Chapter 9: Animal

I needed to curb these carnal desires that may engulf my entire existence. I found myself declining towards primal instinct rather than my own conscious actions. The way he gazed at me with desire reminded me that of a carnivorous animal. If I were on a food chain at this moment I would be deemed the lower animal, which meant I would be devoured.

He took my finger and placed it in the damp recess of his mouth. I felt his sharp teeth graze the tip of my finger. With a jerk he split my finger savoring his meal.

"You taste better than yesterday, is it because I excite you?" He whispered into my ear sending a jolt my spine.

Ayato slipped his fingers into the golden tangle of hair lifting it away from ear. he kissed my neck softly and then began to sample my ear with this tongue.

"Was that a yes?" He asked.

My face flushed as if to answer his questionI snapped into reality waking from my heated dream.

Did I really just dream of him, why?

With a blanket pulled over my shoulders I ventured out of my room. I hadn't understood what had overcome me but I wanted fresh air. I escaped the building and relieved my lungs.

What's wrong with me? My question was answered by that man, Richter. He had haunted my dreams for the last week and like the devil himself appeared in front of me.

"Come closer." He whispered taunting my awareness.

It was like some sort of foreign influence clouded my judgment.

"W...what do you want?"

"What do I want? Just your heart, my dear." He chuckled.
