Just a quick explanation of how I rate certain aspects of my dreams!

Intensity: How vivid or memorable the dream was and continues to be.

Clarity: How much sense I can make out of it - if I'm able to explain it well and understand what happened.

Dimensions: How much content was in the dream, and how long it lasted. Often dreams I can explain in more detail have 'bigger dimensions', while others I struggle to explain or remember will have smaller ones.

Music: What song(s) I think would fit the dream well, and that fit the mood.

Class: Whether I consider it a main dream, small dream or fuzzy dream. Main dreams are my clearest and most vivid, small dreams are much shorter and a little confusing, while fuzzy dreams are very hazy and muddled.

Overall rating: Just my concluding thoughts on the dream as a whole.
