Alyssa's PoV:

Finally, a break from school that I so needed however my excitement for this winter vacation is not that great, I have to deal with my brother and all of the gang plus freaking Regina.

Yes, she is coming. I don't know how the boys allowed that, my brother just accepted her with open hands right in front of his so supposed girlfriend and accepted his ex for vacation. I swear he is not in his right mind when he talks to her.

I only accepted this because my friends wanted it so much. Honestly, I came to this vacation with a bit of a contradictory feeling.

There were 2 cars. The big one of Mason, the black Jeep where the boys and Regina were, and my brother's white Jeep that I was driving with Nate next to me choosing the playlist of the ride and the girls on the back seats.

We were almost arriving after our 5 hours drive and everyone was extremely excited, well at least in the car I was driving.

"- PUT MY HANDS UP THEY'RE PLAYING MY SONG AND THE BUTTERFLIES FLY AWAY" They sang in unison

"NODDING MY HEAD LIKE YEAH, MOVING MY HIPS LIKE YEAH- " As we reached almost what it felt like the top of the mountain, Nate turned down the volume once the big cabin villa showed in front of us.

"Woah! That looks expensive" Selena said

"It probably is, knowing Mason" I concluded while looking at the big wooden house

"Let's have the best VACATION OF ALL" Nate exclaimed excitedly making everyone shout happily. I parked the car near Mason's so we could unload our baggage.

Everyone got out of the cars and started to pick up their bags from the trunk.

"I feel my bones" Cameron exclaimed as he got out of the car brushing his hands on his arms due to the cold

"It's going to be 35 below all week" Luke warned "So you better dress warm"

"Alright let's get in then" Aiden said and we all followed him as Mason opened the door of this huge villa. The outside was amazing but the inside was really stunning it got us all flabbergasted.

"Holy freaking -" Cameron started

"SHIT" Jaden ended

"This is huge bro" Luke commented

"Just like my d-" Cameron was about to say but my brother interrupted him

"No dirty jokes please"

"Ok let's settle the rooms" Mason said walking to the living room area "There are 6 rooms in total upstairs, 3 on the right and 3 on the left" he explained "The 3 on the right have a single bed on one room, a bunk bed on other and two separate beds on other room. The ones on the left have a single bed bedroom, two separate beds in the other room, and one room with three beds"

"BUNK BEDS" Cameron and Jaden said at the same time while giving each other high fives

"Cool...boys on the right girls on the left"

"But... Aiden... I am a bit uncomfortable staying on that side of the villa " Regina said with puppy eyes while looking at my brother "It's just I know you guys more"

"Well you can stay with the single bedroom and you will be the rest of your vacation with us don't worry" Aiden calmed her down making my eyes roll

"I have a question" I said raising my arm and making everyone look at me " What about meals? Do we make them separately or..."

"I think we can all eat together right?" Aiden asked while my friends and my brother's happily nodded "Good that's settled"

"LETS GOOOO" Cameron shouted racing up the stairs followed by Jaden and Luke.

I also walked upstairs with my friends so we could decide our rooms "Since Miss. Perfect is staying with the single bedroom how do you guys want to sleep?" Amy questioned

"I don't think that is going to be a problem have you looked around?" Nate commented as he opened one door that lead to a bedroom "This is like royalty "

"Woww" we all said as we looked around the beautiful room

"I can stay here" Amy said reaching the window and looking out at the white snow outside

"Same" Nate said placing his bag over one bed

"Me three" Selena said happily, so me and Emily are staying in the other room

"You guys..." An annoying voice said while singing, was she behind us all this time?

"Oh boy" Selena muttered as she sat down on one of the beds

"What do you want Regina?" I asked as I turned around to see the big pink fluffy ball that she was, her jacket made her super large and extra pink.

"Oh nothing I was wondering if you wanted to sleep with me for company you know... since your friend Em here is probably staying with her boyfriend," She said with a smirk "Or are you guys like the conservative type?" She asked and if Emily said yes to that question that would officially tell Regina they weren't dating for real

"Why are you so interested in other people's relationships?" Nate questioned making Regina lift an eyebrow probably not expecting Nate's confrontation

"Well I am interested if my ex-boyfriend changed that much" SHe smiled getting close of Emily

"Talk about being stuck to the past" Amy muttered loud enough for Regina to hear and I could see her face turning a shade of pink just like her horrific coat

" SO!" Regina almost shouted to cut down Amy's comment " Emily... cat got your tongue?" I was about to really fight Regina I hated her provocations but something in me made me stop I looked at Emily and I knew I should give her a chance, I knew she had it in her.

"No... the cat didn't I am just giving you a chance to shine, I can feel that you really need it since your life became so pitiful that without Aiden it's like you barely have a purpose right? " Emily responded making all of us snort and laughed lowly while Regina face went from pink to red, her mouth opened in shock and her eyebrows frowned showing her rage but before she could speak Emily was quicker "I am going to my room now" She said while leaving the room and leaving us all 4 of us looking at Reginatrying not to laugh.

"ARGHHH" She tapped her foot while furiously roaring or whatever that was, ... she left the room and we took our chances to finally laugh comfortably

"Long live Emily" Selena commented

"Our ray of sun surely has some dusty dust of dark realm" Nate commented

"God that felt really relieving " Amy said as we nodded in agreement

"But... what will happen now? Will Em and Aiden really sleep together?" Selena asked as I shrugged my shoulders and thought about their problem... what was going to happen and how will they fix this?

Emily's PoV:

I rushed down the big wooden halls to the Right wing of the house finding the bedrooms of the boys. It didn't take long to find them since they were all in a room playing around and jumping in the beds, well not all of them Aiden wasn't there and Mason wasn't either.

I took a deep breath knowing I had to find Aiden as quickly as I could... we needed to resolve this problem, bringing Regina was probably the worst idea of all but he is so blind by her that he just gets drastically blind over her.

I need to find him. I looked around the bedrooms and he was nowhere to be see, I walked around seeing some big windows that showed a beautiful balcony outside where a knowned face was — Mason, he probably knew about Aiden's whereabout's.

So I prayed to the gods that Mason would have my answer as I walked outside. The door closed behind and I felt the cold reaching my face making me barely feel my nose, the closing door sound made Mason look in my direction with all his peace and calm.

He was leaned against the balcony wooden handrail smooking. "Is eberything ok?" He asked stranging my presence

"Do you know where Aiden is?" I asked, he kept leaned not really botheri my presence

"He had to go the bathroom" he explained making me nod in understandment, he looked at me for a moment as if he was anlyzing me "He is coming for a smoke so if you want to talk to him you can wait here"

"Thanks" I mhmbled, but as his words played on my mind i frowned "Aiden smokes?"

"Yeah... not as much as me but yeah" he mentioned taking the ciharrete to his mouth again.

"Have you ever though of stopping?" I asked impulsively, this was probably the first time after years that I was having a conversation with Mason. In my perspective he reminded me of the night, he was very dark but not in a bad way he was just very closed to everyone that's not in his close circle of friends.

"Hm... once" he said and his eyes told me he was reminiscing that time

"What happened?"

"I had a reason" he mentioned simply not opening up too much

"So what happened then?" I asked

"The reason I stopped became the reason I started smoking again" He explained making me just more confused, I frowned trying to understand his words but as more I though about the less it made sense

"Right..." I nodded looking at him, his pose intact and his calmness spread around him that made me think "How are you and Aiden friends you are so calm and he is so..."

"Impulsive?" he completed as I tried to find the perfect word, I nodded in agreement "Well opposites attract they say" he chuckled while looking at his ciggar "Aren't you and Alyssa different too?" he asked as I though about, well yes...

Alyssa like her brother lacked patience and was a bit impulsive, she was ready to fight everyone been if that meant that she would loose, she would stand up for everything she believes in without giving a care in the world about what other think. I think I more conservative... that word made me cringe because it took me back to Regina.

However as I saying, I am more optimistic or at least I try to be, I always try to see the best in people and have a smile on even when I feel like crying but lately, I have been changing.

"Well I think we are more alike then you think" I said making him chuckle again, since opposites at track and he is so good with Aiden why is he always shocking with Alyssa?

"I doubt it" How can he doubt it? He barely knows me or her... although I have seen them close lately, which is something unusual to see, hear or even think.

"Do you know Alyssa that well?" I asked, he smirked while looking at the mountains of snow in front of him

"I guess I have to say no" he responded, and with that weird answer I was eager to know more to understand the meaning of those words but my thoughts and future question was stopped by the noise of the door opening revealing Aiden.

I looked at him, once he stepped outside his nose got red, small strings of hairwere falling into his face reaching the top of his eye that for reason made him look good. His lips were redder maybe due to the cold as well as the top of his ears which make him look cute. Which isn't change anything because I was still mad at him from the party, and I still wanted to end all of this but like Emily said in a way that made me at least look good.

"Emily... why are you here?"

"I need to talk to you" I responded

He looked at me and then Mason as if he had the answer he simply placed the cigar on the trash after he pout it out and looked at Aiden "I'll leave you to it" he said while passing through us and patting Aidden on the back as he left.

And just like that I was alone with the boy that I hated.
