Can you please give me my last few hours with my family? I asked the doctor as he nod and left to call my mom and sister.

Oh my poor baby" my mom said with tears streaming down her face. I sat up a little and hugged her.

I look at my sister who was now crying again. Just tell him please? Say that I'm sorry I couldn't tell that to him directly " I said to my sister as she nod while she covered her mouth in attempt to stop the sobs from coming out of her mouth.

And with that I spent the last few hours with them.

Remember on your fifth birthday? My sister asked with a small chuckle. Yeah, the one where I was about to blow my candle and you smack my face in the cake? Yeah I remember that clearly " I said with a small smile.

My sister giggled while my mom just chuckled as she held my hands, giving it an occasional squeeze now and then.

Love you both" I whispered to them and  slowly, my eyelids feel heavy and seconds later I was closing them.

The last time I heard was the machine attached to me began to beep and my mom and sister shouting.

Author's POV

Your mother and sister cried outside of the room where the doctors are currently in, trying to save your life but it will still be pointless.

Mom! I don't wanna lose her" your sister sobbed as tears run down her face like a water fall. I don't want to dear, I don't want to lose my baby" your mother responded as she held your sister tight.

But minutes pass by the doctor came out. He just looks at them and shake his head. I'm sorry for loss mam" he said making your mother fall her knees.

No! Your mother cried and soon your sister followed suit, falling on her knees and crying besides your mother.

She then looked t the doctor, can we at least see her? She asked and the doctor nod before leaving.

They both got up and went inside the room where your now dead body lies. Don't worry sis I'll tell him" your sister mumbled as she hugged your body.

Your mother just looked t your sister hugging your body and she covered her mouth, preventing any sobs from escaping her lips.

After about half an hour of just staying there your sister left, leaving your mom and your body alone.

Keep it together S/n, you need to tell that to him, just like what y/n wants " your sister thought to herself as she exited the hospital and began walking.

Lucky when she took a short cut on an Alley way she met Ran and Rindou who just probably finished of fighting someone.

Hey! Rindou " she called out making the brothers look at her. Can I talk to you? It's about y/n" your sister said to him.

He raised a brow, what? She can't handle the challenge she gave me? Rindou said with a small chuckle making your sister raise a brow.

What challenge? She asked him. About not seeing her the whole day or texting or even calling her" he said making your sister shake her head.

It's not about it, it's that she.... She's.... She can't really say it to him, knowing that it would hurt him as much as it hurted them.

She what? He asked as he took of his glasses and wipe it using his shirt. She's gone" Your sister finally manage to say it to him making him stop what he was doing.

Even Ran's eyes widen a bit when your sister said that. What do you mean she's gone? Rindou asked as he put his glasses back.

She's gone, as in dead" Your sister said as she felt the tears begin to gather at the corner of her eyes again.

What? Ho... How? Rindou asked, still refusing to believe it. She had a cancer rin,she just didn't tell you about it" She said and Rindou looked down.

Both Ran and Your sister can see that he was clenching his fist hard. She also told me she regretted not telling you something " your sister continued making Rindou look at her.

She said she regretted that she didn't get to say I love you to you, not even once" she said making Rindou's eyes widen.
