“Why is he here?”
I glare at my sister. “Who, Duncan? We have to work on science together.”
“That doesn’t answer my question.”
“Yes it does.” I huff, throwing an apologetic look Duncan’s way. “He’s here because we have to work on a project for science.”
She rolls her eyes. “Does your ‘science project’ include screwing each other?”
“Wha- no. Nonononono. Duncan and I are just friends.” She shakes her head, giving us a look that says she can see right through our lie. “Believe what you want, we’re just friends. C’mon Duncan.”
We head upstairs to my room, Duncan setting his bag down at the end of the bed and flopping onto his stomach. “Sorry about my sister.”
“Mine’s the same way.”
“That’s right. How’s Lomadia?” I set my bag next to Duncan’s and lay on my back next to him.
“Annoying as ever. But that’s how most sisters are.” He scoots so his face is directly over mine, grinning down at me.
I lift my head up to peck his lips but he moves his head before I can. I open my eyes and pout at him. “You know what else is annoying?”
“You.” He grins at me, pressing a kiss to my cheek.
I roll my eyes and grab his face, kissing him until we both are breathless. Duncan lifts himself up and moves to straddle me, leaving a trail of kisses up my neck. A moan escapes my lips, Duncan moving to cover my mouth with his.
“You’re so loud, Ryth. What are we going to do with you,” He trails off, nuzzling my neck.
I grind my hips up, eliciting a long low moan from him. “I don’t know, what are you going to do with me?” He glances at the door, looking down at me asking a silent question.
To answer him I put a hand on the back of his neck and pull him down into another heated kiss. “We should lock the door,” I murmur against his lips when we pull back.
“Undress?” He smiles at my nod, kissing me once more before going to lock the door.
I sit up and take my shirt off, throwing it on the floor. Undoing my belt I breath a sigh of relief as some of the strain is lifted. Duncan’s hands replace mine, slowly sliding my boxers down.
I hiss as the cold air hits my member. Duncan grins, running a hand up my thigh. “Duncan,” I breath, fumbling with the hem of his purple shirt.
He steps back, pulling the shirt over his head and throwing it somewhere near mine. I sit up and reach for his belt, pressing kisses to his navel.
I trail a finger down his tented member, the sound Duncan makes sending pleasure down my spine. Hooking my fingers in the waistband of his underwear, I quickly yank them down.
“Ah shit, Rythian,” I take his member in my hand, wrapping my lips around the tip. I start to run my tongue over the bottom of his shaft, taking my penis in my hand and stroking it in time with the bob of my head.
Duncan tangles his fingers in my hair, pushing me so the tip presses against the back of my throat. I try to resist the urge to gag, pulling back slightly.
Without warning he comes, forcing me to swallow. His hands tighten in my hair, mumbling my name over and over again. I continue moving my hand, letting him ride out his orgasm.
I feel myself reaching my climax and grab Duncan, pulling him into a kiss as I come across my hand.
We flop back onto the bed, Duncan reaching for the tissue box and helping me wipe the come off before it dries. I throw them in the garbage, shifting so I can pull the blankets over us.
We lay there for a while, enjoying each other’s presence. After a while I glance at my alarm clock, surprised at how late it is. “My parents are going to be home soon. Are you staying for supper?”
He sits up and I let him, watching him slowly get up to retrieve his clothes. He tosses mine to me, and we dress quickly, the sound of my sister running up the stairs make us rush to get the room looking like we were doing homework.
Duncan unlocks the door and steps out, going in the direction of the bathroom. “Hey Kim,” He calls.
I pretend I’m putting books back in my backpack, waiting for Kim to poke her head into my room as the sound of her footsteps approach my room. Instead of stopping though, the sound continues past my room.
I don’t pay attention to what’s going on outside, trying to make my room not look like such a mess.
Duncan comes back some time later, his cheeks tinted pink. I’m about to ask what happened when Kim skips by my room, the sound of the front door opening distracting me.
We head downstairs, Duncan bringing his bag with him. “Hello Mr and Mrs Enderborn.”
“Hello Duncan, how are you?”
“Good, how are you?”
“Good, good. Are you going to be joining us for supper?” I don’t notice Kim come into the room, angled in such a way I can’t see Duncan’s face when he looks at her.
“No, I should be getting home. Thank you for the offer though, and thank you for letting me come over to work on homework with Rythian.”
They nod and he waves, heading toward the door. I follow him outside, shutting the door behind us. “See ya Ryth, thanks for helping with my homework,” He winks.
I laugh. “Anytime.” I head inside, waving once more to Duncan before shutting the door. Right before I can though, Kim comes out of nowhere, pushing past me.
“Wait-! I want to say goodbye to Duncan,” I frown but let her, watch as she slams the door in my face.
I walk into the living room, hoping to get to the window so I can see what she’s doing, but by the time I get to the window she’s back inside. The look in her eyes tells me something’s not right, that she’s up to something.
I spend most of the night trying to get her to tell me what’s up, every time she grins evilly and says nothing.
When I ask him about it the next day in school he mumbles something about science homework before rushing off.
Deciding just to ask at lunch because then there’s nowhere for him to run, I try to pay attention in class to no avail.
I hurry to the lunch table, glad to see Duncan already there. “Hey Ryth,” He smiles at me.
“Hey Duncan, gonna tell me what happened yesterday?” His smile instantly disappears, and he tries to cover it by taking a bite of his pizza. “What did my sister do?”
“It’s fine, don’t worry about it.” I know he’s lying, and as much as I don’t want to press it Kim’s evil grin whenever I asked really bothers me. I stare at him, knowing silence is the best way to make people talk. (This is actually true.)
It takes a few minutes but he eventually starts talking. “When I went to the bathroom yesterday Kim was waiting for me after I was done and,” He pauses, looking around the lunch room uncertainly. I intertwine our fingers, squeezing his hand. “She kissed me.”
“She what?” I stand up, looking for my sister.
“Sit down!” I eventually do, clenching my fist, leaving half moons in my palm. “It’s not a big deal.”
“How is that not a big deal?” I take a deep breath. “I’ll talk to her tonight.
He shakes his head. “I can. I think it would be better coming from me anyways.”
By the time I get home most of the anger is gone, my sister not saying anything to me on the walk home. She heads straight into her room when we get home, and doesn’t come out until our parents force her to come eat with us.
I follow her to her room after supper, standing in front of the door like a brick wall. “What happened?” She doesn’t say anything, staring down at the faded carpet. “Kim?”
“You know what happened. Why do you need to hear me say it? I’m embarrassed enough as it is,” I feel a bit bad, knowing what rejection feels like.
“You could have told me.” She looks at me like I just suggested we go catch and eat live rats.
“Why would I do that?”
I’m quiet for a moment, thinking about how close we were when we were younger. “Just because we’re older now doesn’t mean you can’t still talk to me. I’m always here if you want to talk.”
She takes a step toward me, putting her arms around me. “I’m sorry, Ryth.”
“It’s okay Kim, I know it’s hard to be rejected.” She steps back.
“When have you been rejected?”
“You remember Zoey, right?” She nods. “Yea. There are plenty of fish in the sea, Kim. I think Ross might like you.”
She lights up. “Really?”
I nod. “I may or may not have heard something in the hallway the other day,” I trail off, laughing as she runs out of the room. “Where are you going?”
“I’m going over to Minty’s. She’ll know what to do!”
