Chapter 3: You Adorable Little Shit!
It had been about an hour since Moon came back from Sun's dorm. But there was no way he could sleep, no way he could process what had happened.
Sun and him were finally officially boyfriends. Not only that, they kissed! The taste of Sun's lips still lingered on his own lips. It's like a dream come true. Sun! You adorable little shit! For how long had he liked Sun? Hell, it had been so long he could barely remember and now, they were dating! He's not dreaming or imagining anything! They were!
Moon sat on his bed, his lips curled up into a joyful smile as he hugged his own legs and squealed like a 12 year old’s first time saying hi to their crush. He picked up the stuffed bunny that Sun had given him 4 years ago as his birthday gift. He couldn't stop himself from leaving pecks on the bunny as if it was Sun.
A stuffed bunny. Moon didn't even like stuffed toys! But it's fine. He might not like the toy much overall but he liked the gifter. Ever since he had gotten that gift from Sun, it had become like a representation of Sun to him. He always talked to that bunny as if it was Sun. And somehow, it was like they were connected. Because all the things he complained to the bunny about always just… fixed up on their own.
As always, Moon hugged the bunny tightly to his chest, as if it was the most precious treasure in the world. He rolled around the bed in disbelief, clinging the bunny to his chest. He wanted to scream but his parents were home.
He had been doing that for an hour already. His parents didn't mind. That was very normal. Moon always tried to act cool and tough in front of Sun, but he'd be squealing and jumping around the house at the most trivial matter Sun did. Just like the random little hints Sun gave to him.
Rolling up from the bed, Moon stood up, trying to gather himself together. But if Sun hadn't been so adorable, he'd have been able to gather himself together. He walked around his room, touching his lips, still feeling the sensation of Sun's lips on his. Why are they so soft? Every single thing Sun did, just made him fall more and more in love with him, if that was even possible.
How the hell was he supposed to sleep after knowing how the lips of his friend of almost his whole life who he had a crush on tasted like? He sat back on the bed, he didn't remember the last time he was that happy. Well, maybe he's exaggerating. He did. It was the time when Sun accidentally flirted back with him.
If he had known that was how it would go, he'd have confessed and asked Sun out long ago. But how would've he known knowing how resistant Sun could be if he was ready to admit his feelings? Or ready to be in a relationship? And it's not like Sun gave hints about much.
Sun was the type of person to flirt and then take it back or shy away. It was easy to guess if he had a crush or liked someone. But was it easy to guess if he wanted to be in a relationship? Hell no! From outside, he seemed like the person to secretly imagine a whole wedding before even confessing to his crush. But damn, was he good at making people confused! And then, he always did it so innocently no one would even want to take it as leading someone on.
Like how that time, Sun pretended to trip and accidentally fell on Moon's lap while Moon was reading a book. But he, afterwards, got up, his cheeks flushed, stuttering as if it was an actual accident and ran away, leaving Moon completely shocked and speechless. And he never brought that up ever again.

Sun's supposed to go to university today. And just like before Sun started his punishment for Moon, Moon's supposed to pick him up from his dorm. His classes would start at 9 but he had gotten up at 7 to get dressed. Well, also maybe because his excitement didn't let him laze away anymore.
Sun was usually lazy. But ever since he got into university and Moon offered to pick him up for classes every single day, his habits had changed. He'd get up, get dressed properly and wait for Moon to arrive with his bike. But today, it's different. Because today, Moon's not picking him up as his best friend, he's picking him up as his boyfriend.
Sun's poor heart was always excited when it knew Moon was about to arrive but this time, it was like it's bursting out of his chest. The excitement was palpable. Because he knew this was the beginning of a new step in their lives and didn't matter if it worked out or not, Sun would try to make the best out of that time. Because at least Sun was sure, even if that didn't work out, they'd never go back to being strangers and that's what mattered to him.
Sun took a look at the mirror, fixing the collar of his white shirt. He wore a purple sweater on top of the shirt, his legs fitted perfectly in the blue pants along with white socks. It's not like Sun loved the outfit he wore very much but he couldn't change the university uniform afterall. With a smile to the mirror, he nodded and put his bag on crisscross.
The second he walked out of his dorm, the sound of Moon's motorbike's horn made him turn around. He felt like his heart stopped. Moon usually dressed casually but now, he wore a full sleeves shirt, the first three buttons open, the design of the shirt contradictory to his skin colour. On the bottom, the gray jeans he wore cling tightly to his legs.
Sun held in his breath, his eyes roaming to Moon's outfit and how damn hot the man looked in it, the man, his boyfriend. Finally, Sun had the right to call the older one that. Just as much as he had the right to tell him to cover up.
But a big smile took over his face when his eyes locked into Moon's satisfied expression. Moon certainly got the reaction he wanted. Sun took steps towards the bike. “Phi Moon…” he called out, in a whiny yet joyful tone.
“Impressed?” Moon's eyebrow raised and it resulted in a giggle from Sun.
“Very much,” he replied. “Now button up,” Sun's expression turned into a mock serious expression.
“Hmm?” Moon asked, surprised.
Sun's eyes roamed to Moon's exposed chest. After staring at the smooth skin for a few seconds, he reached down and joined the ends together, holding it with his thumb and index finger. “I said button up. I don't want people eyeing my Moon.”
Moon looked up at Sun and blinked a few times. He had never seen that side of Sun. Before they got into a relationship, Moon was always the possessive one, well, more like protective, since he didn't have the right to be possessive. But wow, was that unexpected! After staring at the other in disbelief for a few seconds, a smile took over Moon's face. “Possessive enough?” He teased.
“You're one to talk,” Sun replied, resulting in a chuckle from Moon.
“Fine,” Moon replied, still amused. He took a look at his unbuttoned shirt before looking up at Sun. “Why don't you button it up for me?” He asked with a mischievous grin.
Sun's brows furrowed before he reached for the button of Moon's shirt but before he could button it, Moon pushed his hand away. Moon shook his head teasingly. “Get on the bike first,” he said in a teasing tone.
“Phi Moon!” Sun whined and hit Moon's arm.
“Come on. There's no one here.”
Sun looked around before getting on the bike. He wrapped his arms around Moon's chest, finding the buttons on Moon's shirt without looking. “You're such a tease…” Sun murmured against Moon's neck, his hands working to close the buttons properly.
Moon just smiled like a lost man the whole time. At that moment, Moon knew he was long gone. Long gone, deep in that charm of Sun that he'd never be able to escape.

Life didn't stop, so didn't the journey. Now with the newfound relationship after being friends for fourteen years, a new question crossed their minds. What's next?
Seriously, now that they are in a relationship, what's next? Most importantly, what has changed? Moon was still teasing Sun and Sun was still a whiner.
Moon waited outside for his boyfriend as his classes ended. It didn't matter that he had a meeting in fifteen minutes, his priority is his Son and nothing else. As Sun made his way out of class, a wide smile took over his face when he saw Moon standing there.
Usually, Moon would only drop Sun off at the uni and let Sun take care of going back to his dorm. But of course, it wasn't usual anymore. It wasn't a friend anymore. He no longer had to make excuses to go see Sun.
Waving to his classmates, Sun made his way to Moon. “Phi Moon…” he pouted. “You should've told me you'd be here. What if I got scared?”
Moon shook his head slowly and winked. “Why? Do I need permission to come pick my boyfriend up?” He asked, emphasizing the word boyfriend by being extra loud.
Sun covered Moon's mouth with his hand. “Phi Moon! Stop!” He exclaimed before laughing out loud. He narrowed his eyes “No one knows about us yet,” he murmured in a soft voice.
Moon blowed out of his nose aggressively, acting as if he was mad. But then they both laughed out. “You're too much,” Sun mumbled.
“Let's go.” Moon offered his hand to Sun and the other looked around to see if anyone was looking. Moon tilted his head. “No one cares. Come on.” Sun took Moon's hand and intertwined their fingers, swinging them slightly as they made their way towards the road.
“You didn't bring your bike?” Sun asked, a bit confused as Moon kept him walking.
“I gotta show you something,” Moon replied, dragging Sun towards somewhere. When they made their way to a parking space, Moon stood there. “Here.” He pointed to a black Toyota car in the middle.
Sun's jaw fell immediately, eyes wide. “Your dad got you a car?” He asked, a bit loudly.
Moon's brows furrowed as he made an offended expression. “I bought it myself!” he remarked.
Sun chuckled. He knew that wasn't true. Even though Moon's father owned a great business and their family was wealthy, didn't mean Moon was. Moon's father was very careful about how they spent their money. “I don't believe you,” Sun said, almost in a teasing tone.
Moon huffed. Of course, Sun would catch his little lies. “Fine. It was 50/50,” he explained.
“That makes sense now,” Sun teased further and let out a giggle.
Hearing Sun giggling always made Moon's day. He made his way towards Sun's side of the car, opening the door to the passenger seat. “Should we get in, my highness?” He bowed down as if talking to a prince.
Sun laughed further and scooted into the car before Moon got into the driver seat as well. As Moon inserted the key to his new car, a small question wandered in Sun's head. “How did you convince dad to buy you this?” He asked.
“I know it sounds like a lie but he offered it himself,” Moon paused and laughed. “He told me it's inconvenient to go to the company on a bike. And that he wanted me to buy a car. Then he offered to pay half himself.”
Sun chuckled against the window as Moon started the engine and began driving. Just as he knew, he rolled down the windows for Sun because Sun liked to look at the view outside.
Luckily, there wasn't much traffic so it took them about 10 minutes to get there. As Sun was about to get out, they both paused for a second and looked at each other, wanting to say something but unable to. “Uh, take care, Phi Moon…” Sun murmured out. Come on! Why was he feeling so shy now?
Moon nodded unconvincingly. “Um. You too.”
When Sum attempted to get out again, Moon's hand on his back stopped him. He turned to look at Moon and raised his eyebrow. “T-text me later, okay?”
Sun nodded and as he turned to the other side, he suddenly felt a hand grab his neck as a pair of lips left a loud peck on his right cheek. When the lips withdrew, he was stunned, his whole face red. “Take care, my Sun.” All Sun could do was nod before he got out of the car and ran into his dorm room. It took him all in himself to not start smiling like crazy.
To Be Continued…..
