It was a night like any other. A little kid named Joshua Lee Jones was sleeping in his room with his cat named Mr. Bigglesworth.

Suddenly they both heard a noice and it sounded like it came from the kitchen.

Joshua: What was that, Mr. Bigglesworth?

Mr. Bigglesworth: *meow*

Joshua: We better check it out

Joshua got out of his bed and put on his robe and grabbed his toy sword, he walked towards the kitchen quietly without waking up his parents. Joshua and Mr. Bigglesworth got to the kitchen and saw nothing was there but suddenly they both saw a silhouette near the stove.

Joshua: *Nervous* Come out or I'm coming in after you

As Joshua was getting closer and closer, he saw that it was a girl, the same age as he is but her skin is all pale.

Joshua: I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare you, you can come out, I'm not going to hurt you

The little girl got out of her hiding and blushed a little since Joshua was the only that was nice to her.

Joshua: My name is Joshua Lee Jones, what's your name?

Alcina: Alcina.....Alcina Dimitrescu

Joshua: That's a nice name, why are you here all alone in my house?

Alcina: I had no where to go, everywhere I go, people fear me

Joshua: Well I don't fear you and neither does Mr. Bigglesworth, look

Alcina looked down and saw Mr. Bigglesworth purring at her.

Alcina: Thank you, Mr. Bigglesworth

Joshua: Come, you can sleep with me

Joshua took Alcina back to his room and shared his bed with Alcina.

Joshua: Tomorrow, I'll ask my parents if you can stay

Alcina: Thank you *kisses Joshua in the cheek*

Joshua: *Blushes* you're welcome
