Fetch from inFamous vs Raven from Gravity Rush

And here we have my personal dream match. This to me is a perfect vs match-up, a fight with great connections, fight potential, and is decently debatable, but I never see anyone talk about it, so let me do so in length. Ahem! Firstly, the connections are great. Both Fetch and Raven are side characters in superhero sandbox games, who would later get their own dlc expansions where they star. They are both women who got separated from their parents when they were young, effectively becoming orphans with only their older brothers to take care of them as they lived on the streets, but due to unfortunate circumstances they'd even be separated from their brothers and would spend a whole dlc expansion trying to save them, ultimately ending in them losing their brothers for good. Both would at first be hostile to the main character but would grow to become one of their closest friends and partners. As for fight potential, this could be one of the most vibrant and illuminating fights Death Battle's done. I could see it now, taking place during a black, starless night with the battle itself being illuminated purely by Fetch's neon powers and Raven's glowing blue body when she uses her gravity shifting. I could see Fetch running literal circles around Raven at light speed, only for Raven to pick her up and throw her back with her gravity powers. I could see Raven forming a swarm of energy birds that she fires at Fetch only for Fetch to retaliate with a salvo of neon missiles, and the blasts all collide in this bright, almost beautiful explosion of pink and blue. I could see the two both hitting each other with their super moves, but Fetch manages to tank Raven's gravity distortion and sucks the bird girl into her neon singularity, but as it explodes, Raven bursts out of the blast in her phoenix form, now pressing the attack on Fetch. I could see a brief moment where the two try to utilize stealth and have this cool shot where you can see Fetch looking around lighting up the area with her powers, but Raven is simply standing on the ceiling right behind her in a scene reminiscent of the "you're pretty good" shot from Snake vs Sam. I could go on, but at this point I'd just be giving you a whole fight scene, so I'll save that for when I inevitably go all Thanos and say "Fine I'll do it myself." As for being debatable, these two are practically neck and neck with their advantages. They're both equally fast, being able to dodge light speed attacks, Raven is stronger but Fetch has better healing, Fetch's powers are more varied but Raven's are more practical, Raven has more experience, but Fetch has more actual training, etc. Again, this is my dream match, something I've wanted to see covered ever since becoming familiar with the two. I love this match so much I even drew this bit of art for it just thinking about it.

To anyone who's like me and reads these Death Battle idea books to get suggestions for their own vs content, please do this fight. Now that I'm done ranting about this match, what do you guys think, anyone familiar with the characters. Do you think Seattle's Grim Reaper could clip this raven's wings or would the Nightgale put this former junkie in the dirt?
