Heart pov

This world is strange and different for me to compare along with it. Ellen and I were out to get me meat since no dinosaurs exist in this timeline for some reason.

"Here we are." Ellen said.

The store was huge and for the door which was small and I knew I wasn't going to be able to fit in there.

"Heart you can wait out here." Ellen said.

"What?"

"Its okay. It won't be long and I'll be getting like 20 packs so that it will last a life time. My paycheck is coming in the mail next week. Then we can get like at least 50." Ellen said as I sighed.

"If you're so sure then alright." I said as she smiled.

"Good. Now it won't take long. So please stay on the sidewalk so that you won't cause any drama." She said as I nodded and obeyed as she went inside to get some meat.

I waited for Ellen to come back that it was starting to get bored all of sudden. How long does it take to buy meat? I could easily go in and eat it all in one bite. Then again, she doesn't want no drama going on around here due for me being a reckless dinosaur.

"Urg, what's taking her so long?" I grumbled.

My stomach was rumbling until I saw a young human walking by playing a ball.

"Hey kid? Don't happen to have any meat?" I asked him.

"N- No." He replied.

I couldn't control myself as I open my mouth ready to eat him-

"HEART NO!" I heard Ellen yelled as I whip my head to see her carrying a bag of meat. She ran over to push the boy gently away from me.

"You know better than to eat other people. He's just a child." She said.

"Hmp." I grumbled.

Ellen pov

I can't believe this and for what I had to go through for standing in line to buy 20 packs of meat for him. Worst thing is that Heart is cold and doesn't give a damn about eating a child.

"Here." I handed him 3 packs as he gobble them down and licks his lips.

"Thanks." He replied.

"No thanks to you, for almost eating a living person. You need to control yourself when it comes to meat." I lectured.

"Whatever baka. It's not simple for me to get that problem controlled." He retort.

"You've got to try and it may be hard. I know it. You'll get the hang of it due for being a carnivore. " I smiled.

".....fine."

"Great. Now I'm going to show you around the place. That way you'll know where to go or find me of course." I said as he bend down at my level.

"Mind if you ride on my head. That way you can point where we're going." He offered.

"Sure."I said as I climb on top of him as he lifted straight back up as I 'Awe' at the beautiful sight in front of me.

"Where to?" He asked.
