I am an old friend of Fuyuka's. I started living here when she moved to Tokyo.

I'm the one who's been receiving your letters, but I send them to her immediately after seeing that you are the sender.

She's been really busy with school and her family problems so she hopes you understand that she can't really reply now.

Here is her new address. She told me that before she left, she sent you a letter saying that she'll be moving. I guess you didn't get that letter then. Well, mail service is not the best messenger service nowadays, but since we're children and we don't have phones, we still stick with that.

Anyways, I hope you'll be able to contact her now that you have her new address.
