I knew that my readers had it in them to get the chapters to 450+ stars. You have gotten most of the chapters to 450 stars very quickly after the note, and I'm so touched that you listened to my words. Somnath Dada helped Bondita take Anirudh to their bedroom. 

After checking up on Anirudh he said, "He will be fine Boudi. Instead of resting, he probably stressed himself out and collapsed." 

Bondita looked at Anirudh sadly, as Somnath Dada dressed the wound on his knuckles. What had he done to get himself hurt like this?

"His fever went up Somnath Dada," Bondita said, sounding concerned, "What if something happens?"

"Just use a cloth soaked with cold water on his forehead," Somnath advised. "It will help. Also give him medication when he wakes up." 

Bondita nodded. 

"Okay Somnath Dada. Sashwati is still downstairs. Can you take care of her until Sampoorna Didi is free?" Bondita asked. 

Somnath sighed and he said, "I have to study Boudi. Can't you bring Sashwati here?" 

"I would, but Pati Babu is sick," Bondita replied, "I don't want her to get sick." 

Somnath groaned and said, "All I have to do is be there right? I can study and watch her?"

"Yes," Bondita confirmed, "Just give her a toy and she will just lie there playing! You can study." 

Somnath agreed and reluctantly said, "Fine then. I'll watch her." 

After Somnath left, Bondita got the towel ready with a bowl of water. She placed the bowl on the side table, and dipped the towel into it, squeezing the towel so the excess water would fall back into the bowl. 

Then she rested the towel on an unconscious Anirudh's forehead, glancing down at him sadly.

After a few minutes, Anirudh moaned in his sleep, "Bonditaaa." 

Bondita clutched his wrist gently, and said, "I'm right here Pati Babu." 

Anirudh passed out again, unresponsive. 

As he was sleeping, he saw a figure in a school dress approach him again. The same girl. The girl he thought was his Bondita. Her lips were coming closer and closer to his... 

Then he vividly saw Bondita tell him that she didn't come home. So she wasn't the girl who was kissing him.

His body suddenly started to shake in bed. 

Bondita could feel her Pati Babu shaking, and she immediately placed her hand on his chest, clutching on to his shirt tightly. 

"Pati Babu," she gasped. 

"Bonditaaa," Anirudh slurred, "Why didn't you kiss me?" 

Bondita blinked a few times, confused. 

"What?" she asked, softly. 

"You should have kissed me!" Anirudh cried in his sleep. "You should have..." 

"Pati Babu, I kiss you everyday!" 

"Bonditaaa I only want to kiss you," he cried. "Only you!" 

Bondita looked at him with shock. What was he dreaming about, and why was it traumatizing him so much? 

"Pati Babu, it's a dream... it's okay," she said softly, rubbing his chest to comfort him. 

But he wasn't processing what she was saying. 

"You're the only one for me Bondita," he sobbed, and warm tears poured down his cheeks, as his chest heaved up and down, scaring Bondita. "How is it possible?" 

Bondita touched his cheeks gently, wiping his tears away. Her Pati Babu was so sick, and it was breaking her heart to see him sobbing in his sleep like this too. 

His tears were soon matched with her own. How could he cry, and tears not appear in her eyes? 

She leaned towards him and pressed a soft kiss to his lips. 

She broke the kiss quickly and said, "See... I kissed you Pati Babu. You have nothing to worry about." 

Anirudh relaxed in his sleep after he felt her soft and comforting lips on his, and then he went quiet again. 

Bondita looked at him, now her own body shaking. 

What had happened just now? 

She couldn't understand what he was talking about in his sleep, but she believed that he had deteriorated his health so badly, that his mental state even got compromised, and now he was dreaming odd things. 

After some time, Anirudh's eyelids fluttered, and he opened them gently. Bondita was sitting on a chair beside the bed now, her head resting on the bed beside him. 

"Bondita," Anirudh whispered, still drowsy. 

Bondita opened her eyes and lifted her head. 

"Are you awake Pati Babu?" she asked. 

"Yes, but my whole body is aching Bondita," he said, and she could hear the pain in his voice, "My muscles are all hurting." 

Bondita touched his arm, gently massaging it for him. He closed his eyes again, falling asleep instantly. 

She got on the bed and started to massage his whole body -- from his shoulders, his arms, down to his legs and even his feet. He was in so much pain, and she would do anything to take his pain away. 

As she was massaging his feet, a smile appeared on her lips, knowing that if her Pati Babu woke up right now, he might be so shocked that he would get up instantly. But she wasn't going to let go of his feet! Not today. She was going to massage every part of his body, until he felt better. 

Her hands were hurting from all of the massaging, but she didn't stop.

It was only when she heard a noise downstairs quite some time later, that she finally let go of him, and got off the bed. She touched Anirudh's forehead and noticed that the fever had gone down, thankfully. 

"I'll be back Pati Babu," she said, and she went downstairs, where she could hear Kaka yelling at Batuk.

"WHAT IS GOING ON IN THIS HOUSE BATUK?" Kaka screamed in the living room, about his black eye. 

"K - Kaka... it was... an accident. I fell down," Batuk just said. 

"Jethji, don't yell," Sampoorna was saying. She had a sleeping Sashwati in her arms. "He must have had a reason." 

Somnath was missing -- presumably, he was locked in a room with his medical textbooks. 

"Someone's evil gaze has surely fallen in our house!" Kaka started, "Those new friends you have are no good!" 

Batuk gulped, and he said, "Kaka, it was old friends that weren't good." 

Although he had to agree, that perhaps Surabhi was no good too. 

Bondita came rushing down and when she saw Batuk's black eye, she furrowed her eyebrows. 

First, Anirudh had a bleeding hand, now Batuk had a black eye? 

"What did you do Batuk?" Bondita demanded. 

Kaka turned to look at Bondita and he said, "Bahu, you tell him! Tell him that this is not the way to be! He calls himself a zamindar, but does this look good on us zamindars?" 

Batuk gulped again. 

Binoy adjusted his glasses and said, "Da, leave him. He must have gotten into a tiff with his friends. It happens." 

"Binoy, aren't you concerned about your son's activities?" Trilochan snapped. 

"Anirudh is keeping an eye on him, I'm sure he's fine," Binoy just said, "Besides, kids are like that only. Fighting over small things." 

Bondita just said, "Kakasasurji, Sasurji, if it's okay with you, can I deal with this matter?" 

"Yes Bahu, of course!" Kaka just said. "You can set Batuk on the right path!" 

Bondita was still getting used to this new side of Kaka, and she wondered just how long it would last, or if she really had won his trust forever. 

Binoy just sighed and said, "There's nothing to deal with. Batuk is a growing man. If he got into a fight, it's a good thing. It'll teach him to toughen up." 

Bondita just glanced at Batuk and indicated with her eyes to follow her. 

Batuk nervously followed her all the way to her bedroom. She closed the door to her bedroom behind them. 

Anirudh was still sleeping on the bed. 

"Batuk, tell me the truth. What were you and your Dada upto?" Bondita asked sternly. 

Batuk sighed and he said, "We were beating up Bipin." 

Her heart nearly shot out of her chest when she heard this! 

They were beating up Bipin?!

"You were what?" Bondita gasped. 

Batuk nodded, and he explained how Vikram told them about the matter. He told her how the three of them went to the school, and narrated the entire incident that happened there. 

Bondita looked at Batuk with a blank expression at first. Then she just said, referring to the chair beside the bed, "Sit down." 

Batuk sat on the chair, wondering why his Dada was sleeping. He must have been so tired after the fight! 

Bondita went to the bathroom with another towel and soaked it with cold water, before returning to Batuk. 

She sat on the bed beside Anirudh, in front of Batuk, and said, "Close your eyes." 

"What --" Batuk started. 

"Do I have to repeat myself?" 

"You sound so much like Dada," Batuk groaned, and closed his eyes. 

Bondita applied the cold towel on Batuk's eye, pressing on it gently. 

"Aaah, it's cold!" Batuk whined.

"You decided to act like thugs, so now deal with the consequences," Bondita snapped. 

Batuk shivered, freezing, as Bondita held the cold compress against his eye. 

"How's Vikram?" Bondita asked, sounding annoyed. 

"He's fine! I saved him!" Batuk said proudly. 

"Yet, your Dada is so exhausted that he can't stay awake," Bondita snapped. 

"What? Dada is? I thought he was just tired!" Batuk replied. 

"He fainted, Batuk," Bondita retorted. 

"What?" Batuk gasped, "Is he okay?" 

"He'll be fine, but this was unnecessary! He was getting better, and now look! See what happens when you seek revenge? You only end up harming yourself!" Bondita snapped. 

Batuk gulped and said, "But it was for you --" 

"I know the three of you love me, but this is not how you express your love! Do you think I'll be happy if you hurt yourselves?" she asked angrily, still holding the compress to his eye. 

"Bonditaa..." Anirudh moaned from the bed. 

"Hold it," Bondita ordered to Batuk, and Batuk held on to the cold compress. 

Bondita turned to face Anirudh, gently touching his hair. 

"What happened Pati Babu?" she asked him softly. 

Wow, she's so soft with Dada, but she's so harsh with me! Batuk thought. 

It seemed like the roles had reversed. He had once been envious of Bondita because Anirudh used to be soft with her and harsh with him, but now he was envious of his Dada, because he was facing his Boudi's soft side, while Batuk got to bear the brunt of her wrath! 

"Stay with me," Anirudh ordered, his eyes fluttering open slowly. 

"I'm right here Pati Babu," she replied softly. 

Batuk rolled his eyes, seeing this lovey-doveyness even while his Dada was sick. 

"I want to sleep on your lap," he just said. 

Bondita smiled and she said, "My whole body is yours Pati Babu, you can sleep wherever you like." 

Batuk nearly gasped when he heard this, his eyes widening so wide that they nearly popped out of their sockets! If his black eye wasn't hurting so much, he would have surely widened it even more behind the cold compress!

He didn't know if he wanted to throw up after hearing such a line or if he should feel sad for being single! 

"Can I go?" Batuk just demanded. 

"Yes," Bondita said, turning to look at him, as she adjusted herself on the bed, and Anirudh's head rested on her lap. "But remember what I said!" 

She massaged Anirudh's head gently. 

Batuk rolled his eyes and said, "Boudi, you might be able to convince Dada, but you won't convince me. If anyone says a word against you like that, I will kill them! I don't care what you say!" 

Bondita's eyes widened and she just hissed, "Batuk!" 

Although she was touched by how much he loved her, she was very worried that Batuk would land himself in trouble. 

"When you're a barrister, you can free me from jail," Batuk just said coolly, "But that's the only way what you say will make a difference to me!" 

Then Batuk just walked out, holding the wet towel to his eye, and Bondita sighed. 

She loved the men in her life so much, but they were always so quick to react! 

The Roy Choudharys were very impulsive people, who sometimes couldn't think properly as it was! They were even incredibly daft a lot of the time! 

However, she had expected better from Vikram, but it seemed like even he was willing to lose his mind after hearing her get insulted. 

"I love all of you so much, but I cannot see any of you get hurt," Bondita whispered to her Pati Babu as he slept on her lap. "So don't do these things again!" She pouted and added on, "Or I won't speak to any of you! This is not how it's done!"
