Not a Dragonball character drawing but ever since seeing the It movie (I love it by the way) I decided to draw Pennywise the Dancing Clown from the movie.

Not my best work :( but I'm trying to improve a little. I drew this after It part 2 came out 4 days ago( the movie was awesome got to see my boi pennywise lol) 

This one I drew when It 2017 came out 2 years ago ^^ This is my favorite horror movie ever ^^ along with the Friday the 13th series, and the Halloween movies.
