First, if you are in the tutorial, scroll down to the button that says "Dismiss cards"

After that you will get a screen that looks like this

Once you are there, you have tree tabs: Highlights, Chats, and Capture

You are not on Chats, go to the tabs "Chats"

Once there, tab on the words saying "Find people the chat with"

Once that is done another screen with show up. It will look like this

Then you should press the "Search" bar and enter in your desired person you want to Skype's name.

Then click on your desired person you want to talk to. You then will be treated with another screen

Once there press on the bar that says "Type a message here"

Then you type what you want to say then send

Then your done.
