TWENTYTWO

The energy in the arena was a feeling I had never experienced before in my life. The music was playing before the performance started, and I felt a rush of adrenaline fill my chest. The loud sound could be felt in my body, even my heart beat moved in rhythm. I was bewildered by the almost overwhelming lights.

Not only the stage lights, but the sea of lights that were in the crowd. My own devise was changing color with where my seat was located, and made me laugh with a childlike glee.

I looked over at Jin who was smirking at me. "What?" I asked.

"You look so excited." He laughed. "Like a real fan!"

"I've never seen my brother perform before. I never really even watched the music videos, I just listen to the music."

"You've never seen them dance?" Namjoon asked me.

"Yeah at the studio I have."

"It's not the same." Yoongi said sipping on his drink. "The energy that fills them when the perform like this is paramount to their success. You will barely recognize them. They turn into different people, especially Jimin." He pointed.

Before I could respond I heard a loud drop in the music and lights flash.

And I was gone.

The opening number was a medley of some of their older hits, and the way their body moved was almost inhuman. I thought Jimin was a good dancer, and knew he was talented but Yoongi was right.

This is not my little Jiminie.

He was flirty with his moves, and his facial features didn't even expressed the exersion that his body was going through.

He was incredible.

They all were.

Jimin was passionate and pointed with each movement.

Taehyung was playful and flowy.

Jungkook was energetic and eager.

And then, Hoseok was precise and exact.

They were all giving the same motions, same moves, yet in completely different styles. They were all perfect, no notion of a mistake or misstep.

And it went on for hours...

Talk about dedication. Their music was insight full and beautiful. The beats and music were magical to my ears, and through the songs Yoongi and Namjoon would occasionally share who came up with tempo and melodies.

UNITE really was a united group. They all made the music. They all shared with the lyrics. Some more than others, yes, but still as one non the less.

One song came on, that I was really enjoying.

"Who wrong this one?" I asked bouncing back and forth slightly to the beat.

"Hoseok." Namjoon rolled his eyes. "He was working on it for months. Drove me crazy trying to get to hear one note of it."

"He's so raw." Yoongi added. "And clever. He gives us a run of our money sometimes as a producer."

"He almost was a producer." Namjoon nudged Yoongi. "Remember?"

"Yeah, Yeah." Yoongi waved off.

I didn't ask for more detail, it seemed to be a dropped topic as soon as it was brought up. I looked over at Jin who picked up his phone and sent me a text.

Jin: I can tell you about it later.

I nodded and put my phone back in my pocket.

The concert was about 3 hours long and the absolute influence these 4 men had over the crowd was astonishing. They could have the entire place in complete silence or so loud that the walls that surrounded us would shake.

They were so loved.

I took a moment to look around at the crowd as Hoseok spoke to them and thanked them for their love and support.

People of all walks of life, genders and ages filled each seat. There was no one demographic. Just...people.

That was an even more beautiful sight.

Just as Hoseok was wrapping up their goodbyes, Jimin started to speak which drew my attention back to the stage.

"As you all know, my sister has been visiting recently." He paused for the audience to cheer. "She is the reason I am here." He said, making me place my hand over my heart. "She supported me when no one else would. She encouraged me, she believed in me, and because of that I believed in myself. I worked hard and now I get to spend this time with all of you." He started to tear up at the end of his words, and a tear was also falling on my cheek. "I don't know how many of you have been told you cant do something from the people who are supposed to love you no matter what, but I know how that feels. If it wasn't for my Noona, I don't know where I would be. I'm happy and I couldn't be more grateful for the oportnity she gave me."

I started bawling and didn't hear the rest of what was said. Hoseok gave him a hug and Jungkook started to speak next.

"That asshole." I joked through my tears and sobs. "I wasn't expecting that."

Jin laughed as he made his way over to me. "Come on lets get moving before the crowd figures out where you are.

Wonho and a few other of the body guards walked with us as we snuck through back doors and curtains. It didn't take long for us to be back in the dressing room we were in earlier. I had already drank 5 water bottles through the performance, and now I really had to pee.

I slipped over to the bathroom, and just as I got settled, I heard the guys also join in the room.

"Oh I missed that." I heard Jungkook say, followed by a drum of agreeance from the others.

"You all did great." Jin said. "No injuries, that means success."

"Where's Noona?" Jimin asked.

"Bathroom." Yoongi replied.

Then I heard the bathroom door open and Jimin barged in, a very intense look in his eyes.

"JIMIN! I'm peeing!"

"I know but I just couldn't wait! What did you think of the performance." He asked jumping up and down.

"I cant believe you still have energy!" I replied finishing up.

"It's always like this after a show. We are so pumped and tired at the same time."

"Well I will be happy to talk with you but I have to wipe, or do you want to watch me do that?"

He laughed. "Sorry." And turned around.

I finished then washed my hands as I turned to him. "That end shout out was so sweet." I said leaning up against the bathroom sink. "You did this yourself Jimin. You can thank me for supporting you but you did all the work. You made this happen for yourself."

He had tears in his eyes again and came forward wrapping his arms around me. "Thank you." He whispered, and I just held him as he had his feelings.

A few moments of peaceful silence engrossed us, this brother-sister moment of love. And then a loud knock came.

"There are other people who have to use the bathroom!" Tae shouted from the other side.

"One second!" Jimin shouted back making me laugh. He pulled away from the hug and I gave him a soft kiss on the nose.

"I'm so proud of you Jimin."

He gave me a kiss on the cheek before letting me go and opening the bathroom door. Taehyung pushed his way in and started to lower his pants to pee.

"I'm out." I said, hurrying out the door, Jimin giggling and shutting it behind me.

When I looked straight out, Jungkook was in a corner talking to Namjoon, and Jin and Yoongi were going over some paperwork at the desk next to the mirrors. Hoseok was gulping down a bottle of water on the couch.

"You are way more talented than I thought you were." I said walking towards him.

That made him laugh a bit, lowering the bottle to look at me. "I don't know how to take that."

"Take it as a compliment." I said sitting directly next to him. "I thought you were talented before the concert."

He laughed again. "Thanks." He said, then finished the water.

"You need another one?"

"No." he said with a grin.

"Anything I can do?" I asked, suggestively running my fingertip over the shell of his hear.

But before he could make his smart comment, I heard the bathroom door open and withdrew my hand. Jimin and Taehyung came out sitting across from us.

"What did you think?" Tae asked.

"I cant put it into words." I said honestly. "You are all so amazing, and your voices are all so different and beautiful."

"So do you have a favorite?" Jimin asked, smrikign at me.

"Oh still Jungkook." I said, as he and Namjoon joined us. "I'm really bummed you're gay."

That seemed to distract from the fact that Hoseok and I were way closer to one another than we usually were. Jimin gave us a funny look one time but it was forgotten through conversation.

By the time we got back to our rooms I was absolutely exhausted. I fell asleep once my head hit my pillow.

By the next weekend, I was actually back stage in better security as I watched these boys perform.

The heart and soul they put into these performances were so insanely impressive. And each performance seemed to out do the weekend before.

It was hard for Hoseok and I to really get together since the first night before tour tour began. But that was okay. I was having an absolute blast getting to know them all.

Especially Jin.

Our friendship was really growing through this and it was already flourishing to begin with.

Everything was going perfect during this tour.

That is, until the very last night.

(This is so unedited, I'm sorry - just trying to get back into it, ya know?)
