This is a Fakemon (Fake Pokemon) He's A steel and Fire type and a legendary pokemon. His name is Blothsmith.
Pokedex entry:
Blothsmith lives deep in volcanos, where it lives and waits for a forest fire. Then it will call out its companion, Gardensmith, and together they help the pokemon living deep in the forest. Blothsmith mane collects the fire, and stored up I to release the ultimate power.
