Cleanse the jar or container with lavender incense (any incense works but lavender has self-love properties)

Pink salt as the base as it promotes positive energy!

Dried rose petals
Honey

Dried lavender/lavender essential oil
Basil
Vanilla
Eggshell powder

Add a note of intent/sigil.
You can write "I love myself" on a pink/white paper. You can also draw a heart, or your own sigil of self love.

Seal with pink or white candle wax.

Shake the jar and charge with positive energy and recharge every moon cycle!
