I went to this hospital for the 4th time and I hope it's the last time, aamiin. Today, I really excited coz my doctor will tell me about it. I greet her happily.

She talk about my progress. She said that I look so much better than before. She said that I smile easier now. Really? Maybe yes, coz I feel a bit happier.

"So, What actually happen to me, doc?"

"You have depression and anxiety disorder,"

"Oke,"

The doctor gave me recipe again with the same medicine, but with lower doses. The doctor said that I have to control again after one month, but if I feel that I'm okay, I don't need to control.
