She's a humanoid robot sort of like K1b0 from Danganronpa v3 Killing Harmony but has actual feelings. She was built by Junko Enoshima and Monokuma but there was a malfunction in the machine that could've killed her. Luckily, she survived but didn't look like what they were hoping for. Before the Tragedy, she was originally going to be the new headmaster of Hope's Peak Academy if something happens to Jin Kirigiri. When the Killing Game was about to start, Junko wiped her memory as well and Monokuma made Wilma into his image by adding a purple patch around her eye and a red eye contact in the left eye. Monokuma also changed her talent altogether as the "Assistant Principal" when she was really the "Leader of Hope".
