I was hanging out with the Sohmas from Fruits Basket– particularly Kyo and Yuki

Yuki was upset and he started crying when I left the room– IN FRONT OF KYO, MIGHT I ADD!! 

When I returned, he was sulking, so I asked him what was wrong. He said he couldn't hear the voices of important people in his life, and that he could only hear white noise

Since I knew I couldn't hug him (he'd turn into the Rat), I gave him head pets, which seemed to calm him down. It felt really nice petting him for some reason

Then, I invited the rest of the teenage Sohmas over and prepared gettinJiggywithit's ukulele for Momiji to play as a bass guitar
