Izuku

Honestly.  Who would've thought day two of being a UA student would be majority normal classes.  The classes were straight forward enough, and easy to understand.  Though after lunch things got exciting.

"I wonder who is going to teach the heroics class?" A guy with blonde hair and a lightning bolt mark asked.

"I....." no way.

"Am coming through the door like a normal person!" The one and only All Might said as he slide into the classroom doing a pose.

"No way!  All might?!"

"Is that his silver age costume?!"

The class had similar reactions.  I didn't pay attention to who was speaking, I was still trying to process the fact THE All Might was our teacher.

"Hahahaha I'm quite impressed with your energy young ones.  Now onto the lesson for your first heroics class.  That will be.......combat training."  All Might explained. Triggering more excitement.

"Now what is a hero without their uniforms?" As he said that the number 1 hero hit a button, causing the walls to open up revealing 20 suit cases.

"These are the prototype costumes you all submitted.  Put them on and meet me in training city beta" once finished All Might left the class with his usual flair.

As I was getting close to the observation room I caught some of the idle chatter.

"Look at the girls suits.  They're hugging the curves in all the right places."  Said someone.  Though I didn't recognize the voice.

"Geeze I specified for my costume to not be skin tight." Whined one of the girls, Uraraka Ochako I think her name was.

Double checking that Luc and Ombra were hidden under my coat, I equipped Shiva, and resumed my entrance.

"Where is young Midoriya?" I heard All might ask.  Then the sound of my boots hitting the floor hit them.

To say my classmates were surprised would be an understatement.  To be fair I walked in, in what amounted to a green jacket that was open, black pants and red boots.

Looking around I saw dropped jaws and a few blushing faces.  The ones I did catch looking I didn't mind.  I specifically winked Yaoyoruzu, Uraraka, and Ashido.  I had to resist smiling at their reaction.

"Young Midoriya are you not worried about injury with the coat open like that?" All Might asked clearly concerned.

I hooked my finger in the practically invisible neck, and pulled a very thin material.

"Nezu and the government were concerned so they added this prototype fabric.  It is suppose to be even more durable then kevlar"

Though that was all a logical ruse on Nezu's part.  After my explanation I stood with the rest of my classmates so All Might can continue.

"Alright for today's combat class you will all be paired off into teams of two.  One team will act as the villains, while the other will be the heroes.  The villains will have ten minutes to hide a fake bomb, before the heroes arrive.  For the heroes to succeed they either need to incapacitate both villains, or capture the bomb" All Might explained.

It was straight forward enough, yet I still had two questions that will decide my next moves.

"Sir I just got two questions about the exercise"

"Go ahead young Midoriya"

"First off how will the teams be decided?  And secondly what are the heroes allowed to do during those initial ten minutes?" I asked.

"Both excellent questions.  The teams will be decided by lottery.  As for the ten minutes while the villains hide the bomb use it to come up with strategies to succeed." All Might explained followed by his usual laugh.

"Makes sense since you'll have to team up with different agencies on the fly." Yaoyoruzu said to the side deep in thought.

"If there are no more questions let's get the teams formed!" After that All Might quickly started pulling names from a box to form teams that appeared on a screen above him.

Team A: Izuku Midoriya, Kyoka Jirou

Team B: Ochako Uraraka, Momo Yaoyoruzu

Team C: Mashirao Ojiro, Toru Hagakure

Team D: Katsuki Bakugo, Shoto Todoroki

Team E: Denki Kaminari, Minoru Mineta.

Team F: Eijiro Kirishima, Mina Ashido

Team G: Mezo Shoji, Rikido Sato

Team H: Hanta Sero, Yuga Aoyama

Team I: Tsuyu Asui, Tenya Ida.

Team J: Koji Koda, Fumikage Tokoyami

"Now that your teams are formed let's find out the match ups, and which teams are the heroes and villains!" All Might exclaimed really getting into the lesson.

Again the screen lit up as it randomized the teams.  When it finally stopped I couldn't help but smile at who I was competing against.

"You're going down nerd!  This time I'll beat you!"  The explosive pomeranian shouted at me.

"Bring it" all I needed to say.

With that all might handed both teams a communication ear piece, after which the villain team headed into the building we are using for the lesson.

"Jirou-san right?  What's your quirk?" I ask my partner

The ten minutes passed faster then I thought.  Once All Might announced for us to begin the exercise, I make it start snowing with Shiva to slow Bakugo's quirk.  Once inside I boost Jirou up into the vents and begin making my way to the top floor.  I had to smirk knowing the advantage Jirou's quirk gave us.

"My quirk is called earphone jacks.  It turns the bottom bottoms of my ears into jacks.  I got super hearing, I can plug the jacks into surfaces to hear from greater distances, and if I plug the jacks into speakers I can project my heart beat as a sonic blast" Jirou-san explains as a plan forms in my mind.

Shaking the memory from my head I continue my trek up the office building.  I start humming to myself knowing a certain explosive blond is currently making his way to fight me.  At about the half way point as if one cue.

"Fight me nerd!" Katsuki Bakugo yells going in for his opening flying right hook.  Predictable.

I quickly side step to my left ducking under the attack before bringing my gauntlet covered hand up as a ice forms around my fist.

"Hey pomeranian! Let me see you grit those teeth!" I yell back as I deliver a right hook with my ice cover fist.  It connects with the explosive boys cheek.  I watch as my rival spins and collides face first into the wall.

Watching as Izuku counter attacks a thought crossed my mind.

"Why did he cover his gauntlet with ice?" I question noticing several of my classmate had the same question on their mind.

"Wasn't it to protect his fist and support gear? -ribbit-" Tsu-chan offered next to me.

"It was a two stag attack" Yaoyoruzu-san explained.  When the others gave her a questioning look she continued.

"The ice shattered after the initial impact.  Which in turn freed his hand to deliver a second strike.  Quite an ingenious way to use his quirk." The taller woman elaborated.

Looking back towards the screen I waited to see what the white hair boy did next.

"Come on splody boy that the best you got?" I taunted my friend from across the hall.

"Damn nerd!" He practically roars after pulling his face out of the wall and charges at me.

"Jackpot" I smirk once Katsuki realizes he walked into a trap.

Ice erupts from practically nowhere blocking the attack, and trapping my opponent in mid-air.  Bakigo's arms and legs are trapped by his wrists/ankles making it so he can't generate momentum, nor move his hands to explode the ice off of him.

"Did you lie about your quirk nerd!?" Questioned the now trapped explosion user.

"Nope.  Question for you.  Why do you think I made it snow by freezing the water in the air?"

"To slow down my sweating...."

"And?"  I cut the blond off

".....to condense the moisture in the air near the lower floors.  Then how" I was told without any of the explosive attitude.

"Easy.  You wouldn't notice the me constantly freezing and letting the ice melt back into the air as I made my way up.  My trap was set the moment we were told go"  I explained as I finish securing the "villain" with the capture tape.

Once Bakugo was secured I made my way to the top floor to spring the second trap.  Putting my fingers on my ear piece to activate talk mode I get a hold of Jirou.

"You in position?"

"I am" Came her short reply

I make it to the top floor and make it quickly over to the door with Todoroki, and the bomb on the other side. 

"You know, I was expecting a party but so far this has been a let down" I say after kicking the door open.

I watch as the bicolor haired boy turns away from the opposite door to attack me.  I crouch down before taking a deep breath.

"NOW!"  I shouted as the sound of a very loud bass reaches my ears, before the door behind the last villain is sent flying off its hinges towards the villain.

The stoic male does defend himself with a piller of ice himself.  Still doesn't stop my smile at what happens next.

"HERO TEAM WINS!" All Might shouts over the intercoms.

The other male in the room tries to turn his body around to face me but can't turn very far with his feet frozen to the ground.  During Jirou's attack I touched the ground, and used it as a conduit to freeze Todoroki in place as well as secure the bomb in a tomb of ice.

I break the ice holding the prince zuko look-a-like to the ground.  He gives me a nod before leaving the room.  Jirou and I share a quick hi-five, before picking up the ash blonde and heading back to the observation room.

When we arrived there room was a buzz with our performance and planning skills.

"Next up hero team B vs villain team I"  all might declared.

The end result was the villain team winning since Yaoyoruzu-san and Uraraka-san couldn't keep up with bluebot's speed.

The rest of the matches were a shit show to say the least.  One guy forgot who his teammate was as a side effect of his quirk.  Thought it was fun watching him turn a grape haird kid nearly into juice.  A plain looking guy with a tail lost track of his partner and ended up knocking her out.  Lastly a red head with a hardening quirk and a pink skined girl clumsily cobbled a win together against a guy who didn't speak very loud and a bird headed emo.

"Now then everyone who do you think did the best during this exorcise?"  All Might asked  once everyone was back in the observation room.

"It was obviously......" the explosive male started only to be cut off.

"Midoriya-kun and Jirou-san" Yaoyoruzu finished surprising even me though I didn't show it.

"How so?"  I asked legit curious as to her reason.

"I'll answer that.  Young Midoriya and young Jirou you two kept collateral to a minimum, you controlled the flow of battle from the start, and executed a near flawless plan."

"It won't go that way next time!" My rival shouts from across the room.  Not knowing how to deal with the praise I turn to said rival.

"Bring it.  It gets boring at the top.  So reach my level fast.  Even I want to test my limits"

With a final laugh All Might leaves and we all head back to the dorms.  During the walk I got asked about my quirk, and learned the rest of my classmates names.
