to be Legally Blonde, but it just felt really weird

There was a part where I had to pretend to be lesbian (the other girl's role was originally supposed to be male), and we both lay next to each other in a seashell-shaped bed. During that entire part, I had to improvise the song lyrics with my partner because we had both forgotten the words. So embarrassing!!
