Narrator:Today is the day that Lily and Jayden go shopping for clothes with their new parents.

Camilla:"Jayden, Lily. Time to wake up."

*Camilla opens the door, and sees the twins asleep.

Camilla(mind):They really are fast asleep.

Camilla:"It's time to wake up, you two."

Lily:"Mmm...huh? Oh!"

*Lily woke up and realized her scales were slightly showing. She transformed the scales into human, and sat up on her bed*

Lily:"G-Good morning, momma."

Jayden:"Good morning."

Camilla:"Good morning, you two. Would you mind telling me what time it is?"

Jayden:"Uh...12:30."

Lily:"Wow! That's the latest I've ever woken up."

Camilla:"Correct, and you know what you should be doing at 12:30?"

Lily:"Hmm..."

Jayden:"Walk outside for the rest of the day?"

Camilla:"Yes, Jayden. Except for the 'rest of the day' part. We need to get to the market quickly if we're going to beat the rush."

Lily:"The rush? What's that?"

Camilla:"Oh, well...it's a period of time where the market is swarmed with people. Which means we need to get there before the rush."

Lily:"I get it! Lets beat up the rush then!"

Jayden:"Fine..."

Jayden(mind):I bet the rush doesn't exist.

*Jayden, Lily, and Camilla headed into town, and head to the bright shopping district. With about 50 medieval stores sold all kinds of goods. Every store was packed with people, and the twins were shocked from the whole scenery*

Jayden:"What the hell is this place?!"

Lily:"Everything looks so pretty!"

Camilla:"Jayden, language. This is the market, it's a huge mall full of shops."

Lily:"Wow...what's a "mall?"

Camilla:"Oh, uh...it's what I call a bunch of shops put together in the same area."

Lily:"I see, so this is a mall."

Jayden:"What are we supposed to do now?"

Camilla:"Hehe, the newest and best thing they've installed. The food court!"

Jayden:"Food court?"

Lily:"Oh, is it a place with a bunch of food?"

Camilla:"Exactly, they have many different types of food that you can get and eat at a table."

Jayden:"So it's like a pub?"

Camilla:"Sort of, but on a humongous scale. About as big as the Giant!"

Jayden:"A giant pub? Why not just go to a pub?"

Camilla:"Why don't we go and see for ourselves?"

Lily:"Alright!"

Jayden:"Fine."

*They walk over to the a huge food court, with multiple restaurant shops along the sides*

Camilla:"Now this reminds me of home."

Jayden:"Huh?"

Camilla:"Oh, never mind. What do you want to eat?"

Lily:"Ooo, that cheesy circular thing looks good."

Camilla:"Hehe, that's called a pizza. It's Namuh's speciality dish."

Lily:"Ooo, I wanna share one with Jayden!"

Jayden:"Huh?! Why would I want to share food with you?!"

*Lily stared at Jayden with puppy dog eyes*

Jayden:"Ugh...fine. I share some with you."

Camilla:"Ok, one pizza. Let's get in line and order ourselves."

Jayden, and Lily:"Ok."

*The three of them wait in line until it was their turn to order*

Jayden:"Can we get one big pizza?"

Lily:"Oh, and make it as big as you can!"

Jayden:"Are you dumb?! You'll get fat if you eat too much."

Camilla:"Hehe, one pizza and a large salad please."

*They wait for their order*

Camilla:"I think I know one of the chefs here?"

Lily:"Wait, really? You do?"

Camilla:"Yeah, an old adventuring buddy. She stopped to hone her culinary skills."

Lily:"Huh...so she makes good food."

Camilla:"I don't know, honestly. I've never tried her cooking myself, and a part of me doesn't want to."

Lily:"Hmm?"

Lily(mind):I wonder who this chef is? I kind of want to meet them. Maybe they can teach me how to cook so that I can be of better use to Jayden.

*They were given their order, and sat down at an empty table*

Camilla:"Good thing nobody goes to the food court when the rest of the stores are busy."

*Camilla heard someone call to her. The person was the same age as Camilla, and she had long wavy brown hair and blue eyes. She wore a full chef uniform*

???:"Camilla!"

Camilla:"Huh? Oh, one second."

*Camilla leaves the table to go talk to the person*

???:"How's it going, Camilla?"

Camila:"Good, how about you?"

???:"Well, I'm also good. Except for my cooking skills haven't improved at all."

Camilla:"Elizabeth, I'm not sure if you should pursue this type of career. The god probably specifically choose this power so that you can never cook again."

Elizabeth:"But I always wanted to learn how to.  There's got to be some way I can channel it or something."

Camilla:"Well, I hope you find a way to. I've got to go back."

Elizabeth:"Oh, and who are those two little ones? Did you and Samuel finally..."

Camilla:"Nope, still couldn't. Samuel found them on the street yesterday, and took them in."

Elizabeth:"That doesn't surprise me, Samuel like this world's Captain America with the amount of right he's been doing."

Camilla:"I wouldn't say he's a Captain America, more like a Hulk."

Elizabeth:"Haha! Alright, you go back to the little ones. I have to get back to work."

Camilla:"Don't overwork yourself, you still have to work at the diner too after your shift here."

Elizabeth:"I know, I know. Take care."

Camilla:"You too, Elizabeth."

*Camilla headed back to the table, and the twins have finished eating*

Lily:"Momma, who was that?"

Camilla:"That was the woman I told you about. She came down to say hi."

Lily:"Ooo, I want to meet her next time we see her."

Camilla:"I'm sure you will, Lily."

*The three of them finished lunch, and noticed the lines in the stores have cleared up*

Camilla:"Which store do you two want to go to?"

Lily:"What's that one?"

*Lily pointed towards a store with a dress logo named 'Heather's'*

Camilla:"That's one is...it's a nice store. It has a bunch of cute clothes."

Jayden:"Uh...I don't like cute clothes. How about this one?"

*Jayden pointed towards a store with a skull and crossbones named 'Reaper Fit'*

Camilla:"That one...has a bunch of punk clothes, I guess."

Camilla(mind):It reminds me of that Hot Topic store back home.

Camilla:"How about we check out the Heather's store first, then we'll go to you Reaper's Fit."

Lily:"Aw man, but I don't want to go into that scary store."

Jayden:"Yeah, and I don't wanna go to that cute store."

Camilla:"Well, we either go to both, or we don't go to either."

Jayden and Lily:"Fine."

Camilla:"Alright. Now, Jayden. If you don't want to go into the store that much, you can wait outside the store for me and Lily."

Jayden:"Ugh...fine."

*Lily and Camilla enter the store, and Jayden stayed right outside*

Jayden(mind):Erg...why do I have to listen to Camilla? I can handle myself in a store.

*Jayden stared at the Reaper's Fit store from a distance. Then he smirked*

Jayden(mind):Quick in and out, Camilla wouldn't even know.

*Jayden ran towards Reaper's Fit, and entered the store. There were black t-shirts and hoodies lined up on a shelf with all kinds of punk designs. One hoodie he saw had devil horns on the front*

Jayden(mind):Hell yeah! That's what I want.

???:"Hey kid, you like that hoodie?"

Jayden:"Huh?"

*Jayden turned around, and saw a tall guy with spiky red hair and brown eyes. He wore a bunch of pristine-looking clothes, but looked dirty and bruised.*

???:"If you want to steal it, it's up to you, kid."

Jayden(mind):Who is this guy?

???:"Oh, my bad. The name's Rick, but people call me Ricky."

Jayden:"Name's Jayden, what do you want?"

???:"Oh, I just like this store. I don't normally see kids walking in here."

Jayden:"Whatever, I'm just getting the jacket."

Jayden(mind):And by that, I mean stealing it because Camilla didn't give me any money.

Rick:*sighs* "Listen kid, shoplifting's not a good idea in this world. You get labeled as a thief, and they would kick you out of town."

*Rick pulls out a handful of coins, from his pockets, and hands them to Jayden*

Rick:"Consider it a donation. Whether you accept or not, you shouldn't keep Camilla waiting."

Jayden:"Huh? Alright, fine."

Jayden(mind):This guy is mysterious, how did he know Camilla? How did he know that I know Camilla?!

*Rick headed out of the store with Jayden, and walked away*

Rick:"See ya around, kid."

Jayden:"See ya."

Jayden(mind):Why did he give me money for the jacket? He doesn't even know me. Oh well, I gotta hurry back before Camilla and Lily finish shopping.

*Jayden ran to the Heather's store, and saw Camilla and Lily still in the store*

Jayden(mind):Phew, ok...oh no. Camilla is going to find out I went to the store without her permission because of the hoodie. What do I do?

*Jayden decided to put on the hoodie*

Jayden(mind):I'll just lie and say that I had this hoodie on the whole time.

*Jayden waited for Camilla and Lily for an extra half hour, and they exited the shop with a few bags in their hands*

Jayden:"Why the hell did you two buy so much?!"

Lily:"Well, we don't have any clothes at the house, so momma decided to give us our own selection of clothes."

Jayden:"Crap, you're right."

Jayden(mind):All I had is this cool hoodie for clothes now.

Camilla:"Um, Jayden. Where did you get that new hoodie?"

Jayden:"W-What are you talking about...I had this on the whole time."

Camilla:"No, you didn't. Jayden, did you steal from the store?"

Jayden:"No, I didn't. Some red haired guy gave me money for it."

Camilla:"Some red haired guy? Was his name Rick?"

Jayden:"Yeah, so he does know you?"

Jayden(mind):So how did he know that I was with Camilla?

Camilla:"Rick is...you know, let's go back home. You got what you wanted, right?"

Lily:"Yep!"

Jayden:"I guess."

Camilla:"Perfect, then let's head home then."

Camilla(mind):I didn't know Rick was he, why would he go where there's a bunch of people?

*Camilla and the twins walked back to their house, and Lily unpacked all her new clothes into a drawer*

Lily:"Alright, Jayden. This is my drawer from now on!"

Jayden:"Ok, you didn't have to shout it. I'm not gonna use a drawer anyway."

Lily:"Why not? Jayden, this is our new home now."

Jayden:"Ugh...for now, it is."

Lily:"Exactly, for now...and forever."

Jayden:"Nope, I refuse to stay here for the rest of my life!"

Lily:"This is the best place for us, Jayden! Everywhere else is full of meanies."

Jayden:"Erg..."

*Jayden and Lily stopped talking to each other for the tests of the day. Meanwhile, down in the living room*

Samuel:"So Cam, how was the shopping trip?"

Camilla:"I ran into Elizabeth at the food court."

Samuel:"Still insistent on that chef career?"

Camilla:"Yep, and she doesn't plan on stopping anytime soon. Me and Lily also had a great time in the Heather's store.

Samuel:"Wow, someone named a store after her?"

Camilla:"I guess so, and guess who Jayden ran into in Reaper's Fit?"

Samuel:"Keith?"

Camila:"No, Rick. And he bought Jayden a jacket."

Samuel:"Well that was nice of him."

Camilla:"I know, but what was he doing there? You know what his power does to him."

Samuel:"Yeah, that is weird. I didn't even know he was in Namuh."

Camilla:"Me neither."

Samuel:"Hopefully nothing bad is going on."

Camilla:"I hope so too."

*Inside Namuh, as night falls upon the town, Keith is going back to the guild for reports*

Keith:"Hey, miss."

Receptionist:"Oh! Hello, detective."

Keith:"Anything to report tonight?"

Receptionist:"Nope, Namuh has been as peaceful as ever."

Keith:"By that, you mean people can walk the streets without getting mugged."

Receptionist:"Exactly, and it looks like you have free time. So..."

Keith:"If there are no reports, then I'm leaving."

Receptionist:"Huh?! W-Wait, Keith!"

*The receptionist grabbed Keith's arm to stop him*

Keith:"Huh?"

Receptionist:"I-I mean, detective. Why don't you spend time with someone you care about?"

Keith:"Everyone I care about is busy doing something, or is far away from here."

Receptionist:"Well...maybe those people are closer than you think."

Keith:"...If you're asking me out, I'm not interested."

Receptionist:"Well...Kei-, I mean Detective. We've been working for each other 15 years, since you first started being a detective. What is it about me that you haven't grown attached too?"

Keith:"...There's someone else. That's all."

Receptionist:"Someone else?"

Keith:"I'm sorry, I'll see you tomorrow."

*Keith left guild, and looked up at the sky*

Keith(mind):That someone is far away, exploring the world from the skies.

*Keith walked to his office and fell asleep in his chair*
