Thanks to DropofDark for helping me out. I had made the wing like two weeks ago around midnight, but never finished it. So, DropofDark helped me come up with an idea of what to do to finish the drawing.
I forget how long it took to draw the wing but it took about two hours to do the dragon head. Also, I don't know if it's the camera on my new phone, but this picture doesn't look that "sculpted" in real life. At least, I don't think, it's hard to tell because as the artist of the sketch, I cannot see this as 3D, maybe it's just me and I am weird.

So that is just the wing. I used the picture below for a dragon head reference.

No idea why the picture is rotated all of a sudden. It happened last time too.
