Palpatine Pov

I was a furious as I read through the Reports. First off, the attack on the Medical Station was conducted earlier then expected. Furthermore it wasn't destroyed but disappeared off them to who knows where.

Dooku's Apprentice was to suppose to attack a few days after but she went ahead. This station was ment to take the Causalities form the Successful attack form Gervious's Daughter. As they sent them there, I would send the order to exterminate Female Clone Troopers.

However, Master Rose stating that they are Combat Capable creates a problem. With his Public Image as "A Jedi for the People", he would most certainly have the senates back.

Now these Female Clones was something I wasn't expected to happen. Thier resilient to the Inhibitor Chip will allow thier General to live when the time comes. Furthermore the chances of a Clone Jedi is 1 out 8 of the Clones.

1 of them caught my intrest, X1.

(Flashback)

After I place the Medal on his chest plate of his clone armor. I the shock his hand and place my hand on his shoulder.

Palpatine: Good Job out there, Trooper. The War will really need heros like you.

X1: Thank You, Chancellor.

Palpatine: Tell me, are you by any chance name X Siblings?

X1: I am, Sir.

Palpatine: Oh, Senator Burtoni has talked about you.

X1: Really?

Palpatine: Yes, She has noted your 1 of the Finest Troopers she had the Privilege to met. Tell me, what unit are you part of?

X1: The 69th Clone Corp, Sir.

I was abit confused at this, I read of the many Clone Legions and Corps but never the 69th.

Palpatine: I'm sorry what?

X1: The 69th Clone Legion, Sir. They didn't participate at Geonosis mainly due to them being experiment on.

Palpatine: My, Why would they hold back an entire Clone Corp back form the 1st battle of the war?

X1: Sir, the reason why is that the Entire Corp, beside myself are female.

(Flashback ends)

X1 has deep seated anger at the Jedi for thier Suicidal Tactics. Plus with his ability to use the Force makes him a very, very important asset. However, there has to be a way to make the Seperatist, he only dislike the Jedi.

That was when my table was going off and it was Senator Halle Burtoni.

Palpatine: Yes Senator.

Halle: Chancellor, I recieve a report about how the Female Clones were proven Combat Ready.

Palpatine: Yes.

Halle:... Very well. I will have the rest of the 69th get ready to meet thier Commander. Who is it may I ask?

Palpatine: General (Y/n) Rose. When do you wish for him to meet him?

Grace Pov

I was with Nava as I was looking at the guy that destroyed her Cruiser.

Grace: So... (Y/n) Rose~

Nava: A well round Jedi, except... has a special edge in a Duel. His ability to disappear into a cloud of Roses.

Grace: Yeah... however it does let be able to dogde our strike with ease.

Nava: Yes but it seem there is a counter to this. *replays footage of the dual* This ability to do such thing doesn't let him be able to do it for long.

Grace: Which is why he uses Soresu to let him be able to block when he can't dodge. However, he use Vapaad melee attacks to counterattack form your mistakes.

Nava:... Okay fine I do still need training.

That was when our 2nd in commands enter the room, Ashely and Trinity.

Nava: Hey, Trin.

Trinity: Ma'am. So here are the Causalities report for both our attacks.

Trinity hands me Nava's report as Nava gets my report. I read through her report and found out that we had similiar attack except 1 thing.

Nava:... Your attack didn't have to deal with a Jedi.

Grace: I know, which I am not... very fond of. However 1 thing I notice with our attacks... was our choices.

Nava:... Yeah, Dad sent me to attack an entire Female Clone Legion. It felt... like someone is pulling the strings on this War.

Grace: Yeah... my Dad sent me to attack an Clone Medical Facility that was doing medical work. However, what we found was something rather wierd.

Nava: What?

I looked at Trin and she nod. She took out a Data Disc out her panties and gave it to me. I placed in the Data pad and it reveal the information on the clones.

Nava: These clones were sent here cause of thier Inhibitor Chip was... Malfunctioning?

Grace: Yeah, their Chip made them... more Open Mind then those who weren't. And check this out, the Legion you were order to attack, any survivors were going to be sent here for... extermination.

Nava: Extermination? Why would the Republic send thier own slaves here for death just cause thier Inhibitor chip is mess up?

Grace: Don't know but this is also hear this out.

She plays a Message and it got me worried.

(Message)

???: If any Female Clones arrive at your Medical Station, exterminate them.

Kaminoan: What if there aren't many?

???: Then Delete this message.

Kaminoan:... Yes Sir.

(Message ends)

Nava: Did you know who sent it?

Grace: No but Tex is trying to figure it out.

Nava: I don't like this. Could this... figure be behind this entire war?

Grace: I don't know but who ever it is playing both sides.

Nava: What do you suggest?

Grace: For now, let's see if we can get that Medical Station we "Stole", working. It may be useful for us... but we best not inform the Council of this.

Emily Pov

As I arrive at my Apartment, there stood (Y/n) wearing his signature Cloak. He spots me and comes walking to me.

(Y/n):... So what do you want to talk about?

Emily: I'll tell you in my Room, come on.

He follows me into the Apartment. I live in a Apartment that's been know to house Important military individuals. I live on the 2nd floor so the Elevator ride wasn't long. We enter my Living/Dining Room so I motion (Y/n) to the couch. He sat on the Couch as I sat across form him.

(Y/n): So what do you want to talk about?

Emily: Our troopers. It is always best for a Commander to know thier troopers, especially Clones.

(Y/n): True.

I place a Datapad and Holo notes appear in front of us.

(Y/n): How-

Emily: While the Squadron was in a Refit at "A" Medical Station, I may had retrieve some Research Notes.

(Y/n):... You do know this can get you imprisoned right?

Emily: I would if my Superior was still alive. After we left, the station was attack by Seperatist Attack Group form what a Survivor told us.

He had nothing to say before he looked at the notes. I roll as I join him reading the notes.

(Y/n): So it seem that they seem to have develop a Resilient to the Accelerate Growth Serum around the age of 9.

Emily: However, it doesn't stop the growth of thier Brains.

(Y/n): This has also lead them to being able to more Independent and resilient of... Inhibitor Chips?

Emily: Probably to make sure they don't betray the Republic or something. But that is going to be a Problem with them. It say they have alot more of their Individuality compared to other clones.

He begans to chuckle bit.

(Y/n): You know I was talking with Anakin about our units. He said if I was lucky or not and it seem I am more unlucky then lucky. I mean they have alot of Individuality and combined with the fact thier Inhibitor Chips don't effect them-

Emily: I think there is a way to ensure thier loyalty. You have make sure your orders aren't so... Blunt and Costly. Also... why don't you hang out with them on days they are off, I mean I do it with my Consulars Crews and they stood by my side for years.

(Y/n): You do know that I am also a Jedi right?

Emily: I know your not allowed to have Attachments but think of it as like... Increasing Cohesion with your Soldiers.

He looked at me surprise.

Emily: This is War, a strong cohesive bond between a Commander and thier troops can be the Key to Victory.

(Y/n):... Alright, I'm following your Advice here cause your the Military expert. *groans* Combine that with the fact I decide to train Samantha's Padawan along with my own... *facepalms*

Emily:... *sighs* I hate the fact when you make promise, you will see it through to the end.

Emily: Who was that again?

He was about to say something before be close his mouth.

(Y/n): Karabast... I don't remember her name.

Emily: *laughs* So what else...

(Y/n): 1 out 4 of them have been report with Extra Features, like 2nd set of Ears, Above Clone Average Eyesight and... Tails... Yeah not going there.

I shake my head in amusement.

We continued to see through the Notes but wasn't anything much. However, when we look at thier abilities I wasn't surprise at this. It wasn't until we came across a long Report about them.

We through it but what caught my attention was a note in particular.

"The 1st Batch of Clones, assign to Commando Training proceed as a Normal. However subsequent Batchs were seen doing Advance Commando Maneuvers. Further analysis has concluded of some form of way Female Clones share information with each other in-directly"

(Y/n) and I were intrigued by this information.

Emily: Looks like your going to be needing this *hands datapad*

(Y/n): and what exactly are you handing me?

Emily: The names of the 69th. As evident by this Report, all the Girls should know you and in turn you should know them.

(Y/n): Thanks... Karabast, they may know.

Emily: What?

(Y/n): X2... May had confessed to me and well...

Emily: You denied her?

(Y/n): Yes, but I also told her why.

Emily: Ouch...

(Y/n): Yup, she was my 2nd.

Emily: And I was your first.

(Y/n): Well, I was promoted to General of the 69th and what Anya said, you and I will be seeing each other alot.

A smiles come to my face as we exited the room. We went our seperate ways as he heads to the Staging grounds as I head to the Chancellor Office.

(Timeskip)

I walked into the Lobby for the Chancellor Office and Mas Amedda was waiting there.

Mas Amedda: Right this way, Captain.

I followed him into the Chancellor Office. I saw the Chancellor and... My Father.

Palpatine: Ah, Captain Tarkin, it is wonderful for you to be Joining us.

Emily: Thank You Chancellor.

I walk to his desk and sit in the seat next to my Father.

Palpatine: Now then Captain, are you aware of the Assign Clone Corp assigned to your Squadron?

Emily: Yes Chancellor.

Tarkin: Now the Chancellor and I was reading a report that a Medical Station along with it's defending fleet was attack and wiped out. Care to explain?

Emily: We received a Distress Signal form the Clone Legion we were assign to. My Section was order to respond immediately so we jumped into Hyperspace. As we arrive, the Clones report that they board the cruiser and took it out. Afterwards we were getting the Wound Clones to the station when we realize it was attack. We picked up survivors and we confirmed it was an attack as we left.

Palpatine: I see. Now with you the Highest Ranking Officer of the Former 6th Squadron, you are now the Commodore of the 6th Squadron.

Emily: Thank You, Chancellor.

Palpatine: Now your Father here is discussing your Compositions. I brought you here if you wish to make any request.

Tarkin: Now I suggest 8 Venators, several Accalmator and Arquitens, along with the 6 Consular Class of yours.

Emily: Chancellor, I was wondering if there were some other ship other than the Venator?

Palpatine: I'm sorry?

Emily: Yes, as much as I like the Versatility of the Venator, it is severally lacking in the Firepower department and with my Father's philosophy, I like to have overwhelming firepower on my side.

Palpatine: I see, I will see what I can find.

Tarkin: Chancellor, I believe there is such a Ship, the Legacy Class Star Destroyer. It has more than enough firepower to outmatch a Providence Dreadnought.

He nods as he place his hand on it's Chin.

Palpatine: I will see what I can do.

(Y/n) Pov

As I walk onto the Staging grounds of 69th. I pass some of the Girls talking while maintaining thier weapons. What surprise me was the fact that unlike the other grounds, where there was little to no clone presence, there was alot here.

4 of them spotted me and wave at me as I wave back. I decide to walk over to them as I need to find Anya. I note that it was Peta and 3 others.

(Y/n): Peta, whose your pals?

Peta: Leslie, Lily, and Lola

(Left to right)

(Y/n): Nice to meet you 3.

Lola: You too, Handsome.

I blink at this screaming at myself at the fact that Peta has Allies. However, I got save by who I presume was Lily smacking Lola up on the head.

Lily: Hey watch your mouth Trooper.

Lola: Geez Sorry Lily.

(Y/n): Thank You... Lily Right?

Lily: Yes Sir.

(Y/n): You don't have to call me, "Sir" all the time. Only in the Presence of High Ranking Officials, I thought I established that-

Lily: Pardon Sir, I know you did but I'm use to it. Plus I was originally planned as a Shock Trooper along with those 2. *points to Leslie and Lola*

Leslie: Keyword suppose to, if it weren't for this Mutation. Our training was place on hold to determine if we are Suitable Soldiers. Are we?

(Y/n): Which is why I need speak to Anya about this. I'll see you around. Do you know where it is?

Peta: Yeah, she's in train hall 7.

(Y/n): Thanks.

I left the 4 to continue to thier conversation. I continue my way to the Halls and notice the crew of ATTE-131 working on the ATTE. Gwen spotted me and wave my way in which I wave back.

Sonya: GWEN I NEED THOSE SENSORS REPLACE NOW!!!

Gwen: On it!

I noticed that Gwen wasn't panicing like at Tatooine. I thought I might need to talk to her about that later. I pass several more Clones before entering the Train Hall.

Inside I see a Crowd of Troopers around a Training Floor. I found a spot behind Dimitra and Zara as I watch the fight. It was Anya vs some other female Clone who was holding her own.

(Y/n): So~ What's this about?

This cause Dimitra and Zara to jump at my sudden presence.

Zara: Holy~

Dimitra: Don't do that again, Sir. Please, nearly gave us a Heart Attack.

(Y/n): Sorry.

I notice that everyone was looking at me. Even the Match was halt as Anya and her combatant were watching.

(Y/n):... Sorry to ruin your fun Troopers, but I need to talk to Anya.

Anya: Is it about our situation?

Combatant: Why don't you tell us here and now?

Anya: KELLY!!!

Kelly: What? It is best to be an Announcement instead of some private talk.

(Y/n):... Okay fine. The Chancellor has been inform of your Courageous behavior at Tatooine. So he will inform the Kaminoans that the 69th Female Clone Corp is a go ahead.

The girls began to cheer and some even fist bump each other. However some then realize that who will be thier new General.

Cora: Wait... whose the new General that will be leading us.

(Y/n): Me.

Anya: Thats... unsurprising. Emily told us that you would most likely volunteer to take Command.

(Y/n): Yeah I know. Anya, I need to talk with you about something, alright?

Anya: Aye Sir.

Kelly: Hey, Sir, you up for a Match afterwards?

Anya: Kelly-

(Y/n): Your On but later.

This got some of the girls surprise at what I said. However, I just ignored it as Anya and I went up to the upper levels of the facility. We stop at a Balcony overlooking the 69th Staging grounds.

I lean on the Balcony as Anya stand off to the side.

(Y/n): Is Kelly like always like that?

Anya: Yeah, she very GunHo and is a trigger happy... alot of times.

(Y/n): *nods* and how do you think she will react to that?

Anya:... Wha- What do you mean?

(Y/n): Emily got some of your Files on you girls. Your resilient to the Growth Serum, Inhibitor Chip, your features and... your ability to-

Anya: It's like a Hierarchy or something. Like for Example, We all know how to drive an AT-RT thanks to Dimitra. This also lead to subsequent Clone Class able to drive AT-RTs, however, Clone Class 4, were taught how to drive ATTE. When class 1,2,3 attempted, it took the same amount of time for them to learn how to drive ATTE. So our Instructor, Jayla made us do extra Training.

(Y/n): But if you could share training, why is it that subsequent Classes still went through training?

Anya: We can share memories but we don't share Experiences or Bodies. Jayla has said that training will only get us so far. Which is why you see us constantly training and running simulations and such.

(Y/n): I see. Is there anything else I need to know?

Anya: The only other time is when we ever talked to each other is when we are sleeping...

I sense a change in her Emotions, form her helpful behavior to... Doubt.

(Y/n): Something wrong?

Anya: Yeah... We had a dream before the Battle and well...

(Y/n): *looks at her* What?

Anya:... Were we a Mistake? A Accident?

I looked at her surprise at this.

Anya: The Kaminoans, most them called us mistakes and failures. They doubted our capabilities, wanted to exterminate just cause of thier... Perfectionists Nature.

(Y/n):... Would it be comforting to say you guys weren't mistakes?

She looked at me with a small smile. However, it didn't last long as looked at me with concern.

Anya: Why though?

(Y/n):... Lets say I was in the same predicament.

I smiply looked down as the words echo in my head.

???: *laughs* Can't even lift a smiple Rock Pathetic. Master Koon should had left you on that planet, I doubt you could even be a Jedi.

I clench my fist as I thought of the insults. It didn't go unnoticed by Anya.

Anya:... Sorry I ask

(Y/n): It's nothing, also I got somethings to talk to you about. *looks at her* 1st off, do you know who the commander of the Legions are?

Anya: Yeah, it's Dimitra, Zara, X1 and 2. You already know Dimitra is command of the 761st, X1 is command of the 1st Legion, X2 got the 101st and Zara has the 5th Elite Legion. However, someone is going to have to take command of her legion since a majority of them are Commando's or Arc Troopers.

(Y/n): I think I will take care of it. Next topic... So most of the... Troopers are alright with me right?

Anya: Yeah. There's still a few who are wary but they will follow you.

(Y/n): Cause I put in a request for 2 Padawans, 2 who aren't fluent in Tactics as me so can you act as Advisor to them?

Anya: No Problem.

(Y/n): And last but not least... How do you girls feel about doing Relief Missions?

Anya: Relief Mission?

(Y/n): Mission where we go provide aid to the locals of a Planet.

She looked at me ready to ripe off my head.

Anya: Your kidding me right? We specifically told you that we are all Warriors.

(Y/n): I know but... why don't do something other than Train, Fight, rise and repeat? Give it a try and trust me it will be fun.

Anya:... Fine but why though?

(Y/n): War isn't always about fighting but also helping those who can't help themselves. A Noble Cause you can say.

Anya: But our purpose is to serve and protect the Republic.

(Y/n): And who do you think the Republic is?

Anya:... The-... Chancellor, Jedi, and Senators?

(Y/n): Yes but they make up the small majority of what your serving and protecting. It isn't all of them in the Senate Building or Chancellor Office but rather the Common People of the Galaxy. But that is what some people would think the Republic is about?

Anya: What do you mean?

(Y/n): You know the Jedi are peacekeepers right? So what if I told they are becoming puppets for the Senate and Chancellor. *looks out into the staging ground* The Jedi... we have lost our Way, like how Samantha has always told me.

Anya: Can you elaborate on that please? We haven't been caught up with events that transpired before Geonosis.

(Y/n): Lets just say there were events that show the Jedi are just Puppets of the Senate. Like the Kaleesh-Huk Conflict and some others. It's a topic I don't like talking much about.

Anya: Oh... Sorry I ask about.

(Y/n): It's alright. So... that out the way, you have any Concerns?

Anya:... Hmm~ No-

We both look back at the Door to see some the clones there. I make out Lara, Kelly, Peta and several others that I don't know.

Kelly: Hang out with us sometimes, your face is welcome here any time.

Peta: Call us Girls cause it is wierd of you calling us troopers.

Lara: and Promise us... you will get us through the War.

(Y/n):... You know I can't control everything right?

Lara:... but atleast get as many of us through it.

(Y/n):... I Promise

It was when Dimitra walked out. She didn't have her normal smile but was looking at me serious.

Dimitra: Do you mean it?

(Y/n):... I don't make a Promise, if I know I can't keep it.

Anya Pov

He smiles at them but I am hitting myself.

???: You didn't talk about X1 didn't you?

Anya: I know, he doesn't have such a Link with us

(Y/n): So Kelly was it? You up for a Match?

Kelly: Oh your on.

Alright this is the last Chapter of the "Introduction Arc" of the Story. Next Arc "Shakey Beginning". Now I am got some questions answered that I need to know:

How do you like the Main Protagonist and the Characters?

- I know I am doing a terrible job at the Seperatist Characters I know.

Do you like these improvised Chapters?

- The Battle of Tatooine was form Star Wars Elite Squadron but afterwards was improvised.

Is there any Arcs you want to see?

- Planned arcs are the "Jabba's Son", "Storm over Ryloth", and some others that I ain't Spoiling.

Do you want me to pull Stories Arc form other Sources?

- As in other Source, as in the Clone Wars 2003, I didn't read any of the books.

Between Tie Fighter Pilots with thier Intense Training fly the Standard Tie Fighter vs Battle Harden Clone Pilots flying X-Wings, Who would win?
