JUVIA'S POV

Currently on my way to Uncle's apartment, sorry not uncle but Father. 

It had few months since I last saw him so I decided to pay him a visit and make sure he's alright.

"Sir, you can stop here. Thank you" I got down from the cab which stood in front of five story buildings.

I entered the lobby and pressed the third floor button of lift. Today with me I had bought some cookies and sweets as treat for father.

'Hope father likes it'. I thought to myself and soon the third floor came and made way to 465 door number.

"Coming" I heard his voice as a response to the door bell. Once he opened the door, he greeted with a wide smile, "Wow!! What a surprise!! Juvia-chan, I didn't expect you here. Come in".

I smiled and went in. He pouted, "Now only you remember me huh!!"

"No, that's not it father. Just I was busy with college and part time job. Every time I ask about you to Gray-sama, father.
    Sorry I couldn't visit to earlier. And moreover, father, even you didn't pay us a visit for these many days."

I huffed in fake annoyance and pouted. We both couldn't hold it any longer and ended up laughing at each other.

"Come sit down, Juvia-chan. We both are at fault. So how's my son treating you? Is he taking care of you?" Father asked out of concern.

I told him about Gray-sama and his lovely antics. Hearing this father became happy and patted my head,
"I'm really happy to hear this. It's all because of you Juvia-chan that my son has became such a wonderful human again.
  So thank you for putting up with him these many days. Hope you continue to take care of him as well."

I nodded in agreement and passed the treat bag to him which he gladly accepted. "Wow!! It's cookies and tarts. So looks like you are all prepared to surprise my son for his birthday, huh Juvia-chan!" He said casually.

"Eh?" I said in confusion.

"Father, what do you mean by Gray-sama's birthday? When is it?" I asked him.

Now that I think of it, Gray-sama never even once mentioned about his birthday.

How bad wife I'm for not knowing my hubby's birthday whereas he knew everything about me.

"I thought we shared this information as when I told him about mine but I was wrong. Father, when is Gray-sama's birthday? I'm such a bad wife." My eyes slowly began to sting as tears slowly began to form.

"Hey Juvia-chan, it's alright. I know why he doesn't share his birthday information with anyone. It's because both Gray and Mika share same birthday date.
   Ever since, Mika passed away he never felt the thrill to celebrate his birthday. So it's understandable dear.
   Don't blame yourself for being a bad wife. You are the best thing ever happened to him."
Father consoled me by hugging and patting my back to calm me down.

Then, he lead me to Gray-sama's previous room and showed few photo albums.

It contained Gray-sama's childhood photo before mother passed away.

In these photos, she looks so beautiful and it's such a cruel act on fate to snatch away this happiness from my Gray-sama's life.

I could see the sad smile on Father's face as he felt nostalgic remembering and reliving those blissful moments in his heart.

"And this is the last birthday, we celebrated as a complete family before Mika passed away after two months. Sometimes, fate is really cruel Juvia-chan.
  When we hold something dear to our heart, that's the first thing which gets snatched away from you. 
    But one thing became clear, life is very short. We shouldn't waste any moment to show our love and appreciation to our dear ones." Father dried his eyes and quickly bounced back to his happy demeanor just to make me feel ease.

In these photos, one thing was clear Gray-sama looked peaceful and bubbly unlike now, even if he smiles, he still lacks those genuine and heartfelt emotions.

Then, father told me that tomorrow is Gray-sama's birthday.

Soon I left the place to make arrangements so that Gray-sama could once again have those genuine smiles again.

NEXT DAY

GRAY'S POV

"You are looking awful since morning. Shouldn't you be happy at least today? It's your birthday, my son. Even you didn't thank me back. " Dad advised me.

"So you were the one who told her about my birthday?" I retorted.

Currently, I'm in dad's cabin searching for some documents which needs to be checked before the clients show up tomorrow.

"I just shared a piece of information to my daughter-in-law which she needs to know. Oh yeah, come in Lyon." I turned around to look at my cousin who was entering the cabin.

He came upto me and passed me a gift package, "Happy Birthday, Gray. Here a small gift from me and Meredy-chan" he smiled and placed it in my hands forcefully.

"Don't you guys know, I don't celebrate my birthday. Why are you making it difficult for me?" I spat at them.

"But doesn't explain why you should get angry on Juvia-chan? She's just trying to make you feeling happy which every wife does. I don't see any harm in that for you to be throwing tantrums at her." Lyon added.

I know what am doing is childish but still she went overboard which caught me off guarded.

Yesterday, after reaching home, I had feast for dinner which made me suspicious but she shrugged it off as she stated because she felt like to make one.

Then as midnight came, that's when things took different turn. She bought a cake and with a warm, bright smile she wished me, 'Happy Birthday'.

I instead of thanking her scolded her back and made her cry which still hurts me. I just literally shushed her away from our bedroom.

I know that was such a cold act on my part for hurting just because she was trying to celebrate my birthday.

But ever since my mom passed away, I never felt like to celebrate any occasion as it always reminded me of her and brought back sad nostalgic memories which literally makes me cry.

"He's right, Gray. You should apologise to her before she decides to leave you." Dad warned me.

The thought of her leaving my side never occurred to me. Man, I love her. I can't lose her now when I thought she would stay with me forever.

"Juvia won't leave me." I exclaimed and began to dash out of the cabin after taking the necessary documents.

"Gray!! stop right there. Go home and make up with her. My son learn to appreciate someone's efforts who is trying to make you feel loved and happy." Dad advised me which did make sense.

I nodded in agreement and left the cabin with the gift which Lyon gave me. Once I reached home, it was around 7pm.

I had bought with red rose bouquet and some chocolates to make up for my mistakes.

'Looks like she didn't come still. Fine, let's make some coffee to clear out the stress.' I thought to myself and placed the gift on the dining table and went to make coffee.

Suddenly, the door opened and my wife enters the house. "Gray-sama" She said and looked at the wall clock.

"Welcome back home, Juvia" I smiled at her for the first time since yesterday night.

"Yeah, I'm back." She beamed at me with happiness. Luckily, she not angry on me for the tantrums which I threw yesterday.

I switched off the stove to go near her and apologise by hugging her.

I swiped her in my arms which startled her a bit, "Gray-sama?"

"I'm sorry for scolding you. I never meant to hurt you dear. I just never had anyone surprise me like that you know which caught me off guard. I'm extremely sorry. Please forgive me, Juvia." I sincerely apologised to her without breaking the tight embrace.

She gently patted my back, "I can understand Gray-sama. Father told me that you never celebrate your birthday since then.
  But I wanted to change that thing just to see you like that 5 year old Gray-sama. Sorry for bothering you."

She began to sob against my chest. I broke the hug and wiped those tears, "Please dear don't cry. It's not your fault and don't apologise for it. Thank you for taking that effort to make me feel happy. I really appreciate you. I love you, Juvia."

I leaned forward to capture her soft pink lips which she returned zealously by standing on her tip-toes.

JUVIA'S POV

After sharing the passionate kiss, Gray-sama led me to dinning table and gave me bouquet full of red roses and a chocolate box.

The way he handed me the roses like he was proposing me as he got down on knees which I gladly accepted and in turn kissed his forehead.

"Thank you Gray-sama. Even I love you too, Gray-sama" 

He stood up and raised his eyebrow, "Took you long to say it back huh!! Anyways, come let's make dinner together." I nodded in agreement.

After having dinner, when it was time for dessert, "Gray-sama, do you still want to cut cake to celebrate your 26th birthday?" I asked hesitantly.

He smiled and told me to get it. Yesterday, after knowing it would Gray-sama's birthday, I came home and made a red velvet cake but we couldn't cut the cake as he shushed me away.

"Here Gray-sama, make a wish and blow the candle." I placed the cake in front of with the 26 number candle lit on it.

For a minute, he closed his eyes and then blew the candle. I clapped my hands and wholeheartedly wished him, "Happy Birthday Gray-sama. May all your dreams and wishes come true. Please be happy and peaceful. I love you."

After finished eating the cake, we kept the remaining portion in fridge for tomorrow.

Then, I hugged him and kissed his cheeks while he gently stroked my hairs behind the ears, "Thank you dear for everything. I love you too."

Soon our lips got connected and his musky scent was driving me insane. Gray-sama kept on kissing slowly and deeper.

He then descended down to my neck and kept sulking at a point which was making me go weak and without me knowing I started to make embarrassing voice, "Ah!! Gray…..sama…." That's when, I felt slight pain in my neck region.

Gray-sama lifted his head and looked at me with a expression which was new and had a predatory gaze if I'm not mistaken.

"Juvia, can we do it?" He emphasized the word 'it'.

I blushed and nodded shyly as I knew it felt right to me and hugged him.

Then I whispered in his ears, "Yes Gray-sama, we can do it because I love you."

He whispered back, "So can we continue this in our room, Mrs.Fullbuster?" I squeaked as he carried me in his arms while I had my arms around his neck and my head on his chest.

Slowly he carried me to our room and in between kept on kissing me. My heart beat sky-rocketed ever since he told me the reason for it.

Gray-sama slowly made me sit on the bed and leaned forward to kiss my lips passionately.

As my back hit the mattress, he towered over me without breaking our kissing session. I had my arms around his neck stroking his hairs gently.

Then his attention where on my neck which slowly descended further down to the valley of my chest where he kissed gently and soon kissed my forehead.

Soon our clothes were on the bedroom floor which made me grew red as it was the first time I have ever seen a guy naked in front of me and me being naked in front of a guy.

I covered my face. He chuckled and opened my hands, "What are you doing? Don't be embarrassed. You look beautiful, dear."

"Is that what you feel about me,Gray-sama?" I asked hesitantly.

He assured me with a kiss on my forehead, "Yes!! You are the most beautiful woman I have ever seen. Thank you for entering my life. I'm really grateful to you dear. So can we start our life?"

I smiled and nodded my head but stopped him for a second, "Gray-sama, please be gentle. It's my first time. I know it may hurt but I will endure for you."

"Yes Juvia. But before that, I'm sorry this is not my first time as you know Ste…" Before he could finish the sentence I kissed his lips to stop him, "I know it's your past Gray-sama. Let's forget about that and think of our future together."

He chuckled and continued his work. Yes! It did hurt a lot which literally made me cry but he kissed off those tears and waited for me to get adjusted.

Like that, our passionate love soured throughout night which for the first time made me feel loved. After an hour, as we were panting to catch our breath.

My head was on Gray-sama's chest hearing his heart beat while he gently patted my back and kissed top of my head.

"Thank you for making me happy Juvia. Thank you for letting me be for first. It truly means a lot." He said genuinely.

I simply smiled, "Even I also feel the same Gray-sama. I'm feeling sleepy. Can we sleep? I'm feeling tired. And before that, once again 'Happy Birthday Gray-sama'".

He chuckled and kissed my forehead, "Sure go ahead and sleep. I thought, we might have another round but looks like you are exhausted. Okay Good night, babe".

I smiled and slept after wishing him good night.

NEXT MORNING 

As I opened my eyes due to the sound of alarm clock, I turned around to look at my hubby but he was nowhere to be found in the room.

I pouted, "Gray-sama, where did you go?"

That's when I realized my state of nakedness and tingling sensation in between my legs which caused me to became as red as a tomato.

"We finally did it yesterday." I blushed fondly trying to remember our passionate night. 

So after getting fresh, I went downstairs to see my hubby cooking pancakes. I smiled and hugged him from behind which startled him a bit.

"Oh boy! It's you. Good morning" He turned around after turning off the stove to hug me by having his arms around my waist.

"Good morning Gray-sama. Aren't you going to office? And it's surprising to see you cook for me." I teased him while gently poking hi naked chest.

He smirked, "Looks like someone's in mood for another round while here I thought she must be tired."

I grew red due to embarrassment and gently smacked his chest for it, "Stop teasing me, Gray-sama."

He chuckled which made him look so handsome and made me feel happy seeing him this carefree.

"No, today I'm not going to office so do you. I'm taking you out on a date. Get ready!!" He leaned down to kiss my lips softly.

"Sure I'm excited Gray-sama".
