Ok this is a new OC for Once Upon a Time.
She's a Power Wolf.
There are only four.
Fire Water Earth and Air.
Earth and Water are dead.
Cinder is Fire but Air is nowhere to be seen.
Each power wolf has a special controller but sometimes they don't know they are a controller.
But the Power wolf knows.
They have magic and are very powerful. So powerful their eyes glow. Hers glow gold. Her controller is Regina. She can mind link to talk to other humans.
