Divine Light Dragon: Light Dragon gives him manipulation of light itself. Like Ice Dragon, he also has a Light dragon form as well along with enhanced senses of light.

Strengths: Ice Dragon Can freeze anything and is impossible to melt and can only be melted by Ryoto. Also, His quirk has one thing, and that's being able to adapt and Evolve into any environment from being able to breathe underwater to being able to survive harsh scorching deserts, and surviving cold weather. Light Dragon gives him manipulation of light itself. He can shoot lasers, make light constructs, Move at light speeds, Turn his body into light and refract off windows and glass, turn his body into light and heal others with light

Weakness: With the Ice Dragon quirk Ryoto needs to eat ice in order to replenish his power and energy and it can heal him. With Light Dragon in order to replenish his stamina he has to be in a place with a strong amount of light, the lesser the light the slower he heals. These quirks also give him the Qualities of a dragon meaning his enhanced senses mean that anything fast-moving vehicle or amusement park ride he rides gives him motion sickness.
