Memories
Everyday from 5:00 a.m. - 2:30 a.m., Mrs. Jackson sits at her desk signing and reviews papers that are stacked around her desk. She sign the request papers or rejects them knowing the pile will ones again pile up. Her tired eyes scan every request paper while sipping on her warm coffee as well hum to a tune or two. She was overworked, tired and annoyed to be here. It wasn't her choice to be in charge with this family business. She continue and continue signing and reading until a noise came out of her lips. She was finally done with this as she took another swing of her coffee and put the mug down, rapidly with out realizing it. There was a little bit of coffee in there as it spilled on the paper as the smell of the coffee caught her attention. Jackson panic and picked up the paper quickly trying her best not to get any of them wet or stain with coffee. She looked at the papers and was relief she didn't spill any coffee; however, when she looked down at her desk, horrified and confuse. She put the papers down on the ground quickly and picked up an almost soaked paper. She stared at it confuse and tiredly wondering why it was here mix with the other papers until she remember.
Mrs. Jackson had her daughter in her office, watching her color and play while she worked on the papers and answercalls. She remember her daughter handing the drawing to her and also praising her of how beautiful the drawing looked even though her ex husband was drawn too. She still praise the little girl and telling her she will keep it forever making little Jackson smiling at her brightly. Her thoughts were pulled back at the memory she was playing and continue looking down at the damage drawing. Miss. Jackson felt her lips twitch downward as well her heart started to ache. She can't believe she destroy one of her daughter drawing and as well saying she well keep this forever! Truly, it wounded her heart and soul for spilling coffee on it. "My little princesa, lo siento!"'
