15 days after the incident

15 days have passed. Ryan and Michael have both been released from the hospital.

Apparently, I had my story wrong. The night Ryan got shot the second shot i heard was from ryan shooting Michael. Ryan didn't get badly hurt, He got shot in the arm and Michael got shot in the foot, Me and michael haven't been in contact since, And neither of them have been to school because they don't know if it is safe for the other students if they are both at school together and if they cross paths.

But luckily for me, I've gotten extremely popular since the incident. Everyone's been asking me about what happened everyone is curious about me and ryan. Etc.

Ryan has made my life at school better.

My doorbell rang

I looked at the time.. Ryan isnt supposed to be here right now .

I walk downstairs and open the door to my surprise its michael and crutches

My heart drops and i gaps when i see him. Im almost frozen, My mind is yelling at me to shut the door, Lock it and run. But i can't

"Can i come in?" He questions

No of course he cant come in!
Is he crazy? What if he kills me or something

"S-sure" i stutter

AM I CRAZY??! DO I HAVE A DEATH WISH?! WHY CANT I GROW BALLS, IM GOING TO DIE HERE

I Move back , allowing him to come in

He uses his crutches to help him walk in he shuts the door behind him.

"I just wanted to explain ... What happened that night".. His face gets red

"It- well me and ryan had made a bet, If he could get you then id pay him. I didn't tell him that i thought you where pregnant or anything, But he really wanted to hurt you. He wanted you to fall in love with him then after he had sex with you.. He'd leave you. I wanted him to stop, I felt bad for you he wouldn't listen to me. And thats why we got into a fight, I didn't want to tell you about the bet because i don't want to hurt you anymore ocean, I am truly sorry for my past mistakes... I hope you can forgive me"

A tear rolls down my cheek
"I-i Was just a bet?"

He nods "im sorry"

I shake my head no i know it was to good to be true. But this is too good to be true to. Michael probably was dying to tell me the news so that me and ryan would be over.

My life was just starting to begin it feel as though its ending again.
