next day.

Gauri is waiting in her room feeling anxious.

she is inside the room, kajal and Nitin was waiting in the hall for the Oberois.

gauri heard the car parking sound, she run to the window to see them.
She saw Dadi, Janhvi and Tej come out from the car and come inside.
But there is no sign of Ommkara.

She waited there for more 5 minutes but still he is not there.

A wave of sadness cover her face. It means he doesn't come, she wanted to talk to him, but maybe he is not ready to talk about it.

He had already cleard it was just an accident for him. Then why he will come to talk to her?
But for her? She can't let these things go like that,
A man can forget incidents easily but women always want to talk and clear everything because it messed up their mind too badly.

She lied on bed. Tears started rolling on her cheeks. She is really hurt.
She sit on bed and take out her phone. Search his number and about to call... But stop.

No, she can't call him. She can't force him to meet or talk if he is not ready. She put the phone back and sit there with tear stain face.

A knock on door.

"Gauri,"

Her chachi kajal called.
She wipe her face.

"Yes, chachi"

Gauri reply,

Her chachi comes inside.

"Let's go, they are asking for you"

Her chachi said. Gauri's heart skips a beat. She is nervous.

"Chachi, what they,... Want to talk?"

She ask.

"They were saying sorry for everything. They said they have something important to talk with you"

Chachi said. Gauri takes a deep breath to calm herself. Then go with her chachi.

She reaches the hall. She saw dadi, janhvi and tej sitting with nitin.
They stand up to see Gauri. Gauri comes to them nervously and takes blessings.

"God bless you beta, how are you?"

Janhvi asks, though she knows the situation. Gauri just nods.
But dadi doesn't hesitate and kisses her forehead.

"How are you doing "

Dadi asks. Gauri just tries to smile. The sadness is clearly visible in her face.

"Beta, we all know the situation right now. So, we have something important to talk with you about the solutions. We know your conditions, but still it's needed to talk. Only if you are comfortable"

Tej said.
Gauri know this is for good. They have to talk and take out any solution. They can't hang the matter like this. 

She nodes. All sits, gauri sits near kajal.

"Ommi"

Dadi said and gauri quickly see dadi in shock. Did he come?
Then she looks in the direction of dadi looking.

And there he is, come to them and sit in the front sofa, right in front of her.

He was here? Why can't she sees him?
She sees him shockingly.

"Sorry, I was on an important call"

He said. Then he looked at her. Their eyes meet. Gauri's heart stopped for a few seconds. Both are feeling nervous. Ommkara can see the surprise on her face, may be she was not expecting him to be here.

He called her yesterday to talk but didn't have the courage to speak. When she ask would he come or not, he wanted to say yes but still couldn't speak.
But after the call he is sure that she is ready to talk about the matter now. So he gained the courage and came here.

Then he diverted his gaze to his parents. Gauri also looks down.
Now this is really awkward for them.

Ommkara again looks at her for a few seconds, he can clearly see the sadness and tear stain face. It really hurts him.

"What's the matter Tej ji? I can feel there are some tension "

Nitin ask. Tej takes a deep breath and said,

"We  handle this matter well but still it's actually affecting our reputation in the business world. I don't know, I.... might sound selfish but we are here to ask for support and understanding from you. I know that whatever happened both the family are equally affected, I don't have any words to pacify you. But..."

Tej stop for few seconds. Janhvi nods and encouraged him.

" We are here to ask you to give us Gauri only for 3 months as our daughter in law "

Tej said, nitin, kajal and gauri is confuse.

"What do you mean?"

Kajal ask.
Here Ommkara is really tense.

"Let me tell you clearly, at the marriage time I hope you remember that Omkara and Gauri has signed the legal marriage paper?"

Tej said and nitin nods. As he remembered that, right after the marriage they have signed the legal marriage document.

" In those papers Gauri has signed her own name. So legally both of them are married. First I thought this marriage happened in unpleasant circumstances so it might be decline legally but, it is not, "

Tej said. Nitin, kajal and gauri are still confuse.

" They can't get divorce legally right now, they have to live with each other for 3 months as husband and wife. after that they can apply for a divorce. If they are legally married then they can't move on in their lives. We know the reality of this marriage and both family want our children to move on from this bad incident. But still we can't make both of them free from this unwanted marriage until it ends legally . "

Janhvi said.

" Apart from that personally also we are facing some issues. No matter how much we say that we don't care about the society but still we all live in a society, so we have to think about it. No matter what our relatives and others are talking about us or Omkara that doesn't matter. but I can't hear anything offensive against Gauri. She is really innocent to handle all these things. Because of this incident many people are talking rubbish about her and Akshatand Ommkara. Akhsat is also not in his right mind which is creating conflict in between the family. So we are here to ask your support and understanding."

Dadi said.
They are hearing patiently.
Ommkara clutch his both hands feeling nervous.

" We are here to ask Gauri to come with us and live in Oberoi mention as our daughter and law for 3 months. We promise that no one will point out on her for something wrong. we will protect her at any cost. This may  sound very selfish for you but this is the only solution we are getting. If she live here for 3 months it will help them to get divorce after it. And people who are talking rubbish about her, we will take out a solution in this period of time. I know it is not easy for both the children and for you also, but still as elders we have to take out solutions to give them a new life "

Dadi added.

Everyone is silent for a few seconds. trying to process the information dadi has shared.

After 5 minutes finally Nitin said.

" We can understand and we were also thinking to take out a solution for it,because we can't live here for long. we have to go back to our home town, I have a business there. We have to sort out things quickly otherwise it will affect our professional and personal life both"

"But nitin. It's about Gauri and Omkara. how are you expecting that Gauri will go and live there. She was supposed to marry the younger brother but ended up with the elder one. how can she live there under one roof with both of them? Gauri is already in trauma and now I don't want her to face anything more. I am really sorry but she is not going anywhere. my daughter is not a toy that all of you will use her for your own benefit"

This time Kajal said and she is a little bit angry, because for now only Gauri and her happiness is matter for her. She is still feeling guilty for not understanding her daughter feeling for Akshat And the marriage.

"You are misunderstanding Kajal. we are not saying this. but please try to understand the seriousness of this situation"

Janvi said and come near kajal.

"Can't we just avoid all these? we will go back to our hometown and everything will be okay "

Nitin suggest as he is also not sure about the solution dadi said.
Ommkara feel hurt from all these. He looks at Gauri who is looking down trying to hide her tears.

"We can avoid it all.  you can go back to your home town. but tell me one thing, will you all be able to live there peacefully when this scandle has spread all over the country? And apart from that if both of them don't live with each other as husband and wife, the law will never permit them to get legally divorced.  Just think about all these"

Tej said.

The elders goes on with the argument that this solution is correct or not.

While Omkara is still looking at Gauri and she is still looking down.

Finally he could not hold himself and stand up.

"Excuse me everyone I want to say something"

Ommkara said. Everyone looked at him including Gauri.

" I know that all of you have your own point but it is about me and Gauri, so I think you should give us the right to decide that what we will do"

He said.

The elders stay silent as they know that no matter how much they argue about this matter, at last this will affect Omm and Gauri life.

" I want to talk with Gauri on this matter alone. Please"

He said.

Gauri is looking at him without any emotions.
All of them were silent for nearly 2 minutes, then janhvi said.

" You are right. let them talk with each other. I request you kajal and nitin ji"

Kajal and nitin understand that this is right.

"Gauri?"

Ommkara finally, directly talk to her. Gauri stand up. She is a little relax as they get a chance to talk now.

Both of them come to the room. she sits on the bed and he sits near the sofa. both of them are looking at other sides, feeling awkward to talk. finally he gain the courage and start..

" We should......"

Before he finished she stated.

" Why did you not reply to me last night?"

She Rises her head look directly into his eyes and question, demanding an answer from him. He felt like caught off guard by her demand. He is out of words to explain.

" Do you even know how I spent last night because you did not reply? if you were coming here you should say yes. But no, you choose to stay silent and it made me so much anxious last night"

She complain

" I am sorry"

He apologized, he knows that he is at fault here. but how to explain her that he has no courage to talk to her last night.

She did not say anything and look other site.

"Gauri, I am sorry for whatever happened and I am sorry for not trying to talk to you. I know that you want to talk to me about this matter.  But believe me, I was mentally not ready because so many things were happening around me. I had to handle them alone that is why I come here now because now I am mentally prepared to talk about it"

He said honestly. Gauri look at him. His eyes are reflecting nothing but honesty.

" How is everything going? where is Neha and what Akshat is doing? is he doing something wrong with all of you.? "

Finally Gauri asked.
omkara smiles a little thinking that, right now when they have time to talk about themselves she still care for the people around her.

"You don't have to worry about that. about Neha she had called her parents yesterday and said that she is with her boyfriend. at the marriage night she flew with her boyfriend because she didn't want this marriage"

Omkara explain feeling tense. when he remembered Neha's call to her father. he was right there and listen everything.
Gauri is really shocked and out of the words by hearing this.

"What? Why did she do that? if she did not want to marry you, she should say no. why she destroy everything? I thought she is a nice girl but she did not even think about her own parents before doing this?"

Gauri said feeling really shocked to all these things.

" All the people are not like you Gauri, who can sacrifice her happiness for her family "

Omkara replied looking into her eyes as he remembered how she confessed that she was ready for Mary Akshat because of her chacha and chachi.

Gauri did not say anything and look down.

"And about Akshat.."

Omkara start and Gauri look at him.

"He is not ready to accept the truth that you are not in love with him. He is still saying that he will talk to you. did he call you?"

Omkara ask.

" Yes he called me and messaged me, but I don't want to talk with him for anything"

Gauri reply and both of them stay silence for more than 2 minutes again looking down to their hands.

"And... What about the drugs we had given? Who did this?"

She ask.

"Police is still investigating about it. No clue has found yet"

He replied.

Again silence for few minutes.

"You should not do this with yourself Gauri. you deserve happiness. don't ever sacrifice your happiness for others. I don't like it  "

He said looking at her and she look back to him.
He wanted to say that you are the most important and your happiness is everything for me but he can't say that.

" If you were not ready to marry Akshat, you should have told me if not your chacha and chachi.  I have already told you that I will always be there for you. I would have talked with my parents and would have settled everything"

He said with concern and care which touched her heart.

She did not reply.
Ommkara takes a deep breath.

"Now as Neha already cleared that she was not interested in this marriage, so her chapter is closed, and about Akshat we will handle it slowly. it will take time"

Ommkara said. Gauri is still looking into her hands feeling nervous.

"Now can we talk about ourself?"

He said and she looked up for a few seconds. They look at each other with an unknown emotions then she nods.

"You already know whatever dadi said and that is true. we are facing issues. I know that if you go back to your hometown you will also face the same situation or maybe worse than this. But as I said your decision is most important, you will decide that you want to go to Oberoi mansion with us or not. And as I promised I am still keeping that,  if you say no, you can go back to your hometown and I will do my best to protect you from everything. this is Omkara Singh oberoi's promise"

He said with determination like he is promising himself to do this.

She is really confused now,  what to do?. First she was confused that he said this marriage was an accident, it is really true for him or he just said that because of the situation?

next if she goes with them how will adjust for 3 months? and is it really good to go for 3 months as his wife? Will she be able to adjust there.?  There are lots of questions and she is not able to get any answers.

Seeing her troubled face Omkara again said.

"I won't to lie to you, but if you go with us then you have to live like my wife. we will live in one room. if I go somewhere for parties or business you have to come with me as my life partner, you have to do all the rituals as the daughter in law of the house. But I promise, that it will only for 3 months. After that you will be free and I promise that no one will talk about it with you ever  "

He said. She look at him. Her heart started beating faster thinking all of these things doing as his wife. Somewhere in her heart she started liking the idea of living with him. but still in confusion.

"And if you are thinking about Akshat, then don't worry, he will not be there or maybe we will shift to our other house. you don't have to face him everyday. I will handle him and I will handle everything around you, once you are with me"

He added.
Both of them look at each other and she can sense the seriousness in his voice and the determination in his eyes.

Here he is praying silently that she say yes. it is not about the family or society pressure or business problems. it is somewhere in his heart he want her to be with him.

Yes, he comes here to talk about only 3 months but he has already decided that he will do his best to make her fall in love with him and stay with him for a lifetime. this is the last chance he get to  get back his first love.

"I don't know what to do. I am not in a condition to take decisions "

She finally reply in a low voice but he can hear her clearly.

"I know, what ever happened it was not easy to digest. believe me it is not easy for me also. but we have to move on for our own life"

Omkara said.

"Did it really an accident for you? did you never feel anything? did you ever feel that maybe whatever Dadi said was right? maybe it was destiny for us?  Are you not feeling bad? did you not cry over these things? don't you  feel any kind of emotions regarding this incident? Am I just your brother's Fiancee for you?"

Finally Gauri take out all the questions she had in her mind in one go.
here Omkara is sitting like a rock, feeling really shock to all these questions. He doesn't know how to answer all these questions.

He is sitting there for whole 5 minutes and she is still looking at him for answers.

"Gauri "

" I want answers for everything. that how you are feeling about this incident. Because I am really confused. I have no feeling for Akshat but for you, I don't know.  After this incident I am really messed up. Marriage is not a small thing for me, maybe it is nothing for you because you want to finish it within 3 months but for me it is not. I really don't know what to say, how to feel, what to do, because my mind is not stable right now"

Finally she take out everything and started crying not knowing what to say more.

Omkara feels really pain in his heart seeing her tears. he could not hold back and go near her, sit on the bed and hug her to pacify her pain.

She hide her face on his chest and cry loudly. taking out all the emotions she was holding back from last few days. Omkara did not say anything but just holding her tightly in his arms.

After almost 5 minutes she is a little calm.

"It's okay.. everything will be okay"

Omkara said holding back his own emotions.

"But how?"

She asked still sobbing and hiding her face on his chest.

"We will figure out that together. I know that you are not in a condition to take decision, but you have to take decision right now. And I promise I will say yes for whatever you will decide. I will request one thing that please give it a chance, maybe whatever you are feeling or whatever I am feeling, we will get the answer together. Maybe you will get the answers from me of all the questions you have asked right now"

He said and she looks up to him.
Still in confusion.

"Gauri, I can't explain whatever I am feeling right now. but maybe in future, I will get words to explain that. I completely understand whatever you are feeling right now. As I told you before, I will never force you for anything. so this time also you will decide this by your own and I will obey to whatever is your decision"

He wipe her tears and let her stand on her feet holding her both hands.

"For now consider me as your friend. And take time to decide what you want. You can take as much time as you want, I will be waiting and I will make my parents understand for it. "

He said smiling but Gauri is still in her messed up mind mode.

"Call me whenever you are ready"

Omkara said and patted her cheese with adoration, then left from there leaving a confused Gauri.

she did not get the answers to her questions she asked him, but somewhere she had noticed that he also want to give a chance to this relationship and as he said she might get answer if she say

"Yes"
