After the call I went to my bedside table and grabbed a pen and paper. Writing something on it and folded it before making my way back down stairs.

Hey mom, can you please give to rindou if anything happens to me? But no matter what happens don't call him or inform him tomorrow okay? I said to her as I shoved the folded paper to her hands.

She raised a brow and was about to asked why but stopped and caught me right in time just as I was about to fall.

[ 3rd person's POV ]

S/n?! S/n?! Help me here quickly! Mom shouted for s/n. She came out from the kitchen just in time to see a passed out y/n in her mother's arm.

I'll call an ambulance " she panicked as she reached out for her phone in her pocket and began dialing the number.

Hello? Please we need an ambulance for my sister right now. We're at (your address)" s/n quickly said and hunged up.

There on their way, about a few minutes max" she said and kneel down to her little sister.

Please y/n, stay with us" she sobbed and she holed her sisters hand in her. Tears began falling from her face but she didn't give a damn about them as she continue to hold her sisters hand.

Minutes later the ambulance got there and took y/n to the hospital. Mom is she gonna be okay? Please tell me she's gonna be okay" s/n sobbed as she hugged her mom.

I don't know honey but let's hope she will" her mom response and she rub her oldest daughters back, but she knew deep down what was gonna happen.

They watch as a few nurse rush inside the room where y/n was at, more began streaming down from s/n.

It was about an hour or so before the doctor finally came up to them. Doc, how's my sister? Please tell me she's okay" s/n pleaded but the doctor just look at them with sad eyes.

I'm sorry but she may have just a day or so, we don't really know for sure" he said before he left making s/n sob more.

Why? What did she do to deserve this kind of fate?! She sobbed as she mom hugged her, rubbing small circles around her back.

After she calmed down a but she and her mom went to where y/n was. She looked at them with a sad smile when she heard the door open.

Hey dear" her mom said coming to her side and taking her hand, giving it a gentle squeeze making y/n smile a little.

Hey sis" she said to her sister. Hey" y/n mumbled and looked at her older sister then at her mom.

Does he know yet? I mean about this? S/n asked her little sister who just shake her head.

Part of me was dying to tell rindou about his but another part of me doesn't, don't want him to get hurt but I know telling him later on will only hurt him much more.
