Nitya and Aniket were sitting on the couch and looking for the perfect decorations for the baby shower tomorrow. Nitya rejected most of it and said "Ani sab kitne outdated hai! Aaru ka taste inn sabmein bahut aacha hai.. Usko bulau phone karke"

"Usne mana kiya hai he won't be part of it" Aniket replied looking at her.

Nitya sighed deeply "he will have to be part of it.." she said adamantly.

"Nahi aayega" Aniket concludes.

"Ani wo apni bhabhi maa ka dil nahi dukhayega.. Ye baby shower tab hi hoga jab Aaru puri tayari karega warna nahi" She declares

Aniket looked at her in disbelief "nitu ye kya zid hai!"

"Ab yahi hai.." Nitya said adamantly and heads to her room. Aniket sighed in disappointment.

Aniket commences towards Aarav's room. Manvi was sitting on the bed and watching a film. She smiled looking at him "jiju... aap yahan.."

"Haa.. madad chahiye tumhari" Aniket said

Manvi stared at him and she refused "nahi.. Mujhe uss jalkukde ke liye kuch nahi karna hai"

"Mannu please na.. Tujhe pata hai na jabtak Aaru nahi aayega Nitya ye baby shower nahi karegi" Aniket said trying to convince her.

Manvi sighed deeply "arghh.. Acha okay Di ke liye"

Aniket smiled and told her what to do. Manvi thought for a moment and denied "nahi jiju.. Isse wo mujhpe gussa hoga uski feelings hurt hogi"

A smile curved up Aniket's lips as she had been caring about him "jo hai uske liye hi hai.." he explained.

Manvi agreed "okay.. Lekin usne mujhe kuch kaha toh main bol dungi aapka idea tha"

"Thik hai par pehle usko bula" Aniket said.

Manvi picked up her phone, she dialed his phone number and after a few rings, he answered the call.

"Bolo bhabhi maa ki maasi ki beti.." he said

"Tum ghar aa sakte ho?" she said pretending be in pain.

"Kya hua tumhe?" he asked in concern

"Bahut pain ho raha hai.. Jiju Di ghar pe nahi hai aur auntyji mujhe nahi sambhal payengi" she said and shouted in pain.

"Are toh koi naukar toh hoga ghar pe?" he asked

Manvi gets annoyed "dekho baby ko kuch ho gaya toh main zimmedar nahi hongi.." she warned him and ended the call.

Aniket slaps his own forehead "ye kya tha??"

"Aapka bhai sawal pe sawal karta rehta phir.. Ab dekho kaise aata hai bhaagke" Manvi replied.

Aniket gave her a side hug "thank you..."

"Jiju wo aake dekhega main ek dum thik hun toh mujhpe gussa karega.." Manvi spoke making a face.

"Nahi karega.." He assured her. Manvi smiled and Aniket was to move out but Manvi stopped him "jiju.."

"Haa.." he turned towards her.

"Mujhe neeche jaana hai" she said.

He holds her and she gets off the bed. He takes her downstairs, he places the cushion behind and Manvi sits down. "Aur koi hukum?" he asked.

She denied and he went to his bedroom. Nitya has been arranging the study table.

"ye Ani bhi na... Sab files aise hi chod dete hai..." she said.

He smiled hearing her words.

Aniket tried to convince "Nitya sabko invitation bhej diya hai.. Maan jao na"

"Haan toh mana bhi kardo jaise invitation bheja hai" She replied admantly turning towards him.

"Ye kya baat hui? Kitne saalo se intezar tha na iss din ka.." he said.

Nitya moved closer to him. She stared at him "haan tha aur ab bhi hai! Aur Aaru ki icha thi meri godh bharai ki puri tayari karne ki.. Toh use ye karna hoga warna nahi hogi godh bharai" she declared.

"Wo kal se pehle ghar nahi aane waala hai nitu.." he said helplessly.

She said sarcastically "bade bhai ho na?? Jaake leke aao"

"Dekho mai.." he paused when he heard his voice from downstairs "oh.. Aa gaya"

Nitya was confused "maine toh abhi kaha tumse itni jaldi kaise aa gaya?" she asked.

Aniket smiled and Nitya gave him a look "kya kiya tumne Ani??" she asked

"Wo mannu ko ek chota sa jhooth bolne ko kaha" He said innocently.

Nitya slaps his arm lightly "paagal ho tum Ani.. ab wo uss bechari pe barsega.." she pushed him aside and walked out of the room.

Aniket sighed in disappointment "bas mujhe chodke sabki chinta rehti hai ise..." he murmured.

At the hall

Manvi was watching a film and laughing aloud, Aarav entered the house and was shocked seeing her perfectly fine.

He walked to her turned off the television and gave her a look "ye phone pe kya tha manvi??"

"Wo.. woo.. Jij.." she stammered

"Kya wo wo? Tum baby ko leke aise mazak kaise kar sakti ho mere saath?? Meri saansein atak gayi thi..." he said angrily.

"Are mujhe jiju ne kaha tha tumhe aise bulane ko" She said.

"Bhai ne? Tumhara deemag kharab hai kya?? Kabhi toh apni galti maan liya karo jab dekho dusre pe ilzam daalti rehti ho" he rebuked.

Nitya comes downstairs. She sees Aarav scolding Manvi and understood Aniket's trick.

She stops Aarav from further scolding Manvi "Aaru.. bas kar"

"Kaise bas karun bhabhi maa? Ye bache ko leke aisa mazak kaise kar sakti hai mere saath?" he said.

Nitya cupped his face "Relax.. Sab thik hai! Tujhe yahan bulane ke liye maine aur Ani ne kaha tha ise aisa karne ke liye" she explained.

Aarav was shocked "What?? Bhabhi maa.. Kya zaroorat thi aisa karne ki?" he asked.

"Subah se kitne phone kiye tujhe Aaru.. phone nahi utha raha hai tu... ache se jante hai tujhe kal raat tak apni shakal nahi dikhata tu" Aniket said stepping down.

Aarav argued "bhai maine kaha tha na aapse main ye godh bharai mein hissa nahi lunga kisi bhi tarah se toh kyun aise bulaya mujhe?"

"Aur tu ye bhi ache se janta hai Aaru.. tere involvment ke bina ye godh bharai nahi ho sakti hai! Nitya ne saaf mana kar diya hai" Aniket said in soft tone.

Aarav was shocked hearing him, he looked at Nitya who was standing behind Manvi with sad face. Aniket held his hand and took him to the side..

"Teri bhabhi maa ki icha hai godh bharai ho aur uski tayari tu kare.. Jaise pehle.." he paused when Aarav gave him a look.

"Bhai mai kaise?" he asked.

"Mera kaam tha tujhe samjhana Aaru.. teri bhabhi maa ab pura time aise hi upset rahenegi.." Aniket said trying to emotionally convince him.

"Kya bhai.. Pata hai aapko main mana nahi karunga isliye ye tarika apna rahe ho aap! Thik hai main sab tayari karunga.." he agrees.

Aniket pulls his cheeks "haaye mera chota..."

Aarav smiled and hugged him lightly. Aniket showed thumps up to Nitya and she had a sigh of relief.

Later in the evening, Aarav was checking for some decorations for the baby shower. He finalized one and contracted them to come tomorrow early morning.

He heads to his room and Manvi was sitting on the bed. He sat down beside her and she glared at him.

He said "wo.. Sorry"

"It's okay.." she replied.

"Lekin please chahe bhai ya bhabhi maa jitna bhi kahe dubara aisa nahi karna.." he said.

She nodded affirmatively. She found him tensed, she held his hand and kept it on her belly "baby aapke chachu kitne pareshan rehte hai aapko leke.. Unhe bolo kal sab acha hoga.." she said to light up his mood.

Aarav smiled lightly and said "iss baar baby ko chachu ki wajah se nahi jaana padega..that's a promise"

He gets up and takes out his trousers and teeshirt from the wardrobe. He turned to her and she was talking to the baby as if he could listen and understand her. "Cute" he said.

Manvi eyed him and asked "kuch kaha tumne?"

He denied it and moved to the bathroom while Manvi smiled. Aarav comes out after a while, his phone rings. He picked up the phone and smiled "hey Shilpa.."

Manvi glanced at him, he was speaking to her with a broad smile on his face.

"Don't worry.. Kal toh main office nahi aaunga padso tum aa jaana aur phir hum contract sign karte hai" he said and ended the call.

Manvi questioned instantly "kaun tha?"

Aarav replied "nayi model hai.. Bahut hi hot hai!" he teased her.

She glared at him and said "toh? Apna personal number dene ki kya zaroorat thi?"

"Ab tumhare jaane ke baad kisike saath toh mujhe settle hona padega." Aarav winked at her.

She picked up the pillow and threw it on him. He grabbed it and asked "Are itna kyun gussa ho rahi ho??"

"Bahut jaldi hai tumhe mere yahan se chale jaane ki... haan" she shouted.

"Bahut" he laughed. She didn't want to argue with him more, she lays down and closes her eyes.

Aarav smiled seeing her jealousy and annoying face. He turned off the lights and lays down on the couch to sleep. He eyed her and just couldn't let go of his eyes off her, he wasn't understanding why he kept on staring at her.

He turned to the other side and closed his eyes.
