Leila

"You're definitely not okay but we'll talk about it after we check you" Dylan said. "Okay let's put an IV on and give her some painkillers first" Dylan said as Con nodded and went to grab the stuff he needed. "Okay relax your neck for me for a moment." Luke said as he brought his hands to the back of my neck and started moving around and pressing on different spots. He had a frown as he was checking and looked extra focused on what he was doing.

He's cute. After a while he removed his hands from my neck and grabbed his light but I knew what was coming this time so I closed my eyes before he could shine the light and blind me. "Come on Leila open your eyes I need to check for a concussion" Dylan said as I heard him sigh. "I didn't hit my head, you don't need to check." I said. "Your neck is a little stiff and even though you don't have any injuries on your head you could've hit it when the crash happened and not remember it because of the adrenaline and shock." He said and I groaned. "I didn't hit my head Dylan." I said stubbornly. "Fine." He said but as soon as he said it he lifted my eyelid with his thumb and shone a light to both of my eyes quickly. "Ughh I knew it." I said as I tried to get rid of the annoying dots from the light. "Hey good news you don't have a concussion." Dylan said with a smile.

"No shit Sherlock" I said back. "Hey last time I checked I was the doctor here not you , this is a routine check up for all the patients that come from accidents and car crashes." He said back and I sighed. Con was now on my side with all the needles and stuff but as soon as I saw them Dylan turned my head the other way. "Look at me not your hand your going to get dizzy and pass out." He said and I nodded. I felt a wipe on my hand. "Okay deep breath inLeila." Con said and as I took a breath in I felt the needle slide in. "Aaaaand out." He said taping the iv down.

"All done now you're going to feel a cold rush as I put the painkiller in but don't worry it won't hurt" he said and I closed my eyes as the adrenaline started washing away. "Leila you can't sleep now, we need to check your injuries." Dylan said and I opened my eyes. "Can't you guys do it later?" I asked tiredly. "No, we need to check now to see how serious they are." Con said as he lifted my shirt. As soon as his hands touched my ribs I winced and grabbed his hands just like I did back in the ambulance. "It hurts don't touch them." I said in pain. "I have to check Soph, I know it hurts but I really need to touch them to see how bad it is and if you punctured your lung." Con said and I almost cried thinking about it.

"Please, I'll do anything." I said begging him but it didn't work because Dylan grabbed my hands and held them close to my chest. Con started pressing on my ribs and abdomen moving around and feeling each one of my ribs. At this point tears were streaming down my cheeks and my breathing had quickened. "Okay done, I'm done." Con said he pulled away his hands. "I'm so sorry Leila but I needed to check." he said wiping my tears away and I just nodded. "Okay I'll need an X-ray to be sure but from what I felt you broke 8 ribs." he said and I looked at him with wide eyes. "8???" Thats why they hurt so much, last time Jackson beat me broke 3 of my ribs. "Yes, they are going to take a lot of time to heal and you'll need to wear a compression wrap but the good news is that you didn't puncture your lung." He said as I felt tears coming back to my eyes. Can't I catch a fucking break?

"I'm going to page Greg for the shoulder cause it looks dislocated and he probably needs to set it back." Dylan said and Con nodded. Meanwhile they checked my heart and lungs and they hooked me up to a bunch of heart monitors and things. After about 10 minutes Greg walked through the door looking down at some papers. "Sorry I was in surgery, you paged me for-" He froze as he looked at me. "Leila?" He said looking confused and concerned. "Hi Grge." I said, smiling uncomfortably. "What the fuck happend? Why didn't you page me earlier?" He said as he came closer to my side. "A car hit the side of my car and here I am, magical isn't it." I said as he looked at me worried. "That's not funny Lila." Grge said. "What's wrong? How are her vitals?" Greg also while looking at Luke and Con.

"We'll heart and lungs sound good , bp and pulse is a little high but it's expected because of the pain and stress and she also has 8 broken ribs and a dislocated shoulder that you need to pop back" Dylan said and Greg sighed. "Did you give her any painkillers?" He asked and they both nodded. "Okay well it's going to hurt but I'm going to try and do it as fast as I can" Grge said as he slowly and carefully lifted my hand. As soon as he lifted it and turned it a little bit more I felt pain shooting on my whole arm. "Ow ow ow Grge wait!" I said panicking and he froze his movements. "It hurts please stop." I said and he looked at the guys.

Dylan and Con came by my side and turned my head away from Grge. "On the count of three I'm going to pop it back okay?" He asked and I nodded. "1...2..."As soon as he said to he turned my hand and pushed my shoulder back until I heard a pop. "Fuck!" I almost yelled. "3." he said after he popped my shoulder back and gently put my hand down. "Yeah thank you so much for doing it on time." I said and he let a small laugh escape his lips. "Sorry Leila I needed your hand to be relaxed and if I waited to do it on three you would've tensed because you knew what was coming." He explained and I closed my eyes letting my head hit the bed. "Just tell me it's over because I can't handle any more pain right now." I said and I felt Dylan's hand squeezing mine. "No more pain Leila,Grge is just going to put a sling on and then you can rest for a bit before the X-rays" Luke said as Ash put a sling on my arm. "Good." I said "Okay rest for now and we'll come check on you later." Michael said and I nodded, already feeling myself falling into sleep.

"Goodbye bitches." I said half asleep and I heard them laugh as the door closed and just like that I fell asleep.

Leila

I woke up at the annoying beeping of the heart monitor and pain on my ribs. Slowly I tried opening my eyes and I saw that it was dark outside so I guess I slept through almost the entire day. Damn that's some good stuff they give you here. I looked around and no one was there so I started looking for my phone to check the time but I realised it was on the table across my bed. "Time for a trip folks." I said to myself as I slowly got up and brought my legs to the side of the bed in a sitting position. The pain was already bad and I knew as soon as I stood up it would become ten times worse but I needed my phone and I also needed to use the toilet cause otherwise I would pee myself. As my feet touched the ground and I took the first step the air left my lungs and I choked out a pained sound.

Geez that's harder than I thought. I grabbed the bed, the wall, the chairs, anything as I made my way across the room and finally after 10 minutes I managed to reach my phone. 3am. It was 3am. Did they even do the x-rays they needed? Did they leave? A hundred questions crossed my mind but I decided to push them aside and go to the bathroom. As soon as I made the first step the door opened and Calum walked in immediately stopping when he saw me standing. "Leila what the hell do you think you're doing?!" He said as he came to me carefully grabbing my arms. "I wanted to see what time it was and use the toilet." I said slightly wincing as I tried to walk further.

"You should be laying down and using help when you want to use the bathroom." Liam said as he carefully placed his hand on my waist and lifted most of my weight. "Did you guys do the x-rays?" I asked as we slowly walked to the bathroom. "Yes you have 8 broken ribs" Liam said back. "That's a new record." I said. "Soph it's not funny you could have been killed or seriously injured..more than you are now." He said back. "Why didn't you tell us you were leaving the house?" He asked. "Because I needed tampons and I thought I could leave the house as an independent human being." I said frustrated.

"I know this whole Jackson isolation thing is very annoying and stressful but we just want to make sure you're okay." Liam said and I sighed. "I know I know I'm sorry it's just I'm tired and stressed and in pain." I said as we finally reached the bathroom. "Okay do you need help?" Liam asked as I entered the bathroom. "God no I'll manage thank you." I said quickly. "Okay okay just asking." Liam said with a chuckle. It took me some time to do my business mainly because of the pain but I managed and after 10 minutes I opened the door. I expected only Calum to be waiting in the room but as soon as I stepped in the room I saw all of the boys sitting on the chairs waiting for me.

"Well hello there I didn't know we were having a party." I said as I started walking to the bed and the boys rolled their eyes and chuckled. Grge and Con almost immediately came by my side to help me to the bed. "How's your pain?" Con asked as he and Ashton helped me lay on the bed. "I would say a solid 5." I said looking at them. "Okay so a solid 7." Luke said as he checked my iv and grabbed his stethoscope. I rolled my eyes at him because he always worried too much. Okay so maybe my pain wasn't a 5 but still he always saw through me it was getting annoying.

Leila

"Take a deep breath." He said as he listened to my lungs. I tried to take a deep breath as much as I could but halfway I stopped because the pain was too much. The boys watched me carefully as they were analysing my whole body. "Greg, can you check her pulse?" Dylan asked as he inserted something on my iv and Ashton nodded and came by my side. "What is that?" I asked Dylan as I looked at him. "Pain killers, you're going to need them to get through the night." He said and I nodded. "Pulse is slightly elevated but it's good for now. Let's just observe it in case it gets higher." Grge said and Dylan nodded

"Okay you need to rest Leila, it's almost 4am and your body needs as much rest as possible." Dylan said to me and I sighed. "I literally slept through the whole day. I don't think I can sleep more." I said. "The painkillers will make you sleepy cause it's a stronger dose but just try and relax your body." Dylan said and I leaned back and closed my eyes.
