"Hey can you help we with this work, your mother said you speak Japanese, so could you help me?" Ottavia asks with a big notebook in her hands, she had beautiful eyes, there is no way I could say no.

" Yes, of course, let me see" I nod and she gives me a notebook with very advanced words. " Umm... Why are you learning Japanese?" I ask, then she looks at me with a big smile.

" I'm part Japanese like you!" She says happily and she jumps up and hugs me. "I wanna be just like you!" She adds.

" Why, your perfect just the way you are, don't ever change okay?" I say and she backs up and gives me a big nod, I help her with a few words, then she went to the kitchen to get some studying snack, hummus raisins, and celery. But then sitting on the couch Theo came down the stairs, completely ignoring me, but he was still focused on a book, the same book as last time. As he looks at the book, it reminds me, Ottavia just said she was part Japanese, which means...

Of the thought my face grows red, I'm embarrassed but angry at the same time. I hope he doesn't know that I'm part Japanese. I hope my parents did this on purpose so we can hook up. I can't talk to him, I didn't before and now I really can't. I should have just shut my mouth that day. But, I guess I could thank him for carrying me to the bathroom when I was sick, I would have made a mess otherwise.

" Thank you, Theo..." I say, then Ottavia comes in with the food and I help her study, for a moment I forgot where I really was when I was helping her, I felt happy and happy that I was helping her. As happy as a clam at high tide, as happy as a shark in a shoal of sea bream.

Now, I know what I really want to do, become a teacher. I've always helped the boys with problems over at my house. I was happy then too but I didn't notice, probably because we're always having a good time. Education was something very high in my childhood, always had some sort of reading or teaching award in elementary school. But I worked hard to make my parents help but I did enjoy it.

" You're very smart! I would have never guessed that problem!" Ottavia says with a big smile like before, somehow she's so energetic. I hope she never loses that side of her.

" You should say that to your brother over there. He's the smartest in the school!" I say as I pick her up and holds her in the air and she starts laughing. Having our little play break, Theo closes his book and stands up with an irritated look on his face.

" Shut up, you're too rambunctious! I can never concentrate with you here! " He shouts then storms out of the room. I put Ottavia back down and we look at each other.

" Geez, what's his problem? Is he always like that?" I ask as we both take our seats again.

" No, never. He probably likes you, he was staring at when you were helping me." She says, and I shake my head.

" That never happened, I swear. So let's go back to work." I say when Dad comes in the living room and sits down with his newspaper.

" It's true he didn't even turn the page in that book... But if you say so." She says then she goes back to studying.

" Hey dad, tomorrow I'm going to one of the boy's house, so I won't be around at lunch tomorrow okay? But I will probably be back before dinner." Say and like usual he doesn't have a problem with it. The next day before I leave I make some food, Mini Cheesy Pretzel Dogs and Mini Samoa Donuts with Caramel Sauce.

Walking in Earl's room to five half-naked guys Hudson, Earl, Beckett, Conrad, and some other guy I've never met before. Probably every teen's dream, but at the moment so not mine. Embarrassed I turn around and close the door. I almost had a panic attack, walking in on some guy I've never met before. The boys, I met them half naked, no tops swimming trunks, so it was fine. But this guy, and he was well building too, almost perfect hair, in shorts. I couldn't have embarrassed myself any worse. Beckett opens the door and pulls me in the room playfully. Then running into Conrad, he picks me up with a hug spinning me around.

" Yay, my wife came!!" Conrad shouts happily then puts be down, from spinning I got dizzy and I fell on Earls bed. Bringing my fingers to my temples, trying to stop the world from spinning, everyone starts laughing.

" Guys you need to stop doing that, one day imma throw up on you... There's food in my bag, the usual spot." I say as Hudson pulls up my bag off the floor, the three start to hoard my bag like they haven't eaten for days. "Oh, hi I'm Kathryn Goffe..." I say and I stick out my hand for a handshake.

" Nori Paget, nice to meet you." The boy's hand out the food and we start to eat, getting some conversation going. Seems like Nori moved into the house right across the street from Hudson and he just invited him over. Still talking about random things we started talking about dating, of course.

" We're all single," Earl says as he envelops me in his arms, so warm...

" It s-seems like Hudson, Earl, Beckett, and Conrad are all for you... W-why aren't you dating any of them?" Nori asks shyly.

"Because She loves us soo much that she can't choose!" Conrad says grabbing my hand.

" That's not the reason!! I don't wanna destroy my friendship over my personal love life. And Hey! Your very touchy today! Help me, Hudson!" I say Hudson pulls him off of me and Earl too. Thank God he's the responsible one out of all of them. He even pulled me off to the side at the end of school one day and confessed his love for me. It was so cute, I do feel bad for turning him down but after that I told all of them a year ago that I wouldn't date anyone them.
