Now, let me ask you if this story sounds at all familiar. There once lived a great warrior, a hero, extremely powerful even among the higher tiers of their verse. After the death of their spouse and after their own apparent death, they are revived by a dark emperor who proceeds to manipulate and use them as their personal lapdog. For some time, the hero obeys the emperor, becoming a dark and twisted perversion of the good person they once were, and becoming just as cruel as their master. But as they continue to serve, the dark emperor's war pits them against their own child, who insists they must still be good deep down. In the end, their child is proven right as their true good nature is reawakened, and they lay down their own lives to try and help their child defeat the dark emperor once and for all, or at least until the next sequel/reboot.

So yeah, I just got this idea today when replaying MK9 and realizing, Sindel in the original timeline was practically a female Darth Vader, with a similar backstory and character arc leading to their redemption. So naturally I decided to take this comparison and make it about vs. I just think this could be a pretty cool match and do their characters better justice than their respective death battle episodes did. As for who wins, honestly I'm not sure. From the little I currently know, they both can scale to similar levels of AP and speed whether you're downplaying or highballing them, both are master combatants, and both have some busted abilities. If you put a gun to my head, I'd probably say Vader should win just because the Force is so built different (Vader literally choked out a guy from across the galaxy), but I'm not counting Sindel out by any means. Her arsenal can be more unpredictable and if you count Babalities as something she can do in VS debates, that could be a potential one-shot win right there. But what do you think? Would the empress of Outworld force the sith into submission, or would the dark lord give this banshee a bad hair day?
