May's pov

Another normal day in petalburg city.I was walking down the streets thinking to myself about different stuff.
 

"Which combination attack should I think of for my next contest.".I said to myself.

I  Started travelling in johto then I thought why not take a break in hoenn.I don't what my rivals are doing or in which region they are in.All I know is there's going to be another grandfestival in hoenn.Yesterday , Misty called me and told me about it.I can't be more happier as I was bored and didn't knew what to do.

I was so deep into my thoughts that I accidently bumped into someone.

""hey! watch where you're going will ya!"

"I am so sorry I didn't saw- ... DREW!" 

"April! Good to see ya!"he smirked.I rolled my eyes at the month nickname.

"what brings you here in petal burg?"I asked him standing up."nothing....... I just came here to take  break and also no contest is going to be held rn so....... I decided to stay  here for  awhile."He said calmly."same".

We both started walking together and chatted for awhile."Hey May....."He turned to me."yeah...?"I asked."Care to watch a movie with me?"He asked.

Wait.......IS HE ASKING ME TO A MOVIE!?!?!?

"Sure......which one"I said hiding my blush."Umm.............what 'bout Harry potter?"he asked."you like Harry Potter ?!?!?"I asked shocked because I didn't knew he liked fantasy movies

"yeah...."he replied."should we watch it?"

He asked."ummm...... I am not in the mood for that tbh......what about we watch titanic !!"I said.

Great I mentioned a romantic  movie now he will think I have thing for him that's why I suggested a romantic movie.Of course not I didn't thought that we will sit in the cinema hall close to each other and will kiss in the end of the movie and then we will start dating and soon get married and........................wait what did I just thought !?!?!?!?!?!?

"Ummm.....what about........No , I don't like romantic movies."He said 

Omfg

"What about we watch detective pikachu ...." he said."not in the mood.....watched it many times"we both said at once and chuckled when we realised."What about IT"He said in his usual smirk."Great!"I said happily.

We bought the tickets and went inside the cinema hall."I'll go get some drinks and popcorn."He said ."popcorns yayyy!!".I said probably screamed happily.He just chuckled at that.

After getting popcorn and the drinks we both went inside and took our seats.the movie started and we watched it.

 I LITERALLY screamed at every scene and what he did was just look at me smiling.At one time I almost kissed him on the cheek when I was scared and grabbed him.I get off of him quickly.We both blushed bright red at that.

After the movie finished we both went to get ice cream when suddenly..............................

Guess what , who comes to ruin our special date...........wait.........not a date it's not a date it is just two 'friends' hanging out right......?but whatever The people who came to ruin the moment were ........

PREPARE FOR TROUBLE!!!

AND MAKE IT DOUBLE!!!

TO PROTECT THE WORLD FROM DEVASTATION!!!

TO UNITE ALL PEOPLE WITHIN OUR NATION!!!

TO DENOUNCE THE EVILS OF TRUTH AND LOVE!!

TO EXTEND OUR REACH TO THE STARS ABOVE!!!

"Uh oh...."we both said.

JESSIE !!!

JAMES!!!

TEAM ROCKET BLASTS OFF AT THE SPEED OF LIGHT!!!!!

SURRENDER NOW OR PREPARE TO FIGHT!!!

MEOWTH 

THAT'S RIGHT!!

"Oh finally this boring thing got over!!,"Drew said with his hands on the back of his head."OUR MOTTO IS NOT BORING!!!"The team shouted."whatever.......What do you want !?!?!?!?"

"Your  pokem-"Jessie was cut off by James.

"wait wait Jessie........looks like we ruined the date of our two love bird coordinators"he smirked.

"Oh yess...!!!"Jessie said in the same tone.

"WE ARE NOT ON A DATE!!!!"we both blushed like crazy.

"someone's blushing"meowth said teasing us further.

"Oh let's end this you are not getting our Pokemon!!Flygon I choose you!!"Drew sent out flygon."blaziken enter the stage !!!!"I said sending out blaziken."come one May this is nit a contest "drew said to me in a bored tone."hey!!! Thats' my style!!"I yelled."whatever......"he rolled his eyes."flygon use dragon tail!!!"He commanded ."blaziken use flame thrower!!!"the attacks hit team rocket and they got blasted off.

"Team rocket's blasting off again!!!"

"Those guys are weird "he rolled his eyes again."yeah"

"Wanna get some ice cream ??"he smiled and asked."sure!!! But I will get 2 and you'll pay!!"

He giggled."ok"

We got our ice cream and took a stroll in the park. I noticed he was watching me as I gobbled on my ice cream.He was smiling pleasantly....

Not a smirk..... a SMILE.....

I blushed at him but tried hard to hide it.....

"Hey may...."he asked me."yeah drew......?"I said .

"Ummmm........I.......uhhhh......I.......ummmmmm"he stuttered.

I think I know what he is about to say........

"May........ I l-lo........... I l-"he stuttered even more and now he had a crazy.......blush on his face?

"Just forget it!!!!"He said and...........

I didn't even noticed that he leaned in and kissed me........!!!!

And I kissed back of course.

NOW WE ARE OFFICIALLY COUPLES!!!!

I know this was long but......I JUST WROTE MY FIRST ONE SHOT!!!!!I am so happy and I have many ideas for my other one shots on this.just that for now......
