The day passed quite easily in the office, only if he ignored the little bit of stinging in his back, he avoided getting up from his place, thankfully his mother had packed lunch for him so he didn't bother to go to the canteen either.

Other than work, he kept rejecting his friends calls and messages, he is mad at them for letting him roam around in the club full of horny men, they didn't even try to find him after knowing he was missing all the time?

At lunch time, when he was eating, suddenly his ears perked up hearing the gossip from his colleagues.

"The CEO got a new secretary, this time it's a girl, everyone is saying she is his stepmother's friend's daughter."

"So? It's not new, he had girls secretaries before too." The other colleague shrugged.

"But maybe they are friends, who knows?"

"If you are worried about them, he always transfers his secretaries to other branches whenever he feels them showing any interest in him. I have been working here for a year and this is his third secretary."

"Oh..."

Jimin frowned hearing them, is he really heartless, but at least he didn't fire them but transferred to another branch. Without dwelling upon this topic much he completed his lunch and went to work again.

The next day after the lunch, he saw a beautiful woman walking towards, at first he was confused, he looked behind to see if she wanted to approach someone else but the colleagues behind him were also confused, just then the lady stopped in front of him.

She smiles. "Park Jimin?" She asked.

Jimin panicked for some seconds before he stood up from his seat and bowed many times. "Yes, yes! I am Park Jimin.

She laughs at him before waving his hand. "You don't have to do that... I am here to congratulate you for working very well."

Jimin bowed his head. "Thank you."

"I am Lisa."

"Oh, Thank you Lisa-sii."

She squeezed his forearm. "No need. See you around Jimin." Isn't she being too formal? Jimin smiled awkwardly before bowing.

"Sure, sure. See you around Lisa-sii."

Just as Lisa left, the accountant department buzzed with murmurs, Jen elbowed him and he leaned towards her. "Do you know each other?" She asked looking at him with wide eyes

Jimin shakes his head and looks around just to see many colleagues are looking at him curiously. "Who is she?"

"You really don't know her?" Jen again asked and seeing him silent she answered. "She is CEO's cousin. She works in finance department and CEO's new secretary is her friend. But why does she come to meet you Jimin?" Jen asked with curious eyes and Jimin himself didn't know the answer, he shrugged before turning towards his own computer thinking he has definitely done something wrong in reports.

That day Jimin kept checking his E-mails with a thumping heart thinking he might get any message from the company that he threw out or if he had pay any compensation, but thanks to heavens there was nothing like this.

Another day, his department Manager himself visited him to collect the reports file from him. He wanted to ask the manager if he accidentally checked any report wrongly but before he could the manager also praised him for his work.

To Jimin's relief the third day no one came, he did his work quietly, ate his lunch even shared it with Jen and some other colleagues who tried to befriend him after the Lisa visited him, then he worked again the remaining hours and left for home.

The fourth day Jimin felt like everything went back to normal, he just feels a bit tired after work which is unusual.

Nothing unusual happened on the fifth or sixth day, he woke up, ate with his mother they both left for their respective work, he talked to Jen and shared lunch with her, ignored his friends messages and calls, everything was as usual.

On the seventh day, after the lunch break, A manager came from the Distribution department asking for 'Park Jimin'

Jimin was shaken up seeing the manager, his heart was in his throat thinking it is his last day at Jeons xxx company.

The manager gave Jimin some papers and threw a bomb in his head. "Congratulations Mr. Park, the directors and managers are very happy with your work and they have decided to promote you to Distributing Department. You will no longer work in the Accountant department and please sign these papers and give to your manager." With that the Manager left creating a strom in Accountant department.
