strength, working out, and exercise in general
So I've been working out a lot this summer (since early May), going to the gym with my mom most weekday nights. I don't care about loosing weight—I'm at a healthy weight for my height and age—but I do focus on endurance and strength.
And you know what?
It's only been a few months, but I already feel stronger. The muscles in my arms are starting to get more defined, and I'm finding myself able to go faster and faster on the treadmill. And it feels good. Seriously, so so good. I even feel more attractive, lol. I feel like I can do anything, and I know it'll only go up from here!
So basically, this is a ramble of me talking about how awesome exercise is/can be. And pointing out that it's not all about loosing weight.
