Ok, so I NEED someone to tell me how to stop this. Last I heard this app was shut down, but my phone has it because it's one of the apps that is just on your phone when you get it. This start a few days ago, and I'll get a pop up notification saying the phrase in the title, and I tried to open the app once and it sent me non-stop pop up notifications for a few minutes. It will send me a random pop up notification about the app and how it has stopped, when I don't even have it opened! I don't use this app, like at all, and it just started recently. The last update was in November of LAST YEAR, so I am really just confused on what the heck is happening.

I took a screenshot of the pop up notification, and I was actually searching up solutions when it came up. That was about fifteen minutes ago and since then I have cleared the cache for that app and that's it, I don't know what else do to because I'm afraid that it will screw up my phone.

A lot of you probably don't know this, but I get severe anxiety when technology glitches out, and I know it's bad and probably a sign that I use it too much, but I'm getting it now with this whole situation. When I get anxiety induced by technology it feels like my scalp is in fire and like I'm about to throw up. It sucks.

So please, if any of you know how to solve this, please tell me.
