My mind has been in dark places lately. I don't know what to do. I don't want to talk to my parents about it because I'm afraid they might put me in one of those places where they put mentally ill people, and i don't want to go to a place like that. I don't want to tell my friends because im afraid I'll scare them away or they'll tell their parents and their parents will tell my parents. Honestly, i don't know what to do.
