Epilouge

~A/N: play song as you read the chapter. Let it play out at the end~

They stepped off the train, Chrissy and Sam first, then Taurtis and Grian. Sam, who was kind of nervous, looked over at Chrissy.

"This is it," he said. "Do you think...this is a good idea?"

"I truly think it is," Chrissy replied, looking into the hybrid's eyes. "We'll be happy here. We'll be satisfied. We can move along." She put her hand in his, and all four of them walked out of the station.

They arrived at their house and started picking rooms. To his dismay, Grian got the small basement room. Taurtis was bragging about how he got the only actual bedroom, but really it was smaller than Grain's room.

After the 'drama' died down, they went to each of their rooms and started unpacking.

After settling in, they decided to take a walk. Unknown to the others, Sam had something he was going to say...when they got to the right place.

They reached the park. It was quite huge. They decided to go in and explore. After reaching the center of the park, which was marked by a fountain, they stopped.

"Ah, this is nice," Chrissy said. "It's much better than I thought it would be anyway."

"Agreed," Grian said. "I was expecting a much more crowded city."

"Um, Taurtis?" Sam said. "Can I talk to you for a second?"

"Sure, but why-?" Taurtis didn't get to finish his sentence before Sam dragged him behind a tree.

After a few moments, Chrissy and Grian heard Taurtis tell, "OH MY GOSH YES!"

"Uh, what?" Chrissy said, tilting her head to the side in confusion.

"No clue," Grian replied, a blank look on his face.

Then, Sam and Taurtis finally came out from behind a tree.

"Grian, I need to tell you something," Taurtis said.

"Taurtis! No!" Sam protested, but Taurtis had already dragged their British friend out of the way and whispered down thing in his ear. Grian's mouth dropped open when Taurtis finished.

Taurtis looked at Sam, then gave him a nod. Grian grinned, then nodded too. Sam turned to face Chrissy, biting his lip.

"Chrissy," he said.

"Yeah?" Chrissy replied, very confused.

"I-I want to tell you something."

"What is it?"

"So, you know, we're outta school now, and I want to, um, forget it. I can't do this."

"Come on Sam. You can tell me anything."

"But I want to ask you something."

"Ask away."

"Chrissy, you know I love you more than anything else." People had gathered around to hear what this hybrid had to say. "I want it to be official. I want to make you mine."

Then, Sam kneeled down on one knee, and pulled a small box out of his pocket. He opened it, and inside lay a beautiful ring with a shimmering pink stone set into it.

"Chrissy," Sam said, "will you marry me?"

"Sam, I-" Chrissy stammered. Her entire face was red. She looked around at all the strangers that were watching. Then she looked back at Sam.

"Sam Gladiator, you just made my day," she said. "Yes."

Chrissy took the ring and slid it onto her finger with ease. Then she hugged Sam tightly. Sam did not expect this. Before he could hug back, Chrissy pulled away and kissed him.

They heard the snapping of pictures being taken. They heard the squeals of little school girls enjoying the scene. They even heard Taurtis yelling, "THAT'S SISTER ANS BEST FRIEND!" but they didn't care. This moment meant the world to them.

All too soon, it ended. When Chrissy pulled away, she said, "Now you won't just be any bunny boy. You'll be my bunny boy."
