*THE NEXT DAY/Simon's POV*

It was 9am and today is the day, hopefully everything goes to plan. I quietly sneaked out of my room after leaving a note and box where I was asleep next to Tami, I had my clothes in my hand and went to Josh's room since he let me use his room just for today

*Tami's POV*

I woke up facing the wall, I grabbed my phone to see it was almost 12 in the afternoon. I put my phone down and turned around to see no Simon but a note and a box, I sat up and grabbed the note

Morning beautiful, sorry I am not there. Today is the day you get your surprise but that isn't until later today. First you need to have breakfast but you're not allowed to leave the room unless you need the bathroom, JJ and Laurel will be stood at all times outside the door so if you need anything you tell them. So breakfast, just open the door and ask for breakfast which they should. Around 4 o'clock I suggest you have a shower or a bath which ever but just remember your surprise is at 6 because of sunset and it's the perfect time. Ok wow, this note ended up a lot longer than I thought but who cares. I will be out until 6, also the box has what I want you to wear tonight. Laurel also said she will do your hair and makeup if you need so yea just ask.

Btw I am paying those two because they don't do anything for free, so if they don't do their job right then tell me. That is £20 ($31.74 not exactly sure but it's around 31/32 dollars) I'm paying them... Idiots for asking for £20, they could have asked for more. I mean don't they realise that they will be sat outside until 6, idiots. I'm ranting and laughing, okay I'm done.

I smiled at the note before placing it on the bedside table, I grabbed the box and placed it on my lap before opening it. There was a beautiful red dress with red and gold heels, boy has nice taste. I placed the box back onto the bed before getting up and grabbed the box again. I placed the box onto Simon's game chair before fixing the bed, I then walked to the door while using the wall as support. I can walk a few steps, it's getting better than before but there are times when my legs just give up so I just started to use the wall as support when nobody's around. Anyways I opened the door to see JJ and Laurel sat on the floor

"You guys comfortable?" I asked and leaned against the door frame, they both looked at me

"Very" JJ said sarcastically

"Come in you idiots" I said and moved out the way

"But we were told not to let you out unless you need to bathroom" Laurel said

"I know but if you haven't realised I can't run so if you're in the room then you can easily catch me without me falling down the steps. Can in and sit comfortable than in that small space" I said, they both stood up and walked into the room

"Wait, you need breakfast or lunch. Something to eat" JJ said before running downstairs

"YOU READY FOR THE BEST DAY EVER" Laurel asked while jumping on the bed, I chuckled and nodded my head

*SKIPPING FEW HOURS*

"Are you sure I look ok?" I asked while doing the last bit of my hair

"You look beautiful, don't worry about it" Laurel said

"I'm so scared for this surprise" I said

"You will love it" Laurel said, I smiled at her before looking at the mirror and taking in how I look (MEDIA)

"Come on Tami, let's go" JJ said, me and Laurel both walked over to him and linked arms with him so he was in the middle before we all walked down

"Where is this surprise anyways?" I asked

"In the garden" Laurel said

"Is that why I couldn't wander around the house?" I asked

"Yep" Laurel said

"Pretty much" JJ said, I chuckled and we walked into the living room where there was rose petals and the garden door open but it was dark outside so I couldn't see anything

"Cheesy" I mumbled, Laurel and JJ laughed. We walked outside and before we could go down the steps, Laurel and JJ stopped walking

"Sit down on the steps" Laurel said and JJ unlinked arms with me before they disappeared around the corner. I looked around not sure if I should trust them but I did so I sat down, just then lights came on. There were coloured lights around the whole garden, I smiled. Josh then appeared

"What is this Josh?" I asked

"This is your surprise, get ready" Josh said and smiled, just then music came on and Freya appeared

Josh and Freya both lip sang together while dancing

Harry and Avia then appeared and did the same as Josh and Freya

Simon's mum and dad then appeared with Simon's brothers

Then Vik, Abbie, Josh, Freya, Laurel, JJ, Lucy, Cal, Harry, Avia, Ethan, Natalie, Tobi, Callux, Sarah, Shifty, Lewis, mum, dad, Tobi's family, Vik's family, JJ's family, Harry's family, Ethan's family and everyone else's family appeared but still no sign of Simon

They all then created a path and at the end of that path, there stood Simon in a tux

The music then stopped, everyone stood silently in the back and Simon held out his hand for me which I accepted, I had tears in my eyes

"You know how much you mean to me right?" Simon asked

"Yea" I said

"Then just just remember what I'm doing is because I love you. Tami, when we first met it was when you were living on the streets. I looked at you and thought how could a beautiful girl like you be on the streets but then I hit you with the football which I am so sorry for again" Simon said and chuckled a bit which made me and the others laugh

"Then I found out that you was Josh's sister and I'm not joking but I had a huge crush on you but then I thought if I ask you out, Josh is going to have my head on a plate so I didn't want to risk it. But then that day when we got chased by your ex, I knew I had to protect you even if Josh has my head after that. Our first kiss was from me trying to shut you up, I remember the sparks I felt. I knew I had to be there for you but also ask you out before it was too late. After asking you to be my girlfriend, there was no regrets for it. I'm glad I picked you. But then you got kidnapped and I didn't forgive myself for that, I was so scared that I was going to lose you. That day at the hospital made me realise how much I need you in my life, you simply make my day. And without you, I don't know what I'll do. I don't see my life without you. Tami, what I'm trying to say is that. Will you, Tami Zerker, marry me?" Simon said before dropping to one knee and pulling out a ring, my hand flow to my mouth and tears were rushing down my face

"Will you?" Simon asked, I nodded my head and Simon slid the ring on before standing up and kissing me. Everyone cheered, I pulled away after a few seconds and stared at Simon

"I love you to the moon and back" I said

"I love you too to the moon and back" Simon said before kissing me again, it was official I was getting married to my brother's best friend. And I couldn't ask for anything better than my brother's best friend...
