Third person because I hate first POV....

Well, we made it out alive, the one redeeming event thus far.

It's calm and quiet, until the voice comes.

"Sabrina?"

The ginger turns to the trees and the figure walking out.

Her voice was reminiscent of someone long forgotten.

"Katelyn?"

We've been walking for hours, Jess currently on my back. She fainted from bloodloss awhile back. I'm surprised I haven't.

"Kate, let me take Jess." Sabrina looked at me, smiling.

I shook my head and pressed onwards towards the boys.

"Barney, we've been walking for hours." Sky looked back at his eyepatch friend.

"I think we lost em." Sabrina said, a bit winded.

"Yeah, they in the distance now." Barney sighed.

"Now we need to focus on Jess. Kate, weren't you a medic at some point?" Sabrina looked back at me.

I nodded. Suddenly, I thought of something. I signaled in any way possible I could use the splint we had.

"Um, this?" Sky asked, taking out the splint.

I grabbed it out of his hands and set Jess down. Slowly, I lifted Jess's leg up and placed the splint on her shot leg. Sky had gone to make sure we weren't followed.

"I don't see anyone, I think we're good!" Sky cheered.

"We made it?" Sabrina asked, full of glee and with a smile.

"We dids but Jets is still in the bad shapes." Barney leaned in to see what I was doing.

"Yeah, that's true." Sky's smile faded.

I gave everyone a thumbs up to signal them I was done. Sky handed me a water canteen and I immediately knew what he wanted. I grabbed the canteen and gave Jess some, not a lot all at once.

That's when she started to moan, signalling that she was probably waking up.

"W-what happened?" Jess said, slowly waking up.

"You passed out from blood loss, what do you remember?" Sabrina asked while I handed Jess the canteen I made her drink earlier.

"All I remember is screaming and running and, that's all I remember." Jess looked down.

"Basically we made it out, almost everyone recently found out they were cannibals that were about to eat you-"

"I remember that!" Jess blurted out.

"Yeah, we manged to get you out in time but it was really close." Sky smiled.

"Can you walk, Katelyn put a splint on you." Sky asked while I just smiled and waved.

"I can try." Jess sighs as she tries to walk but let's out a weird mix between a scream and a fangirl squeal.

While they had their little talk, me being the curious cat I am, I went ahead and found some barbed wire placed along a circular base.

I quickly stuck to the trees and took off my boot.

This may be the only way I can get their attention. I sighed as I aimed and threw the boot. It hit the back of Sky's head.

"Seriously Katelyn, what?" Sky stared as I tilted my head to the barbed wire.

He poked his head around the trees and saw the wire, eyes going wide.

"Geez thanks Kate but next time can you not throw a boot at my head?" Sky requested, handing me my boot. I grabbed it from his hand and shoved it on, smiling.

We slowly started walking around it, noticing the guile suited guards that everyone knew.

A little/awhile earlier/later with that #Nickspointofview swag...

While Kate's condition worried me, Ghetto was a constant reminder of the bigger picture. He was also sick and we needed to find a way to stop the virus.

Just, hold on Kate, please hold on.

Shark has also started to grow worried. AK told everyone what he told me and now Shark has grown very very worried.

"Hey Shark, so there's a hospital nearby?" I looked over at him.

"There should be." Shark kept looking ahead as of something was on his mind, I would have to ask him later.

Back with Sabrina....

We made it to a city.

Jess and Katelyn were still injured.

I guess we were doing great, all thing considered.

I looked over and saw Sky help Jess because she was feeling lightheaded, Katelyn was looking down the streets, and Barney was with Sky and Jess.

"You seem the be thinking about something." I say, walking up to Kate.

She turned around and sighed. She made a shape with her hands that looked like a fin. A shark fin.

"Let me guess, the group? Red also mentioned something about Nick biting off more than he could chew. Do you know what he meant?" I asked.

She nods.

"Come one girls, we got to start moving." Sky yelled at us.

"Coming!" I yelled back. "Tell me later."

I'm sorry for cutting it short but I have a lot to get done.
