Preparation!:
1. Go to a quiet place.
2. Take your headphones with you.
3. Go to YouTube, Pandora, Spotify, etc.
4. Turn on music to help you find inspiration.
5. Go to your paper/electronic device and start drawing!

Ok. Now, you are ready to draw!

Step 1:
Draw a circle, not too hard.

Step 2:
Draw a cross shape on top of the circle. This tells you were the cat is looking, where the eyes and the nose will be.

Step 3:
Draw triangles on the top of the head to show where the ears will be. Remember, you can always move them around when drawing the real thing.

Step 4:
Draw the nose. It will most likely be a triangle, but what ever way you do it will be fine.

Step 5:
Draw the eyes. If you have your own way of drawing eyes, go ahead, be creative!

Step 6:
Draw the mouth and side fur.

Step 7:
If you are only doing a head shot, stop there. If not, continue with this tutorial.
If you are using procreate like me, select your drawing with the mouse button at the top of your screen. Move it around till you think you can draw the body.

Step 8:
Draw the shoulder as an oval after deselecting the head. The shoulder should be close to the head, but not too close that it looks like they're hunched over.

Step 9:
Draw a line from the back of the head down over the shoulder. This is your cat's neck and shoulder.

Step 10:
Draw the tail. As thick or thin as you want.

Step 11:
Draw your cats chest.
