Emily's PoV:

I woke up to a warm feeling around my body. I was so comfortable that I didn't want to open my eyes. Although the light of the sun was directly hitting my face today, I didn't want to get up. Instead, I enjoyed the soft warmth on my skin, smiled, and the sun roamed my face.

The day could be all in this comfortable bed.

But I felt like I had to, I had to wake up, so I carefully open my eyes blinking slightly and the first thing I see when I open them is him.

He was awake looking at me, with a smile on, and smile that looked a bit forced making me intrigued.

My heart jumped at our closeness but my body had no reaction and I wondered why he was so close to me.

"Good morning" he whispered

"Yeah... why are you here? " I questioned suddenly it may have sounded rude but this was not the deal he wasn't supposed to be here next to me like this! The bed was mine he took the coach that was our deal, but he is wonderful at breaking deals!

"Uhm my arm-" he mentioned looking at my head and then I realized, my cheeks turned a very visible shade of strawberry red as I slowly lifted my head and he got his arm back.

I can't believe I was the one at fault for him being here, oh no, stupid Emily, how will I pass any credibility now?

"Hey, you okay?" he asked as he looked at my troubled self. I looked at him embarrassed, deeply embarrassed.

"It's fine, don't overthink it, Em" He said with a small smile as he tried to comb his hair with his hand. My name sounded so strange out of his mouth but somehow it gave me a feeling of home — and once that thought crossed my mind I suddenly regretted it.

"I am getting up, the guys are planning to leave early in the morning" he mentioned as he got up, he was fully dressed and then I remembered to check myself too, and I was dressed like yesterday.

Whatever happened yesterday and the reason why I was sleeping like that I don't remember but something was telling me that Aiden did and that scared me.

"Emily to Earth?!" I heard a voice far away bringing me to reality

"What? I am sorry I wasn't listening" I shook my head quickly as I pushed my memories away

"We could tell" Nate mentioned "Were you lost in your dirty thoughts" I slightly blushed with a frown

"No" I defended myself

"Right" He smirked

"Anyways...about spring prom who are we going with?" Selena asked bringing an exciting matter to the table and changing it into positive energy

"OH I KNOW I KNOW" Amy said happily excitedly moving closer to the center of the table while placing her red hair behind her ears "Mystery guy"

"Na- uh" Nate imposed " You are not and I say not- going to a prom with a guy you've never seen his face"

"What?Why?" she pouted making the rest giggle beside Nate

"It's dangerous Amy"

"It's just like online dating" she weirdly defended herself

"That's exactly the problem" Alyssa mentioned

" You guys are ruining my chance in love" Amy mentioned crossing her arms

"I understand you might like this mystery J person but it is still dangerous to know anything about him" I mentioned

She scowled and looked at us a bit angry "I know a lot about him"

"Like what?" Selena asked

"I know he is romantic, and-uh hardworking and...tall and has a deep voice and if he wanted to kill me he would've at the Halloween party"

"See-  the fact that you had to integrate the part he would not kill you it's already unsafe" Nate mentioned as we agreed with him besides Amy 

" I know this is hard for you to understand but I am in love, okay? This person really wants me for me"

"So does Wellington" Alyssa said

"But Wellington is a nerd"

"You need to stop being a nerdophobic and see people more than what they are outside, Amy" Selena told her calmly

"Oh please don't come at me with that, would any of you date Wellington? Because besides being ugly and a math genius he is also incredibly uninteresting" She mentioned making all of us nod our heads in disapproval

"What? It's true" Amy shrugged her shoulders as we looked behind her "What qualities does he have besides doing my homework? I can't even have a 2-minute conversation with him because he is so boring" she mentioned while rolling her eyes and as those final words were said there was a loud noise of a tray of food falling to the floor caught everyone attention. Amy turned back facing Wellington with tears in his eyes and biting his lips controlling himself not to cry. The whole cafeteria got silent and waited patiently for something to happen.

"That's what you really think, Amy?" He asked, his English accent not letting itself unnoticed 

"I didn't know you were listening-"

"IS THAT" he shouted looking at her and adjusting his glasses while pouting with sadness and also anger "- whatdo  you really think?"

"I didn't mean it like that Wellington, it's just... a"

"It's what? You hate me? You don't like me because of my glasses and understatement in calculus?"

"No... I just-"

"Or you don't like me for my hair? my acne? my clothes? my conversations?" he asked, the whole cafeteria gasped as he stood up for himself and talked to Amy like that. "You are a bad person, Amy, and no one will ever love you truly mark my words." He mentioned

"I- Look I don't have to like you" She said standing up for herself "Plus I barely know you, you just do my homework, and act all nerdy all the time, you have conversations about Pluto and quantum physics that I have no interest about just because you like me doesn't mean I have to like"

"But it doesn't make you have the right to hurt me like that either." He mentioned as she gulped understanding finally, I believed what he was saying. "Amy Thompson from this moment on I am no longer your butler for homework, for snack delivery or for party driver. You will suffer forever because no one will ever love you like I did and no one will ever get to even like you because you may look good on the outside. Still, you are ugly on the inside, purely rotten and from this moment on no one loves you and you will be alone and suffering forever." He grabbed a small juice pack that was on the floor joined it with his splashed food and took a step closer to her as she was sitting on the bench taken back by his sudden courage

 " I hate you Amy Thompson." He spat into her face with a lot of hate as he extended the juice into her chest making her grab it and walk away like that leaving the whole cafeteria confused

"That was intese" Nate said after some moments of silence

"That was mean" Alyssa mentioned looking at Amy

"I know" Amy said turning back to our table, a bit shook by what happened "He was really mean"

"No, I meant you" Alyssa said as Amy looked into her eyes

"He cursed me Alyssa and you are taking his side?"

"What Alyssa is saying is that he was mean because you were mean" I defended my best friend

"I was just being realistic"

"You need to be careful with what you say, Amy, you need to see more than just the face" 

"That's easy for you to say, Alyssa, I get it your ex-boyfriend wasn't that hot either but i am not like you"

"That is not nice, Amy" Nate mentioned

"Look I am not like you Alyssa ok? So let me be, plus someone likes me, my mystery guy likes me"

"Whatever it's useless" Alyssa mumbled getting back to eating

"Wellington has no idea what he is talking about, someone loves me and I will be loved for a long long time" Amy said, although her speech looked confident her face didn't, it was like she was forcing herself to believe in what she was saying 

"Well... can I go with you Nate?" Selena asked getting back to the topic of the prom, as he was about to speak a group of people joined our table interrupting Nate

"Going where?" Cameron asked

"Prom" Selena answered as we squessed into the table so the popular boys could sit next to us. i was next to Alyssa safe sound hopefully Aiden couldn't distract me today but as soon as I looked to my right I heard some mumbling

"Oh for god sakes Aiden" Alyssa said as Aiden pushed her away from me grabbing her brown leather jacket and pulling her to the other side " You have a free seat on the other side

"But I need to sit next to my girlfriend" He said with a smile, warming my cheeks. Alyssa rolled her eyes as she landed a space for him and I caught Mason smirk looking at the siblings

"Talking about prom, where's the after party?"

"Jaden's" the guys said in unison making Jaden sigh out loud

"Why? Why me again?" he said in desperation

"Bigger house" Luke mentioned

"Mason has a bigger house" He said pointing at Mason and making everyone look at the boy in the black leather jacket although he heard his name he acted like the conversation wasn't with him

"Mason doesn't have a house" Cameron mentioned "He has a freaking mansion" 

"That's right... what about prom being at yours" Aiden asked

"I don't know I don't feel like cleaning up your mess" Mason mentioned looking down at his food 

"You don't even clean it up you contract people to do it"

"I have to see if my parents are going to be home" Mason explained

"THAT'S IT" Luke said excitedly clapping and standing up on the bench and caught everyone's attention "EVERYONE, PROM AFTER PARTY AT MASON'S" he announced making everyone cheer happily 

I looked around trying to understand the excitement as I saw Alyssa laughing at her food "Why is this so special?" I asked to myself and as if Aiden had heard me he answered me back

"This is Mason's first party ever, this is like a big thing" he explained to me making me nod in understatement 

"Why are you always so impulsive?" Cameron asked Luke

"I am a simple person, I see the light and I follow it" he gave a full teeth smile almost in a jokingly way 

"This is the first party in the mansion" Jaden realized "It's gonna be epic"

"And I still don't know who I am going with..." Selena commented looking at Nate trying to get an answer from him

"I-" Nate tried to answer but again he was interrupted

"I can go with you, no problem" Cameron said as he ate his food totally relaxed as he proposed something huge to Selena, or at least huge to her, he didn't look that interested

"uh" Luke said wiggling his eyebrows and joking with Cameron " Calm down lover boy"

"It's just a prom " Cameron mentioned."Relax"

"It's not just a prom Cam. It's the prom. " Jaden mentioned "You don't go only for fun, you go for the midst of the thing for the romance." He mentioned making the guys laugh at him 

"Ah" Nate quickly interrupted the laughs as he gasped recalling something "It's prom, you have to go together" Nate said looking at me and Aiden

"I am not a very much prom person" I said 

"You have to go- Aiden will surely be prom king and you need to step up into the popular status so you can be prom queen otherwise -" Amy tried to say but she was interrupted as Regina walked into the cafeteria making every single boy look and whistle besides Mason he was just eating.  "She will" 

Aiden on the other hand was almost drooling, I get it I really do. She was pretty and besides she actually had style, she had a tight mini black shirt, high black boots and a tight fluffy blue jacket that suited her perfectly although I believe she was probably cold I am wearing a yellow pastel fluffy sweater and a scarf and I am freezing but she is definitely rocking in that.

She sat down crossing her legs while the boys were still looking but Nate's clearing his throat woke them up to live "Yes she will definitely try to be prom queen, and we can let that happen"

"Because...?" Jaden question

"Because then the prom and king will slow dance"

"and we can't let that happen, AIden is too soft for her he would melt in that dance" Alyssa mentioned, her words hurt but they were true and I could see by the way his eyes sparkled he was still bewitched by her, but could I ever let this facade continue or better could he?
