We decided to go to a mall since I wanted to SHOP TILL WE DROP! Given the fact that they practically kidnapped me and I had no clothes also helped convince the boys. But in return,  we had to get food first, which I am totally not complaining about. I mean, food court food AND shopping! BONUS! Leo and I rode together as the rest of the boys took another car considering they could not all fit into Leo's car. We were at the food court waiting for the boys (who I am sure took a pitstop somewhere, because it should not have taken them this long!). 

"Are you okay?" Leo breaks the silence, concern filling his eyes.

"Y...Yeah,  why wouldn't I be?" I ask, my eyes staring at the floor as if it was the most interesting thing.

"Ellie," Leo replies, tilting my head up, so I had to face his beautiful, brown eyes, "It is okay not to be okay. You cannot be strong every time," Leo whispers. He looks down into my electric blue eyes and we are close enough his breathe fans on my face. I always knew he was hot, but he is gorgeous! I suddenly was extremely scared, and not because of my past.

"I...I...I know," I stutter, barely able to get the words out of my mouth. I hear Leo say some other things, but I am so focused on his eyes, I can't hear them. Without thinking, I stand on my tippy toes, the gap getting closer. closer. closer. Until our lips lock and god it feels like heaven. He moves slowly against my mouth. My lips feel as though it is on fire in a good way. Until I remember what happened at the party and jump away from his as though he was on fire. I cannot be anything more than friends with him! Breaking up with a gang leader is hell! You have an entire gang following you for the rest of your life! I could not deal with two rival gangs following me, especially the two most powerful in the world! Even the falcon could not handle that!

"Uh....w...w...we should go," I replied. I hurried way ahead of Leo until I collided with someone, falling to my ass.

"Shit! Ow!" I curse softly under my breath. Still flustered from my kiss. The girl gets on her feet quicker than I can say I kissed Leo. God, why am I still thinking about that?! It meant nothing...right? Just the heat of the moment.

"Shit! I am so sorry." She apologizes as I shrug, attempting to remain as neutral and calm as humanly possible.

"It's fine. Happens a lot, I'm clumsy. Names Elaina. You can call me Ellie," I respond outstretching my hand. I attempt to stay calm, but it comes naturally when I remember the last time I fell down while Leo was chasing me. The memory is enough to calm me down and plaster a smile on my face. The girl stretches her arm, with a smile on her face, and shakes mine. Ugh so formal! 

"Naomi. Nice to meet you." She smiles. She is honestly so pretty that I am a little jealous. Her smile is honestly so natural, it seems her life is perfect!

"You too," I genuinely replied. Despite her looks, she does not look bitchy in any way, quite the opposite and I am not planning on letting anything ruin me becoming friends with a girl! Like 90% of my friends are guys! "Are you here with anyone?" I continue.

"No, I'm alone," She replies and I frown. How can someone as pretty as her be alone? Seriously if someone as pretty as her is not with someone, there is no hope for the rest of us! "You can hang with us," I reply, seeing this as a perfect way to start off with my new bestie!

"Us?" She replies with a confused look on her face. Then I realized what I had said. She did not know Leo was here and just the thought made me feel a little more vulnerable. I grin, attempting to cover up the moment. 

"Leo!" I call, knowing despite how pretty she is, she won't steal Leo away from me- WAIT WHAT! WE ARE NOT EVEN TOGETHER! Leo walks over to us, opening his mouth, confused until he sees the girl with me. I hear her mumble something, but my eyes are trained on Leo, the moment not completely escaping my mind. I see his stone-hard face looking down at me. I give him a questioning look. It hurts for me to know I just kissed him and he is so apathetic about it. I thought we were friends, but right now it seems as though I was pissing him off more. I sadly look back at the gorgeous girl in front of me. No, I did not like her romantically, but a new BFF is always on my list!

"Damn," I heard Naomi mumble as she was staring at Leo.

"I know right," I whisper back, staring at Leo, who looked confused as to why two girls were staring at him. One who he knows and the other he had met 5 seconds ago, though he did not voice his confusion. I smile back at Naomi.

"Boyfriend?" Naomi asks, bringing my mind once more to the kiss. It seems like nothing today is going to let me forget about that damn kiss! "Friend who's a boy," I reply, for some reason the words dampen my smile a bit and I hear a burst of feminine laughter. most likely from Naomi. Truth is, I already thought of a nickname for Naomi, but have not voiced it to Mi yet.

"Leo, this is Naomi..." I trail off realizing I don't know her last name.

"Cooper," She cuts in as though the damn girl can read my mind. I see Leo stare at Naomi for a bit and for some reason feel my blood start to boil, but I attempt to plaster a fake smile on my face. Not that they would notice with them staring at each other.

"Colton's girl?" Leo breaks the silence. WHAT?! I thought she was alone as in single! Maybe there is hope for the rest of us girls out there! Not that I had my eyes set on anyone. I see Naomi frown, sensing this to be a sensitive subject for her. Colton was probz her ex or something. I will def have to talk to her and comfort her. Seeing her face, it was pretty recent. My face dropped at the thought of my new BFF having a huge heartbreak. 

"What?" Mi asks, tightening her stance. 

"Leo!" I call as I slap his arm, hoping he would get the message.

"I am not his. How do you know him?" Mi replies. Yeah, how does he know that guy?

"Silver Daggers, am I correct?" Leo smirks as though attempting to show off his knowledge. I glare at Leo for attempting to show off and hurting her feelings, but it seems to go unnoticed. 

"My gang has an allience with Colton's," Leo explains further. I don't realize that I am smiling at them. The thought another girl could know what I am going through.

"Finally! Someone who understands the gang life who's a girl!" Mi replies and with her innocence I can tell she has not been in it for long. My smile drops at the thought of all the things my new friend was going to face. I am not going to let her go through the same hell as I did, I mentally promised myself. I nodded at her, hoping her innocence lasts as long as possible.

"How long have you been in the gang life?" I ask, curious as to how far her innocence has taken her and how much this Colton guy is really shielding from her.

"Few weeks at most," She admits. This girl has no idea what she has signed up for. Fun and games until someone is hurt. I raise an eyebrow.

"Really?! I have been involved for a year!" I responded as she nodded at my comment. Seeing her in such a dull mood confirms that what Leo said is getting to her.

"She's known as the falcon," WHAT. THE! Leo just exposed my secret. I attempted to keep my face as neutral as possible, pretending it did not hurt. I had to do it for both my and Mi's sake. Just her knowing who I was could endanger both of us! Thankfully that name held no meaning to her. I shushed Leo, keeping the straight face I had mastered over the years. Both of them did not need to know how much him revealing my deepest secret hours after I told him, hurt me.

"Leo, go fetch us food," I replied, knowing something was up with Mi. Leo shakes his head, denying my request.

"Leo." I warned him. There were somethings guys would never understand! Leo was really testing my patience right now. I hear him sigh, nodding his head, and walking off. I breathe a small sigh of relief.

"Perfect. Now let's talk about Colton because something obviously went down." I grin at her, excited to spend more time with my new bestie, though she did not know yet. I guide her into the dressing room of the H&M behind us for some privacy. Quickly picking out a random dress so it does not look suspicious. Though the dress looks about a hundred sizes too big for me or her.

"What do you mean?" She asks, obviously faking it. The gang life has led me to be able to read normal people easier than usual and also trust them less, but something told me I could trust this girl with my life and I intended to take advantage of it. Well that something and the fact that Leo kinda sorta knew her.

"I am not stupid, Naomi, Spill!" I push, knowing that in the end, she will thank me for it.

"He took me on a date Friday. But today I caught him making out with this girl, Alyssa, who's my mortal enemy-"

"Harsh," I cut her off, knowing nothing more needs to be said. No one wants pity, it makes us feel weak. I would not want pitty, so I don't give her pitty. She nods and continues.

"And then my best friend Leah got an audio recording of him admitting he loves me," she finishes. 

I open my mouth to speak, but am cut off by many voices yelling, "Ellie!"at the same guy. Namely six different voices. I know Mi is going to ask me who they are, but an idea comes to my head and I quickly cover her mouth and put my index finger from my other hand to my lips indicating for her to be quite. She nods, understanding, and I remove my hand from her mouth. I hear the voices get closer and peek through the white door from the dressing room. Leo must have seen me come here and told the guys where to find me.

"Who is that?" Mi whispers. I open the door and jump outside, screaming, "BOO!" on the top of my lungs. The guys let out a bunch of girlish screams and I am honestly surprised we are not kicked out. We do get a few stares and a few annoyed looks, but for the most part, people are smiling at us and shaking their heads.

"Naomi, you've met Leo. This is Dylan, Jayden, Jace, Alec, and Jake. Also known as Dyl, Jade, Ace, Al, and Jay," I reply pointing to each of them. Boy was that a mouthful to say! The boys wave as I point to each of them saying their names. Then pointing again for their nicknames. I reluctantly decided to share their nicknames with her, only because she is my friend!

"You're hot," Jay voices and I smile. The perfect way to get over a breakup is to get into a new one and seeing her blush only sets my ship on sail. So, Jaomi for the win!

"She's also Colton's," Leo voices and I glare at him. He is always ruining the moment for Mi by bringing Colton up and I hate how uncomfortable he is making me new friend. Seriously, how can he not take a hint?! 

"For the last time, I'm not his!" Naomi growls. Preach girl! I glare at Leo again, for like the millionth time. I never knew how insensitive he could be before.

"The inner circle," I elaborate so she knows how they know Colton.

"Nice to meet you," Dylan says sweetly. 

"Do you like reading?" Ace asks. I smile shaking my head, of course, Ace would ask something of that sort.

"A little," She shrugs. And he grins at that response. It is amazing how easily these boys make friends.

"Video games?" Jade pipes in. Typical Jade as well.

"Do I? Boy, I kick ass!" She exclaims and I can see a glint of excitement in her eye for the first time.

"We should get going. Let me see your phone," I comment, realizing how late it was getting. I guess we are leaving shopping for tomorrow. I exchange phone numbers with the crazy, funny, kind, and pretty girl standing in front of me, excited as to the first true friend I have made. I feel as though I can trust her more than any of my other friends, except the guys obviously. Even more than Griff. HOLY SHIT I HAVE SCHOOL AND GRIFF AND FRIENDS! Meh. Screw school. I hear Jake as for Naomi's number and smirk, quickly pulling out my phone to text the guys.

Ellie: Jaomi for the win!

Lee: Jaomi??

Dyl: Jace and Naomi!! Srsly Leo?!

Lee: Huh?

Jade: Idiot

Ace: Even someone as uncultured as me knows what a ship is

Ellie: Yepperdoodle! You tell him boys! Don't let him walk all over you guys!

Al: Ellie, he is kinda our gang leader😂We don't have much of a choice

Jade: Srsly would not stay with this idiot if I did not have to!

Dyl: Tru!

Ace: He has not even read Harry Potter!

Ellie: NOOOO!

Lee: HEY!

I hear some conversation going on between Jay and Mi, but ignore it, giving them privacy. 

"He'll only hit you up if Colton doesn't kick his ass first!" Al jokes and I start paying attention realizing the boys are not giving them the privacy they need! But I laugh with the rest regardless, knowing Naomi did not take it too hard.

"We'll see you later Naomi. Bye!" I hug her before following the boys out of the store. I look up and see Jay winking at Naomi from where we are, in front of H&M. We follow to the car soon after and I smile to myself thinking about how amazing today has been. All I can think about is my new friend, and that amazing kiss. WAIT WHAT! NO! THAT IS NOT WHAT I MEANT!
