Sheol is considered as a prison realm. Only the words of The Warden wrote/or say exist. It is the place where judged souls go after they died regardless of being innocent or guilty. Souls that are deemed innocents are then released from Sheol while the guilty souls stayed.  The only way to escape is to defeat the Warden or she released you on her will.

The character possesses the eyes of truth (but in fact, it was half of Eve's destructive power). When she was young, her left eye was gouged out and was replaced with an artificial mechanical eye, hence, the character only possess 1/4 of Eve's power. Her eye has the ability of commandments.
